“Russia has earned the lowest world approval rating in a world leadership survey for the eighth consecutive year while the U.S. received the highest with 45 percent. The U.S. has beaten the EU, Russia, China and Germany since 2009.” LINK

It was not a secure poll, it was possible to vote more than once and I am sure “Kremlin Trolls” did so. Muahahaha ;)

Here at Saker we can even correct the mistakes of other sites. In the ibtimes link above, there is a faulty link to the Gallup poll. The correct link for it is http://www.gallup.com/poll/182795/russia-receives-lowest-approval-world-highest.aspx

They manipulated the Poll as they’ve done in others. They picked mostly Russophobic countries to do the Poll in.And they don’t say how they picked people to call. What on earth does “random” calls really mean in today’s World.Where the NSA and similar type agencies know everything about citizens phone numbers. They’ve done that in Ukraine as well. They included areas not part of the East as part of their polling in the “East”.To give a better count to the junta’s support. There are many methods to “massage” opinion polls. And the Empire knows them all.

Everyone should notice the heavy, and in some cases, antagonistic questions given by the Russian press to one of the top Russian officials.I don’t think I can point to a single case of a US top official being subjected to a similar set of questions by the Western so-called “free press”.It shows better than mere words the lies from the West portraying Russians as terrorized and afraid to speak.

“: editor in Chief of the rabidly anti-Russian “Ekho Moskvy” (Echo of Moscow) Radio Station, aka “Ekho Matsy” (Echo of the Matso) due to its russophobic political line. He is actually a “true believer” in western democracy

“Just look at their faces! They have that “eternal sadness of the professional dissident” in their eyes. Clearly, they “suffer” from the “regime” and they feel like 21st century versions of Sakharov and Solzhenitsyn. They also feel hurt, because the barbaric, reactionary and ungrateful Russian people never gave them the support they feel that their courageous stance deserves, and so, not a single one of their candidates made it into the Duma. Not one!

That’s right. These guys represent at most 5% of the Russian people. And yet, they are treated by the state media like some kind of honored guests, as if they were literally all Heroes of Russia, with something important and enlightening to say.

Personally? I would not even invite them at all. None of them. I despise their ideas, their attitude, their hypocrisy, their russophobia and their sickening sniveling about how hard it is to be a “dissident” in Putin’s Russia (even when they get invited by the state TV).

So yes, there is a 5th column in the Russian media.”

Unlike your rant of April 19th 2015 you do not introduce the participants. Why?

First Mr. Putin and now Mr. Lavrov take questions.
Did these gentlement feel sorry for them given “They have that “eternal sadness of the professional dissident” in their eyes. “?

The shortest distance between 2 points in not necessarily a straight line, but in conjunction with others can illuminate context.

A cloned development of efforts under the EU Erasmus and TACIS programmes 1993 onwards?

Yanis Varoufakis interviewed by Jordi Évole for “Salvados” ( La Sexta ):

Although the interview is in Spanish, Varoufakis is answering in English, thus you´ll be able to find it interesting.

Just now in ETB2, Basque public TV, the Russian film “Leningrado” by Aleksandr Buravsky.

In the previous presentation was made clear that most victims to free Europe from Nazi plague (27 million) were put by the Soviets, compared with the only 200,000 who put the Americans. It has also been pointed out that at the time of the siege, were in Leningrad about 200 Basque children evacuated from the Spanish Civil War, some of whom enlisted in the Red Army lying about their age.
    More than half died there.
They also commented that Hitler’s aim was not to take the city and make its population prisoner which would had then to be fed, but exterminate them by famine.

Yes,Hitler’s plan wasn’t just to seize Leningrad. He intended to completely destroy the city ,to wipe it off the World’s map.I think few people understand that fact. That was one reason the nazis destroyed all the Palaces and art treasures of buildings in the suburban areas of the city when they captured those .It would be as if the nazis had wanted to destroy Versailles in an attempt to erase the greatest of French history from the World’s memory.

This is a very important interview. A transcript is here, http://www.mid.ru/brp_4.nsf/0/0BCA9A90832725FC43257E3000210820

I think it imperative for those wanting to learn to revisit Putin’s entire press conference, review Lavrov’s, then read Ishchenko’s analytical paper. Yes, that’s a lot of work, but those exerting the effort will be far more informed than those too lazy.
