In 2009 German military circles debated NATO’s continued eastward expansion and the partitioning of the Ukraine. Also it was Germany to be first to publicly declare that NATO should expand eastward in 1993. This was done to militarily secure the old German “Drang nach Osten”. In its war doctrine of 1992 the German government openly announced: “Without Germany it is impossible to integrate the East European peoples.” The German FM Kinkel wrote in 1993: “outwards it is essential to achieve something whereby we have failed twice before”. In 1994 a strategy paper of the ruling CDU party demanded: “expansion to the East”.
“As a former advisor in the Amt für Studien und Übungen (Bureau for Research and Training) of the German Bundeswehr writes, the question of expanding the western war alliance to the territory of the Ukraine is still on the table. If this step is taken, “probably only the western Ukraine” will join NATO. The “eastern Ukraine” would “in this case, become independent or a de facto nation like Abkhazia.” The author, a lieutenant colonel of the reserves, presented his ideas in a military magazine, embedding them in a retrospective on the entire past twenty years of NATO’s eastward expansion. According to the author, a “cordon sanitaire” separating this war alliance from Russia, conceded by the allies of World War II to the Soviet Union, has, for the most part, been absorbed into NATO, essentially crossing every “red line” drawn by Moscow.
…
In March 1993, Bonn’s Minister of Defense at the time, Volker Ruehe, was the first to publicly declare that the war alliance should be expanded to include several East European nations, says Brill.”

