The United States corporate-dominated media has found that the easiest way to shape news coverage on the scores of legal challenges to the 2020 presidential election is to only report on them when the cases have lost.
After all, the more newspaper inches given to objective discussions of widespread voter fraud allegations equals the more chances an average American starts to think the election was rigged. This theory presumes that the average American is so docile and programmable that they have already completely forgotten the mainstream claims which dominated the previous four years: that the election was rigged (by Vladimir Putin).
Not reporting until a court rejects an integrity challenge also allows for a superior “I-knew-it-all-along” tone, combined with open accusations of lunacy on the part of the aggrieved party.
More than a month after the vote the party (Republicans) remains tremendously aggrieved: top pollster Gallup just reported that 83% of Republicans say that reports of Biden being the president-elect are not “accurate”. Yes, it’s an oddly-worded poll, but so many US wordsmiths have been purposely opaque since election day.
It’s always been easy to roll one’s eyes at the smug tone because such condescension will drop to the ground lack a bag of bricks with just one Supreme Court loss, after all.
Yes, the widespread US belief prior to November 3, 2020, was that their elections were poorly designed, poorly funded, poorly run, poorly counted and porous in many other ways besides, but I always thought the biggest post-election day challenge would be over the exact issue which has led to the totally unprecedented situation of states suing other states over accusations of ruining the election’s integrity:
Texas – now joined by Louisiana, Missouri and Arkansas – is suing the states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin over mail-in ballots.
I’ll show that the US Constitution makes it clear their case should at least be heard by the Supreme Court. The state-on-state nature already takes the case directly to the top.
The Supreme Court always had to rule on the unprecedented expansion of mail-in balloting
What’s so interesting about “democracy with US characteristics” is how the nine justices of the Supreme Court are allowed to be so very, very removed from US society. They debate in private, they grant media interviews very rarely, they don’t have to say much in court (Justice Clarence Thomas went from 2006 to 2016 without publicly asking a question), nor do they even have to give public reasons for many of the momentous decisions they make (they just rejected a key vote fraud case in Pennsylvania with one sentence, but more accurately only one word: “denied”). It’s not the Holy See of Rome, but it’s close.
But it’s not close regarding the holiness, because what this unaccountable and unelected regime of nine holds sacred is merely the 18th century US Constitution, something which is currently losing lustre worldwide by the minute.
Some, not all, of these justices are Wahhabi-like in their insistence that the document is “dead” (and perfect in its deadness), in that it must be followed both to the letter and in the spirt of the bygone (allegedly golden) age in which it was written.
Given this ideological reality doesn’t it seem clear that executive branch orders by some governors, or even just their secretaries of state, to massively and controversially flood their states with mail-in ballots violated the US Constitution – even if these actions were approved by some in the judicial branch – because they often did not get legislative branch approval? Article 1, Section 4 of the US Constitution states: “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature …”
Texas’ lawsuit thus asserts: “The four states exploited the COVID-19 pandemic to justify ignoring federal and state election laws and unlawfully enacting last-minute changes, thus skewing the results of the 2020 General Election. The battleground states flooded their people with unlawful ballot applications and ballots while ignoring statutory requirements as to how they were received, evaluated and counted.” The suit claims the vote in Texas was tainted by the vote in Pennsylvania, etc.
People may notice that Article 1, Section 4 does not talk about “Elections for President”, but the US elects their president by an Electoral College, not direct vote. It is regularly inferred that this clause also applies to the presidential vote, but it is actually addressed in Article 2, Section 1: “The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows: Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors….” Again it’s the state legislature which decides how to decide to “appoint” (not “elect”) Electoral College “Electors”, and Article 2, Section 1 is cited in Texas’ lawsuit.
I wish I could find more good media reports on this case to better inform my opinion but – as I began – you just can’t find much objective journalistic discussion on the US voter fraud causes. No well-known anti-Trump media I saw ever even broached Article 2, Section 1 – even though it was named in the lawsuit – all they had was hysterical and completely unobjective denials that the Texas lawsuit doesn’t even attempt to make a coherent argument. And yet: the Supreme Court gave the defendant states less than 48 hours to respond to Texas’ lawsuit – by 3pm on December 10.
