If a hundred world leaders attempted such a presser, I think none of them could match Putin.
What a leader he is.
It’s not difficult to see why the collective West hates President Putin with a passion. The West is jealous that it hasn’t had a leader of this calibre in a very long time. A composed and confident leader who is also lucky to have most of his country behind him.
V.V. Putin is many light years ahead of our western politicians. Can you imagine one of the latter in such a press conference… commonplace comments, platitudes, nonsense and lies.

In the Land of the FREE, how come President Putin is the only leader allowed/able to speak the truth, and to be fair, how envious must our collective bought and paid for, compromised, tarnished, and mentally-limited political representation (including treasonous uncivil public servants and Intelligence, hmm, Services) of Europe be?
With everything we know how can we the Euro-fodder (up next after the Ukrainians) allow the current Elitist scum to take the planet’s very existence to the brink? Do we have no red-line, no shame, no spine?
EVERY Euro-politician/official should be made to feel like a solitary exhausted fox with a frenzied hunting-pack on its tail. They’ve accepted personal gain at the expense of their feeble electorates. Their absolute contempt for us (the Lies) , their outright cynicism (participants/party in/to War Crimes) , and general shortcomings make them unfit for Public Office.
Given the power, I’d have George Bush & Tony Blair stoned to death after a fair trial in an Iraqi Province ( to be selected by vote after hearing personal accounts of victim/family atrocities/horror ) and Bo-Jo the satanic buffoon, Biden, Blinken, Nuland, Obama & Handlers on trial in The Donbass. Until we see the above type of justice dispensed they will never cease in their destructive paths. Playing roulette with the family silver is one thing, inviting hypersonic nuclear weapons upon us, another.
Shouldn’t he be called “Leader of Last of the Free World”? I read long time ago his personality traits are INTJ, natural leaders.
He is son of his soil.
And who are the opponents? Who owe their position to everyone except their soil.
I think Sergei Lavrov and he complement each other in the international sphere.
You just hope the journey Russia has made coming out of Soviet time does not reverse for its people.
People his age will still remember difficulties facing common man in past century. Destruction of family and entire neighborhoods at the hands of communists.
They might need to promote people who insist on creating a society based on trust and a fair social contract.
This idea is sold as democracy, but it’s easy to understand in terms of social contract. There is no shortage of examples where the word “democracy” has been prostituted in past three decades.
After all, what is a democracy where elected officials have no control over corporations and banks? Rather, corporations and banks keep elected governments on such a tight leash that even emperors of past could not do.