So basically, there are two important meetings taking place in November.
A. Nov-Dec Putin will give a speech to the Federal Assembly, a follow-up to Valdai
B. Nov 23rd – China decides on its policy
And Dec 15 is G-20.
Transcript for those who have problems viewing the video
Part 1:
0:00 If one looks at the Valdai forum which went on for 3 days,
0:08 they would be able to see 4 speeches: Lavrov’s, Volodin’s,
0:14 Ivanov’s and at the end – Putin’s speech, the collective
0:19 theme was that the USA is destroying, by their own actions,
0:27 the very system of international security,
0:30 which they themselves allegedly are trying to protect.
0:37 This is, in essence, a consequence of the complete lack
0:40 of any counterbalance [to US hegemony].
0:44 It was a give-in during times associated with a bipolar world,
0:48 that risky actions and adventures were prevented because mutual
0:54 actions by the USA and USSR balanced each other out.
0:59 There are plenty of adventures today. Then Putin’s speech followed.
1:04 What he said is more or less this: He says: “Guys, You have many
1:11 times taken an initiative, and created a mess with which
1:16 we all had to deal with.”
1:19 Moreover, you try to impose on us your rules.
1:27 Let us first agree about the rules,
1:31 and then we will observe them together.
1:35 Having said this, neither Lavrov, nor Volodin nor Putin in their
1:44 speeches made any mention as to WHY we have rights in a world in
1:53 which the rules are written and interpreted by the USA?
1:56 Why we have rights to discuss these rules or even to offer our own rules? [rhetorical]
2:07 There was no answer to this question. As I cannot contemplate
2:13 that Putin does not understand this or does not notice this.
2:16 Especially, as this was the main theme of the three day conference.
2:21 I am inclined to consider that this speech was the last ultimatum.
2:28 He told the West more or less the following:
2:32 “We are tired to play by your rules because you constantly
2:38 break them at will and your interpretation of rules can’t be calculated.
2:46 Because of that, if you aren’t going to change the rules of the game today,
2:53 including those concerning Russia, we will try to offer our own rules.
2:59 How these rules will look like is not clear yet. Putin will talk about them
3:06 in the address to The Federal Assembly which will take place within a month.
3:11 Thus it is necessary to understand that the world in which we live will change very strongly.
3:18 There are two circumstances: That at last China will formulate its own policy.
3:25 China has already declared that the 21st century will be a century of Asia
3:29 and it has respectively arranged meetings of retired military personnel,
3:33 after the session of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party on November 23,
3:38 where the new policy for Asia will be declared.
3:42 In this situation we have to decide by November 23: Are we the subject of this policy,
3:51 that is are we China’s partner in its policy in Asia or are we the object.
3:55 In other words China is saying: “You want to live with Europe.
4:00 You are a European country, therefore we will be taking care of
4:04 your Asian territories, and you don’t go there.”
4:09 There was a peculiar incident where Volodin said something like
4:15 “Party and Lenin are twin brothers” [Reference to the Soviet Communist Party].
4:33 He said that Putin and Russia, today, are one and the same.
4:38 Putin in his speech criticized this statement, but I am inclined to think
4:42 that Volodin did not properly articulate [his thought]
4:46 and was not really precisely interpreted.
4:50 Most likely the sense of his statement was as follows:
4:54 “Today the West’s stake is on the liberalization of Russia and as
5:02 such it has to knock down Putin. Therefore, for those who do not want
5:07 liberalization of Russia it is necessary to protect Putin.
5:12 Today Putin and non-liberal Russia are synonyms.
5:17 Putin can break this link if he decides “to lay down under” Washington.
5:25 But judging by how Washington ‘plays’ today it does not believe in this happening.
Part 2:
5:32 Whether Putin will take actions for de-liberalization [of Russia] is a separate question.
5:37 But even if he does not do it [de-liberalization], Russia’s liberals
5:42 have already joined the anti-Putin plot and will act upon it.
5:51 The West cannot wait.
5:56 Here is the story of the week, when the Federal Reserve and its Open Market
6:00 Operations Committee will have to make tough and unpleasant decisions to stop
6:03 dollar emissions or on the contrary to tighten its monetary policy.
6:08 The markets nearly collapsed one and a half weeks ago and it became generally
6:15 clear that it is impossible to tighten monetary policy. But all rhetoric of U.S
6:19 monetary authorities was based on the narrative that the economic situation has
6:25 improved and therefore it is necessary to tighten monetary policy.
6:28 For this reason, they face the extremely unpleasant choice:
6:32 Or they continue dollar emissions, which is equivalent to recognizing that the crisis
6:37 and recession is far from over, or they tighten monetary policy despite everything
6:43 and then all this can collapse in a loud and quick crash.
6:49 What decision will be made by the leadership of the USA
6:52 will be learned in the next 1-2 days.
6:55 will be learned in the next 1-2 days.
@sykes – YouTube has been acting funny recently. Sometimes it will load just fine, ofttimes one gets a notification that firefox (or choose your browser) cannot find the server at YouTube (or a similar message). You’re not the only one with this problem.
I could not get it either, but did hear mention at the beginning of Lavrov so I went looking and found an interview after his meeting at
http://www.russianembassy.org
I’m not sure I was able to access Saker’s entire podcast as it ended rather abruptly for me. And while I enjoyed hearing it and think it was well done, I hope it won’t strain the conversation too much but rather continue to be an enjoyable adjunct. For myself, anything in readable format is best, but that is just me of course. And certainly, Saker should do what is comfortable for him, and the less stressful the better.
Lavrov’s answer on sanctions was very interesting as he specifically mentioned Australia and New Zealand as participants in that illegal activity as he termed it.
Thank you, Erika!
“4:33 He said that Putin and Russia, today, are one and the same.

4:42 that Volodin did not properly articulate [his thought]”
maybe Volodin meant that the zeitgeist, the spirit of the times in Russia, is parallel with, Putin maybe has same kind of outlook, as in zeitgeist of country. Fed up with liberalism/foreign interference.
So maybe shared, rather than dictated?
Just guessing.
Rather depressing, as all of them think a violent Spring offensive is almost inevitable.

First skirmishes will be this November for a long drawn out conflict now that the US knows it can’t get Donbass/Ukraine cheap and then all H. breaks lose in the Spring as lines are fought over..expect the Israelis to jump in with distractions vis a vis Iran. China has its own fish to fry with India and the S. China sea. ( India just sold patrol boats to Vietnam)
US Oil surplus—they want the European market so, so badly. The Saudis are playing with the oil prices ( cheap to US and expensive to Asia) to keep their position in the US refinery market because over the last year it has dropped from 7 percent to around 5%.
But the greed-techno capitalists can’t control their bubble system which is what happens when there is so much surplus in the hands of so few who are speculating with it or just holding it. So caught between the deflation of dropping commodity markets and the inflation of having to print money to control this, the rulers of greed capitalism are on a runaway train loaded with high volatile Bakkan crude in single hull tankers. Sickening enough they think war is good for business because no one in the mainland US has ever had to suffer one directly. Sad.