The suit also says the expansion made the vote insecure, but forget about all the alleged vote machine tampering, the purported “smoking gun” videos, the reported 1,000 testimonies making accusations of election malfeasance – all of that either has the evidence or it doesn’t. Maybe there was a huge conspiracy of voter fraud, or maybe there wasn’t. The nation’s top intelligence official, the Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, just said that all issues of election fraud must be investigated and only then would we see “whether there is a Biden administration”. Will they all be properly investigated? This is America, so all we can say for sure is that no matter what happens America will insist that they are the spotless beacon the world should follow.
But the question of mail-in ballots – this enormous change to the US voting system which inspired seemingly thousands of complaints by Donald Trump on Twitter, as well as from many regular American citizens – this is the dispute which has the power to immediately invalidate the 2020 vote.
I say: yes, it should invalidate the vote – that is, if Americans want to follow the rules of the antiquated and fundamentally aristocratic American system.
America is not a modern democracy, nor is it accountable – don’t expect the Supreme Court to rule in favor of the outsider Trump
Yes, pro-Trumpers were wrong to wait until after the election – to see if their candidate lost – before bringing this suit, but who’s to say that elite Democrats wouldn’t have forced some of their own governors to do the same thing if Biden was the projected loser? How can judges rule on a case which was never brought before them? The bottom line is that checks and balances are what make democracy “democracy”, whether that democracy is Athenian, American, Chinese socialist or Iranian Islamic, and one person should not be able to change the fundamental nature of how elections are held, even if that person is a state governor or secretary of state, and even if a state judge says their change is ok.
Modern democracies have (at least) three branches for a reason, but it’s ok that mail-in ballots were often routed around the legislative branch?
(I often say Iranian democracy has revolutionarily created a “Supreme Leader branch”. I’d also say the massive influence of the internet/digital age gives more credence to making the unofficial “Fourth Estate” – the media – an official branch. What’s wrong with more than three branches, other than: But the bourgeois West doesn’t do it?)
The re-routing (and some state legislatures, such as Nevada, did approve a sweeping expansion to mail-in ballots) of democratic processes into the hands of one person should be seen as a continuation of what Western democracy truly is: liberal strongmanism. This process became out in the open with Dubya Bush’s phony war on Iraq and the Patriot Act, continued with the ignored anti-austerity elections in Greece, is part and parcel of Emmanuel Macron’s “rubber bullet liberalism” war on France’s Yellow Vests, and was seen in 2020 when some US governors essentially said: We want Trump out so badly that we’ll change the elections by fiat to do it.
(Corona was not a valid excuse in November, because by then 2020 had seen many nations successfully and safely hold elections.)
A coronavirus vaccine was announced just two days after Biden declared victory; after months of refusals – which have fiscally disemboweled the US lower classes – Democrats finally agreed to negotiate on their heretofore totally inflexible 2nd stimulus position as soon as the calendar turned from election November to December; Facebook, Twitter and the US mainstream media currently censor the average Republican’s election reflections as if these citizens were calling for a second Holocaust.
Those are not conspiracy theories but are listed to reveal how truly terrible and power-monging the political and cultural elite is in the United States. They overreach their power time and time again, no matter how negative the effect on their domestic public or the rest of the world.
Such persons wanted Trump out, and I’m not saying that they engaged in a massive conspiracy of election fraud to do so – I’m saying that they obviously changed the fundamental nature of the election to do so.
In the US states decide individually how elections are run, but there should have been formal legislative debate about any huge changes to the election format and not merely a gubernatorial order reflected upon in private by a judge. It was undemocratic political overreach in a nation full of people who have been conditioned to believe that the boss/CEO/president can and should be able to fire/personally enrich/sanction at will.
There are enough “strict constructionists” ,”originalists” or (as I call them) “American Salafists” currently on the Supreme Court to see the logic of Texas’ argument. However, I do not think the Supreme Court will find in favor of Texas – the power-holders in the US system are fundamentally anti-Trump, I think 2016-2020 has proven ad nauseam.
