All war is tragedy. Each and every death in war is tragedy. For every dead soldier or civilian there is a mother, a father, a son, a daughter, a brother, a sister, a grandmother, a grandfather, who will mourn their passing. It does no good to ask why, there is no answer to this eternal question.
For every dead soldier and civilian in this war and all wars, may God rest their souls.
I did not know ‘Givi’ or ‘Motorola’ but I have been with soldiers like them all my life. Two weeks ago I changed the title page for my books, I moved the dedication from the second page to the title page, this to further honor my friend. This dedication could just as well have Givi’s name, Motorola’s name or the names of any of the other warriors who have fallen for Novorossiya.

Auslander, regarding the recently moved to the front Tochkas, is there any good reason why they have not been neutralised by special forces?
I can not give you an answer on that beyond the orcs don’t have many that are serviceable. I have learned from a reliable source last year that roughly one third self destruct on launch for whatever reason. Orc storage practices are not of the best for any of their weapons.
Auslander, our (British) special forces the SAS did this in Iraq in 1991, when they went Scud hunting.
This is what the Spetsnaz – Donbass or Russian – should be doing. Those Tochka are not accurate and if unstable (because of old age) may even go off target and land somewhere in Donetsk city.
They need to be destroyed where they are now, especially now after Givi’s assassination at least as a show of ability and retaliation to strike back at the murderous and terrorist forces, especially if all 6 blew up where they are taking out dozens if not more of those scum.

My trips ‘behind enemy lines’ in ’14 and ’15 were eye openers. In the second trip I did speak to and question locals from all walks of life and economic segments. Some I told up front where I live, some I told at the end, some I didn’t tell. The reactions to that revelation ran the gamut from ‘how interesting’ to ‘traitor’ and everything in between. The inability of most to speak about or know anything beyond what Fox, CNN and Yahoo were spewing was amazing and many of these people I spoke to were not dolts and had net access if they chose to use it. The revelations during my trips were a sadness.

This old man was walking down the street in his home town with his hands up. It was in Eastern Ukraine. He had no weapons. No war had started….and I saw him shot dead – almost live on The Saker’s website.
I could not believe this was happening in Europe again.