The rules…
Two parallel issues here: foreign policy and economics.
Steve Keen (Australian economist) talks about two important things: the lousy models and math used by economists (who should be employing 3rd order differentials etc.), and endogenous money, created by banks (at interest).
One can argue that bank-created endogenous money is destructive and illegitimate, but not that the reality exists. And it’s created with a moving set of rules from the banksters, not by the politicians, who they own (typical fascist condition) nor surely by the people.
Now the parallel: endogenous foreign policy, created by much the same group, as well as military and nationalistic bandits and profiteers — not by the politicians, who mostly follow orders from the rich elite oligarchy.
So what rules? Who does one negotiate with about rules? Not politicians, not at the UN or the White House or Congress, because endogenous foreign policy is created, chaotically, in hidden back rooms and corporate board rooms. Politicians are confused delegates and puppets of the wealthy elite, at best. There are no rules and none canbe established in such circumstances.

Personal SECURITY tip in article:
How the US’ Police May Stop Citizens From Electronic Filming
Susanne Posel (OC) : Virginia Beach Circuit Court Judge Steven Frucci recently ruled that “giving police a fingerprint is akin to providing a DNA or handwriting sample or an actual key” including using that fingerprint to access a suspect’s phone which is permissible by law.

Right. There are no rules, but there is the appearance or illusion of rules. I suspect Russia wants rules because it believes that mutually-agreed-upon rules are a lot better than no rules. But the wealthy elite which runs the AZE will never agree to any rules except (as at present) those they try to foist on the rest of the world to its own advantage. Either (a) the rest of the world continues to hope for the emergence of mutually-agreed-upon rules while the AZE pursues its (ultimately successful?) program of full-spectrum dominance or (b) the rest of the world finds a way to eliminate (permanently) the wealthy elite which runs the AZE. If (b) may be viewed as a form of revolution, then (to vastly oversimplify the situation) the choice is between global tyranny and global revolution.
He who has the gold makes the rules. I don’t think the U.S. has any gold.
the question is why should usa and bankrupt england be allowed to cheat others by first forcing others to keep their currency in reserve and then printing that very currency so getting the goods and services from other nations free of charge.
international community msut threaten england and america to mend ways or be boycotted at the point of facing massive topol nuke attacks if anglos persist in destroyign others economy.
Germans should have listened to what Otto von Bismarck had to say, ie. to stay on friendly terms with Russia and China. Had you listened to him, then two world wars would not have been fought and today you would be richer than you are.
Nato is an instrument of anglo england to control Europe through American arms. Both world wars were plotted and started by england to ruin Germany and Russia.
russia and internaitonal community msut war america and england not to print money otehrwise they anglos will have to face boycott faling which a shower of topol nukesf or their action to destablise others’economy
russia and internaitonal community msut war america and england not to print money otehrwise they anglos will have to face boycott faling which a shower of topol nukesf or their action to destablise others’economy
so the bankrupt england and usa resorts to fraud of printing money because it can and it can because the corrupt rating agencies which are anglosaxon controlled still give triple a rating to bankrupt enlgand and IMF and world bank instead of criticising england for fraudulent money printing is encouraging england to print money while at the same time asking European countries to not print money rather tighten the belt.
the Europeans are suffering because they were stupid and fool in not smashing IMf ands world bank and credit agencies which exist only to loot money and wealth from non-anglosaxon coutnries., it is a war by the Anglos on the rest of world.
Uk and the US are lying about the realities and printing money,
so america and uk are openly cheating its debtors nations while for other third world and european countries it insists through IMf to fully pay their debt by selling assets at one percent fire sale.and bankrupt America and britian are proud of their cheating and have temerity to lecture others on financial prudence!
the biggest problem is that the world has been held hostage, blackmailed by a racket called dollar and pound sterling , enforced by the mob known as USA… the “defence” department is not interested in defence or politics, it’s there to make sure the dollar and pound sterling remains in charge and anyone trying to avoid it (Iraq, Lybia and now Iran) becomes a candidate for regime change, aka military coup…
$54 trillion of credit in the U.S. financial system based upon trusting a central bank with nothing in the vault to back it up. Amazing!
Needless to say, those with access to leveraged credit and the issuance of fiat money have the power to make claims on resources without actually having produced anything of value or earned tangible forms of wealth.