Trumpism was vindicated in a grassroots way – like it or not – on November 3rd, but there are no “Trumpist” judges in the top court. Who knows, maybe Trumpism will last long enough that one day there will be, but for now what all Supreme Court judges are is merely typical American conservatives. The idea that even though Supreme Court justices are the most untouchable persons in American society and yet they will bend over backwards to please Trump is, I think, a major (but common) fallacy.
It’s clear that the 2020 election was drastically changed (just look at how voter turnout suddenly was the highest in 120 years), and it’s clear that legislatures often did not fulfil their check and balance role, and it’s clear that “strict constructionism” was not something invented by Justice Anthonin Scalia but is an ideology which has been widely discussed since the very beginning of the American republic… all that will be thrown out to throw out Trump, I predict.
This article has not been pro-Trump or anti-Trump, it is reminding how very drastic the actions of anti-Trump power-holders in the US have been. They changed the nature of the 2020 vote, and they don’t want to admit that, and the Supreme Court is not likely to unconservatively ok a shocking, once-in-three-lifetimes reversal to the 2020 presidential vote – not because of the chaos and alienation it would cause among the 99%, but because American democracy is and has always been expressly designed to protect the elite, not the people/workers/lower classes.
By the way, the only presidential vote which ever mattered at all takes place in less than a week – the Electoral College votes on December 14th. I think this year’s general election on the presidential vote has provided a more interesting – yet legally meaningless – diversion than it normally does, don’t you?

Removed – no attacking the author. Mod. When it comes to drastic actions, the only way Trump can remain in office is to use extrajudicial methods, like declare a “national emergency” under the USA Patriot Act. Removed. That act came into being after the false-flag attack of 9/11. It will enable Trump to enact over 100 special powers that will keep him in office indefinitely. What that emergency will be is up to him to decide. Expect the real perps of 9/11 to come up with something awful, blamed on Iran. May Heaven help the crew of the USS Nimitz.
Some support for your Iran false flag hypothesis emerges today:

“Potential adversaries should understand that no nation on earth is more ready and capable of rapidly deploying additional combat power in the face of any aggression,” the commander of CENTCOM, Gen. Frank McKenzie, said in a statement about the mission.
“We do not seek conflict, but we must remain postured and committed to respond to any contingency or in opposition to any aggression,” McKenzie said.
<> Ooh! Sounds all John Wayne-y or Jimmy Stewart-y. I’ll bet McKenzie’s fond of old 50’s era WWII movies too. Like Wayne, he wouldn’t last 30 seconds in actual combat.
The Supreme Court just dismissed Trump’s bid to overturn the election. Sadly, when over 100 members of Congress conspired to disenfranchise millions of voters who legally mailed in their votes in November, you know that the faith-based evidence-free personality cult Trump has turned much of the Republican Party into will follow him right over the cliff into out-and-out despotism. It would be the end of the USA as we know it.
This almost guarantees that he will now use extrajudicial means to stay in office. Expect a “national emergency” to happen sometime before January 20th. The real perps of 9/11 are working on it…
Sadly, over 200 members of the house and SCOTUS has disenfranchise millions of voters by illegal mail in votes and voting machines fraud. You know the Graft-based Responsibility-free personality cult since Clinton, who has turned all of the Democratic Party into lemmings, who will follow any Global Elite agent’s right over the cliff into Global Fascism. This is the end of the USA as we know it.
This guarantees that Global Elite agent´s will now use extrajudicial means to stay in power until the end of a World War III, or American states secession removes the financial foundations from the Deep state.
Expect Martial Law to be implemented after January 20th. The perps of 9/11, Mossad, CIA, FBI, BLM, and Antifa are already setting up the excuses for Biden to implement it.

Every European will recognize the catalog of terror (False or Real) the Americans will be presented with from now on, to implement Fascist dictatorship in the US to eradicate the national constitution, Just as the Europeans have been through since 9/11, to implement Fascist dictatorship in the EU.
We know the drill by now,
Being as how legal mail-in voting has been done in the USA since at least the Civil War, it’s hard to understand how you think it is in some way illegal. It was the preferred method of voting this year because of COVID-19 and to get around the traditional Republican voter suppression techniques that have gone on in our major cities since forever. Some states like Colorado don’t even have in-person voting. Every ballot is either mailed in or dropped off in an official drop box. As a Dane, you should know that mail-in voting is legal in much of Europe.