no.
it is not only false but blatant lies.
in fact germany was thinking of diluting its share in anto.
it was the english parasites who were plotting in london how to keep germany in nato and how to keep nato-say anglosaxons-inside germany.
the english papers and govt. were pushing americans to press germans to agree to have nato in the same way as it existed in so called cold war-in otehr words no reduction in forces of anglos inside germany .
it is england which pushed for expansion of nato .first england made excuse to expasnd EU eastwards to dilute german french alliance and then it used Eu memebrship as beoingequivalent to nato meebership. then other things came handy like regular periodic bombing of nbrothern oiraq by anglos.
the english are the real parasites who msut be sorted out immeditealy now.it has gone too far too mcuh for too long.
Britain’s “Bomber” Harris, who led the RAF Bomber Command during its mass raids on Germany in the Second World War, cut his teeth devastating Kurdish villages in Iraq in the 1920s.
Heinz Guderian – master of the Blitzkrieg and father of modern tank warfare – commanded the German XIX Army Corps as it rampaged across Poland in 1939.
Personally leading the devastating attack which traversed the Ardennes Forest and broke through French lines, he was at the forefront of the race to the Channel coast. Only Hitler’s personal command to halt prevented Guderian’s tanks and troops turning Dunkirk into an English bloodbath. All because vily coaward liar Churchill promised something to hitler only token resistance to his ultimate aim-to destroy russia and (thus from brutish point of view germans too.)

“There are those who, making clever use of pseudodemocratic phraseology, would like to bring back the recent past: some, in order to be able to loot our national wealth with impunity, as in the past, to rob the people and the state; others, to strip our country of its economic and political independence. In addition, there is a growing influx of foreign money, used for direct interference in our internal affairs. If we look to more distant times in the past, we see that during the hey-day of colonialism, there was talk about an alleged civilizing role of the colonizing states. Today, ‘democraticizing’ slogans are used. But the goal is the same: to achieve unilateral advantage for one’s own benefit and interests.”

Mr Xi/China MUST find the courage to ally itself unequivocally with President Putin/Russia. He must NOT worry too much about the adverse impact on its fortunes in the Global Economic Order/System controlled by Washington, if he does. With BRICS and Iran, and the Rest of The World, it CAN create a new and separate International Economic Order and continue enhancing it’s peoples’ prosperity. Forget about US and the G7 countries.
Why, when you finally show some spine and stand up for your national pride, sovereignty, and dignity of Chinese (ie be prepared to die for it), you might even find Europe and Japan willingly desert the old Washington-controlled Order and join the New Global Economic Order created by BRICS! Think about it !
So, Mr Xi, the fate of the world and China lies IN your hands. President Putin NEEDS you. Russia NEEDS you. The world NEEDS you. This is a moment of truth, and you MUST rise up to the occasion. You are at a tipping point in History. Find the courage to make the Decision to support and ally with President Putin, Russia and the Rest of The World, and you will checkmate if not close the Chess game or Poker game against Obama and Washington/US, to a Draw.
President Putin’s decision depends VERY MUCH on YOU! Do NOT betray the friendship. Please DO that is RIGHT
after 2007 munich security speech about ABM in poland and eastern europe.
4th June, 2007.
President putin is wrong when he says that russia should or will target the missile on europe if america goes with anti missile defence plan in Europe.in fact it was not America but england which asked for ABM againstt Russia. BBc spy journalists were harassing presidential candidate Gore not to go ahead with Florida recount on ground” ally like britian want to conclude AMB deployment in Yorkshire as soon as possible so there should be no delay in govt. formation.in other word accept fraudulent win of bush for sake of england ! “
Russia must target (rather than should) the nuclear missiles with multiple war heads against all military instalations) of england because this cold war -like the one before- is being started by england for the benefit of english race only-.it is race war between the english parasite race versus the rest of the world-the sooner the rest of the world realizes that better it is for the world.
look how germany wes villified soon after fall of soviet union-look how russia is being vilified immediately after Putin made russia strong.
-such is the evil propaganda of britihs spies inside america. .
poland is nothing but a proxy for the british bastards.
itis no use targeting poland -target the main villain which is england and the english nation
IN 2008 Russia and china had the opportunity to destroy IMF and world bank and the american -british system of looting the world ;but foolishly these two countries ,on prompting from parasite england, recommended IMF and world bank to lead new economic system! How stupid of these countries and that is why they never go up in world because of their stupidity.
therefore china and russia msut prepare for war which is coming there way-but thse stupiud countries are allowingf anglosaxon to win in libya andnow in syria on oen ptetext or another. russia and china msut arm all those who oppose anglosaxon evil empoire and must

Indeed, China is playing Humpty Dumpty, and this is not helpfull.
While China has always relied on low level action, and played on this ambiguity, the very fact that the Hegemon does not want to abide to any rules at all, their support for Russia’s call for establishing rules is overdue. Now is the time!

Blue, when Putin came to power he said that international law would be the boss. He has had legal training, you know. There is an enormous body of international law. The US & Israel overtly break it as to what weapons they use as well as to the illegality of the actions. Obviously their have been violations of the Nuremberg laws by US, Israel & Ukraine. Also the repeated regime changes, use of NGOs & proxy forces by the US have become so well-known that they perhaps can be overtly censured.
In a system where force majeure seems to be deciding everything one hopes that Russia and China can together compel an organized and overt and fully named resistance which declares the supremacy of international law.
I take your point; I know what you are saying, but China and Russia are going to try to change that. Regards —Penelope
There will be a debate in the UK parliament on money creation for the first time in 170 years but do not expect there to be any chafes made. The following extract from Positive Money website explains:
We’ve made another significant breakthrough: This morning we were told that Parliament will hold a three hour debate on the issue of ‘Money Creation and Society’ on Thursday 20th November.
This will be the first time in 170 years that Parliament has debated money creation.
The Money Creation and Society debate is being hosted by Steve Baker (Conservative), Caroline Lucas (Green), Michael Meacher (Labour), Douglas Carswell (UKIP), and David Davis (Conservative).
The backbench debate in the Main Chamber of Parliament creates an opportunity for MPs from all parties to learn about the issue, ask questions and deepen their understanding. As the results of our recent poll show, most MPs lack a sufficient understanding of money creation, leaving them ill-equipped to legislate on important policy.
We have produced a full briefing for the money creation debate that you can see here.
There are lots of important questions that Parliament should address during the three hours in the Main Chamber, these include:
Who should create money? Should high-street banks have the effective right to create money every time they make a loan, given the recent consequences for the economy? How should newly created money be used? Do we want banks to have the power to create money when this leads to unaffordable housing and financial instability? Should we have allowed the Bank of England to create £375bn with little scrutiny from parliament, and use this money to inflate financial markets? Were there better uses of this money?

Steve Keen: Economists Are “Insufficiently Numerate”
…
…One example of this is the way economists have reacted to ‘chaos theory’… Most economists think that chaos theory has had little or no impact – which is generally true in economics, but not at all true in most other sciences. This is partially because, to understand chaos theory, you have to understand an area of mathematics known as ‘ordinary differential equations.’ Yet this topic is taught in very few courses on mathematical economics – and where it is taught, it is not covered in sufficient depth. Students may learn some of the basic techniques for handling what are known as ‘second-order linear differential equations,’ but chaos and complexity begin to manifest themselves only in ‘third order nonlinear differential equations.’ Steve Keen (2011). Debunking Economics: The Naked Emperor Dethroned?, Revised and expanded ed. Zed Books, p. 31
…
(You and Saker may understand this, but I don’t — not yet, although it’s inspired me to start learning more math.)