Also, I’m not looking for Biden to declare martial law and suspend the Constitution anytime soon. Why would he? He’s won the election for Pete’s sake!
In Civil War days there weren’t fractional voting machines or even photocopy machines to print boxes of ballots
It has been my working assumption since the Dems started foreshadowing scenarios in which DJT will have to be dragged out of the WH by Marines etc. that the country will be brought to the brink of dysfunction through extensive civil unrest, probably after XMas such that neither an R nor a D will be selected by the House in January, rather martial law will be demanded by both sides and a Globalist-friendly General (like Matthis) will be made Acting President until the Global Pandemic period is over (part of the reason for martial law will be to enforce lock-downs which in turn will guarantee the collapse of the small/private business sector after which The Great Reset can be implemented.
In other words, Trump will push for martial law for reasons to do with fraud and treason; and the Dems will push for martial law because Trump is a dictator who wants martial law and because evidence of fraud – both criminal on the part of Biden and Harris and Party-wide viz the election practices in a few choice Dem cities – will be too convincing to permit their ticket to take power.
The goal has always been martial law. If they can get Trump to embrace it and then turn it against him, so much the better. First martial law, then the functional end of the Republic, then the Great Reset in the US along with Europe.
All it takes is a slightly-worse-than-usual flu, and a compliant laptog press. Easy-peasy. End of Western Civilisation just like that!
This case, brought to the Supreme Court, is Texas telling Wisconsin and other states to invalidate millions of mail-in votes. Texas clearly has no standing to tell Wisconsin how to run their elections. This is a States’ Rights issue and the Supreme Court threw the case out mostly because of that. Republicans are pissed that mail-in voting in the big cities completely overwhelmed their traditional methods of suppressing the vote. As Republican Lindsey Graham once said, “We have to do something about mail-in voting or Republicans will never win another election in the USA.”
Tommy, I had some hopes for Trump’s term but was quickly disabused of that! There’s lots of reasons he failed on so many fronts and placed America in a position of distrust and fear among many nations. Some of them are due to Trump being Trump.. but to be fair everyone was against him. Even the people smiling and shaking his hand. I may be wrong about this (but hope I am not); of all the shenanigans and double-crossing and more that Trump proved capable of? I do not believe he will go beyond his legal efforts and public grandstanding to remain in office. If for no other reason than he is a coward..
For the record I see a lot of evidence and honest testimony that call the election into serious doubt. People need to know and the Supremes were wrong to quash the challenges. But the election was stolen from all Americans months ago when any proper candidate and every proper subject was ushered from the stage and put out the back door. Cheers.
Tommy wrote: “legal mail-in voting has been done in the USA since at least the Civil War”.
Year: but ILLEGAL mail-in votes have been illegal since the beginning of democracy:
Tommy wrote: “It was the preferred method of voting this year because of COVID-19”
No: it was the preferred method of voter fraud this year, because it was allowed in swing-states to transgress common election law. COVID-19 was the excuse to commit wide spread voter fraud.
Tommy wrote: “It was also allowed, to get around the traditional Republican voter suppression techniques that have gone on in our major cities since forever”.
Nobody allowed swing states to circumvent the common election laws and the constitution.
The clause in question compensated the rural population to have equal say as the masses in the major cities. Otherwise you will have the worst in democracy, a majority of city folks dictating the minority rural populations into slavery. The clause is to protect the rights of the individual, a Human right clause, which communist and Fascist likes to trample under foot.
Tommy wrote: “Some states like Colorado don’t even have in-person voting”.
Yes: and now we see the result, major Voting fraud committed in Colorado.
Tommy wrote: “As a Dane, you should know that mail-in voting is legal in much of Europe”.
Yes: we have mail in voting, but very strict voting control in Denmark, and voting Machines are illegal.
Tommy wrote: “I’m not looking for Biden to declare martial law and suspend the Constitution anytime soon. Why would he? He’s won the election for Pete’s sake”!
Biden has declared: we have erected the greatest voter fraud in American History, including his stated intentions to end the second amendment, and to bail out Blue major cities.