There is a little-known, secretive agency above the Fed! In fact, it’s a kind of mammoth slush fund. This Fund, called the exchange equalization fund, is said to be the most powerful financial institution in the world. It pays for CIA & other black ops and is responsible for much, much more. To find out about this, listen to Lars Schall, a German financial journalist on this podcast: http://www.larsschall.com/2013/09/28/the-organized-crime-banking-at-its-finest-show-4/
He will refer you on to a series of short videos by Frank Vanderlip, the grandson of one of the creators of the Federal Reserve. This mat’l is NOT the usual Federal Reserve info, but something altogether new in terms of the Big Picture. This material does show a vulnerability of the present power structure in terms of financial corruption, but I cannot guess if those who oppose it can exploit this vulnerability.

“a query: Third order derivatives are almost unconsider in all sciences, and this is a huge mistake. They are related to control. Please give references on this issue in economics. Thanks dearly”
The math involved is very advanced. You need to study mathematics at a high level before studying economics or any other field. I studied mathematics at the same time I took a course in dynamic economic models and had almost no time to sleep. Most students study only economics and don’t opt for dynamic models, the mathematics of which is above them. A small minority does, but many of them end up working for governments. They take orders, instead of breaking new ground. Economists working for companies are in the same position. They are little more than well educated servants and many of them regret their choice of carrier. I know one who quit to grow apples and another, who started a restaurant. Some, dependent on funds, do important research, but who reads their papers? They can’t change anything, unfortunately. Do you think our leaders read the papers and understand the message?
This is an old problem. Economists discovered the second derivative as late as in the 1930s. They finally learned to study flows, instead of stocks. Some of the best economists of our time are still stuck with the limited mathematics they learned before coming to the university. Who wants to spend two-three or more years studying mathematics before studyng what they are really interested in? A young student is not even aware of the problem and not many have the funds.
The situationin Russia is a little better. Mikhail Khazin is a mathematician turned economist. The Russians have an inventive way of teaching mathematics and the Russians have a natural ability for math.
Some economists revolt against too much mathematics. They say common sense is more important and I respect their point of view. Mathematics is a beautiful tool, but it remains a tool. I was never a marxist, but I studied Marxist economics with fascination. If we want change, we can start by defining what we want to do, as the Kings of old did. With the help of good economists, mathematicians, lawyers and good buraucrats the goals can be attained. And please, don’t forget the statisticians. They are as marginalized as the economists in this age. We have great minds, but the intellectuals are not in power anymore. The last time they were, before the capitalists, was when the priests had power over Kings and people. That was good in a sense and bad in another. After a period of anarchy, a strong man takes over. The intellectuals outmart him eventually and, in turn, the capitalists corrupt the intellectuals and anarchy comes back. This has happened in every age. I agree we need to understand advanced mathematics and put the knowledge to use, but we also need an environment where that is possible.
Anonymous said: “Right. There are no rules, but there is the appearance or illusion of rules.”
No, no & no! I insist there ARE rules. You don’t say there’s no law against murder because criminals break the law. There ARE rules & they are agreed upon & published. For example, the UN Charter. Rules exist & the US and Israel violate those rules. This is unacceptable. Even force majeure may not be able to withstand the moral condemnation of a substantial number of nations– especially not if combined with the kind of lawbreaking which is destroying all trust in the legalities that underpin the economic system.
—-Penelope
I agree with Penelope at 04:40. There is an abundance of rules in the world, and the modern world is formed around those rules. We live in a time when several of the big rules are being broken. Putin is saying, follow the rules that already exist, or the rest of the world will have to make new rules, and give notice that it follows those rules, and disavow the old rules.
What this means is that the West, which has forgotten that seemingly intangible things like rules and laws and negotiations actually have a material weight in this world, is going to wake up to a world where power has changed without a shot being fired. The West has forgotten that such power exists, if it ever really knew, or that such changes are at stake here. Crimea should have woken the West up to the power of law and rules, because it was these things that were being deployed, far more than military activity – so I suggest. Instead the West closed its eyes to this easy lesson. Now will come a harder lesson.
Rules are what govern the distribution of resources and the direction of effort and energy. The movements of oil, minerals, money and military power are a manifestation of this, but it extends to everything that allows our interdependent world of agreements to operate. Rules tell people and nations in advance what they will gain if they pursue certain actions. Break enough rules and ultimately you end up quarantined or outcast, freezing and starving.
I loved Putin’s use of the term nouveau riche by the way, to describe the US attitude. This was a supremely penetrating capture of the nature and actions of the enemy. I hope it goes down in history as a sublime observation of realpolitik.
I do believe that those who hold stable wealth globally are happy with the rules between nations, and have no need to see them broken, because they largely now control them. I believe that Russia and China could rewrite the rules that run this world, such that the globally wealthy would have no complaint. If so, then it can happen that the West will go down, and Asia will arise.
Re: economics. I believe it is STILL the case that companies cannot be incorporated in Russia, but only offshore, depriving Russia of much tax-revenue. Also the Central Bank is completely?? independent of the executive and Duma. Russian constitution was set by the West following USSR collapse. Needs to correct these and other things. I don’t know if they can even raise their own capital w “public banking system”.

Erika, the G-20 Meeting of Leaders is in Brisbane on the 15th and 16th of November, 2014. It is my belief that President Putin will take full advantage of the world media present at the event to offer conclusive proof that Ukrainian forces shot down Malaysian flight MH-17.
Firstly, it will put our Prime Minister Abbot and Foreign Minister Bishop back in their burrows. Secondly, President Putin promised Foreign Minister Bishop help in resolving the MH-17 issue in Italy (his smile at the time led me to this belief). Finally, with much of the world’s media focused on this event, his evidence can’t and won’t be swept under the carpet. We may see some very red faces coming out of Brisbane.
Quote from mr Khazin:
“3:18 There are two circumstances: That at last China will formulate its own policy.
4:00 You are a European country, therefore we will be taking care of
4:04 your Asian territories, and you don’t go there.””
Is mr Khazin seriously suggesting that China will threaten to take over Siberia if Russia is serious about being/becoming a European country??!!
Any news yet of mr Khazin answering the questions posed to him some time ago?
Kind regards,

“Nato is an instrument of anglo england to control Europe through American arms. Both world wars were plotted and started by england to ruin Germany and Russia.”
Indeed. It is high time to discuss what really happened during WW1 and WW2, in order to prepare for the final reconciliation between the two greatest European peoples: Russians and Germans.
You can’t blame the Germans too much for their behavior this year; they have been destroyed by Anglosphere twice and the Anglo boobs are so indoctrinated by half a century of Hollywood garbage that they can easily be motivated to destroy a defenseless ‘evil Germany’ for a third time, if it starts to behave in a manner the US won’t like.
Now the Russians are exactly in the same boat as the Germans were between 1933-1939 vis-a-vis the ‘AngloZionists’. The Germans have no choice but to wait until the French are ready under Marine le Pen to make the switch to Russia, together. Any other scenario is suicide (for Germany). The recent behavior of Gerhard Schroeder and Dominique de Villepin has shown that there is support for Russia on the highest European level.
We must wait for the moment that the Chinese are openly going to challenge the US and dump the dollar. That will cause chaos in the US and probably will lead to Balkanization a la the USSR. That will be the moment to act. Form a military alliance between Europe and Russia and make it clear to China that Euro-Siberia is going to be defended, if necessary with nukes, Asian 21st century or no Asian century. China can have a peaceful relation with Euro-Siberia if they want it, based on balance of power and mutual arms control. Secret diplomacy should make it clear that Australia is not going to be defended.
Greater Europe should support a constitutionalist anti-Washington insurgency, if that arises, with the aim to bring parts of the balkanized US into a Greater-European commonwealth as a junior partner, to build up enough mass to contain Asia (China and its satellites) and break the back of the London-Wallstreet axis once and for all. Exit AngloZionists from history.

Math.
Math is not reatched its limits, witch i belive it may never do, but we are far of, and so that wories me not, the fact of the Matter, in “science”, we dont even know what Matter is.
huh
In eCONomics the situation is different, and it de facto, by all means, despite its hash words, witch must be understud as an analogy, Banks/Usury/Intress is THE problem, in it self, by virtue of spreading the costs finaly upon WE the people, as it have done so for decades, thrue a row of bobbles of various kinds, and obviously Nobody learned nothing.
The REAL problem isnt neseserry, the Banks per se, where a lott of them preformed, well and managed them selfs without Bailouts and Austeretys.
Instead of diveresying the basic/foundation, witch was the solid assets, as housings and so on, and the gov. nationalised the bank and simply slammed it down.
Killed it.
And what happened that ONLY the Bank dissapeared, while the state cept the rest, and made a new bank, out of the ruins of the old, and sould it back to the marked with profitt.
That have been done, and why dint this happened in the uSSa, where the large ones was cept alive, atrificialy by any means, creating ilutions, to manitian the ilution flouting.
The solution is quite simple, take them and eradicate them entirly, rearange the inventory, and help those that needs it, takes a year or two and can be done.
The debth accumulated by this entetys eradicated completely, since their impackt have been created to this point by morons and stupidity, greed and lies, aka downright crimes.
And above them, the scam of scams, Fractional Banking.
And so on, the pilatgeing of Africa, and so on, done by large private owned financial isnt. lie the Bank of International Setlements.
The Capo di totti Capi.
Capice.
This days the world have gone bonkers, everybody is sawing the branch they sit on, for their lifes.
The present oldtime religion about economic policys and the private sentral banking cartells, babbelings and downright lies about everything, is dying.
Harakiri, is a word, propper to describe this situation, and not with the honor that it was meanth to have, by the virtue of the action, of killing them self.
The world, isnt linear, aches to asches, dust to dust.
Without Life, no Death, No death, No Life.

It would appear that Mr. Khazin and you are operating in the same paradigm, namely that China will act/think in the same way as the present opponents.
If that were so, you both posit that “China” has learnt little from developments, including their own history from at least 1842 (“Western” calendar).

“Also it was Germany to be first to publicly declare that NATO should expand eastward in 1993. This was done to militarily secure the old German “Drang nach Osten”. “
Perhaps you omit Generalplan Ost and the lessons derived there from.
Ostforschung was not static and post 1992 aims were progressed through EU programmes such as PHARE and TACIS, the main beneficiaries/vectors including but not restricted to Commerzbank, Dresdner Bank and Raiffeisen Bank of “Austria”.
Raiffeisen Bank’s undeclared aim was to reconstitute a loose version of the Austro Hungarian Empire, and inter-bank negotiations led to an informal working arrangement of “spheres of influence” – with cross-over in Ukraine, always perceived as being of geo-strategic significance.
Privately some viewed the CDU’s positions, utterances and actions as window dressing to satisfy certain “constituancies” whilst pusuing aims in less obvious ways.

Grieved, thank you for championing the existence of rules. But the very rich of whom you speak are the very ones controlling the Deep State and causing the rules to be broken. For they are the ones behind the wish for a new world order– a global oligarchy. Their wealth is a means to produce this end & then are willing to break any rule, commit any sin to accomplish it.

Perhaps the following will aid illumination.
To break a rule, the rule needs to both exist and be deemed applicable.
To the opponents “rules” serve various purposes especially ideological, but at no point are the rules deemed to be applicable to them, since they are changed and/or interpreted according to ideological and practical utility.
The opponents don’t break rules, they create rules applicable to others to ensure the continuance of their (the opponents) advantages generally ensuring to cloak them in fashionable clothing as if a rechtstaat or “democracy” existed.
The notion and wish that a rechtstaat exists or should exist is to encourage/maintain a division between the creators of rules and those to whom rules are applicable, thereby giving at least an atomic half-life to ideological conditions for mutations of the opponents’ bases of succour to exist.
If you would like an example, perhaps look at Russian history between say 1864 and 1944.