Biden can’t cancel the second amendment without a martial law to suspend the Constitution.
What more proof do you need than the word from the man himself?
Tommy wrote: “Texas clearly has no standing to tell Wisconsin how to run their elections”.
Texas has no intention of telling Wisconsin how to run their election. That is a case for SCOTUS to secure that each state has equal standing. That is why Texas send the case to SCOTUS.
Tommy wrote: “This is a States’ Rights issue and the Supreme Court threw the case out mostly because of that”.
It is not a State right to create a new election law in Wisconsin, which have negative affect on every other state in America.
Tommy, you know these facts as well as I do. But it is not you intention to inform people of facts.
Your intention is to manipulate public debate.
That is why you entwine more than one lie in the same sentence, In order to confuse the subject.
Thus I have sectioned your sentences to counter each lie, and to expose what you are.
Tommy, you are a professional in the creation of SPIN, and should seek a job on the Biden team.
If you haven’t already.
Well, Dane, over 50 Republican lawsuits alleging what you claim have been thrown out of court in the USA. That means that much of the US judiciary, both conservative and liberal, is party to your wild conspiracy theories. That makes absolutely no sense. Removed. No attacking other commenters. Mod.
Great piece, Ramin! I think your analysis and prediction on how all of this will turn out is spot on. The Supremes can certainly read the beltway political tea leaves – if they weren’t instructed explicitly – so there will be no last minute Hail Mary reprieve coming on their part. 2020 will be remembered as the year when the cover was finally ripped off the idea that American elections were ever anything more than an extremely lucrative and elaborate dog and pony show for the masses, so there’s at least that. I shudder to think what 2021 will be remembered for, but it should be one helluva ride on the way to finding out. Secession could well be the long term outcome of all this chicanery.
Something tells me that the Trumpsters are just stalling for time until the “extrajudicial” event that will keep Trump in power indefinitely happens. That will be the end of the USA as we know it, which is just what the Trumpsters want apparently.
Well four years under Trump and what have we gained, true no new wars but yet none have been ended, in fact an uptick in the ones going on and more money for the MIC as they tune up the Cold War against well anyone ‘who ain’t with us”.
Now Trumps a scary fellow in his rhetoric that he was beaten well by Biden I guess and talk of the military and the right wing groups, militias, etc is not a very smart idea for that makes us look like any banana republic and maybe that’s what we have become, where the right wing takes over the country and as a rule a bloodbath comes as the result and I’m not sure that this is something anyone wants,!!!
I recognize the dangerous scenario described by some commentators, that Trump could become a Dictator. However I will now use the same scenario to describe an even more possible outcome.
“Hitler fashioned Deep State Agents around himself that is exactly similar to what Biden has now in Washington. Biden is posing as their savior of Grafts, against liberalism and the Rule of law, just like Obama.
All it would take now is for the USA to have a “Reichstag fire” of some sort, and the Swamp, MSM, CIA, FBI, BLM and Antifa would follow order to go over the cliff, and turn America into outright fascism, once again disguised as some kind of benevolent theocracy”.
Some will recognize that I have used Tommy´s words to describe a Trump dictator scenario, but have only changed the names used in the theory, and logically we end up with the same outcome, dictatorship. But now a Biden dictatorship. I have just subjected the theory to logic reasoning, no longer uses in the west.
The theory of Trump becoming a Dictator is actually less plausible than a Theory of Biden becoming a dictator.
With Biden you already know the drill.
He has been an agent for the Global Elite implementing their agenda for 50 years.
If there I one sentence defining Trumps first term it is (The great Awakening) of both the American and European population. Trump´s presidency has been a full exposure of all the Deep State Agents put in place for decades by the Global Elite.
After all Trumps disclosures of corruption within both the US and Globally, people are now fully aware of the Fascist Network which have hijacked and are ruling all democracies.
And the people are ready to revolt.
After this Great awakening Trump would have full support during a second term from the world population to clean out the Global swamp. And the Global Elite knew it.
The Great awakening is an expression invented and supported by the Global Elite to describe and implement Revolution.
The Global Elite wants the revolution to create create chaos.
The Global elite want chaos to steer the world via its agents into the New world Order.
Global Slavery under the Global Elite.
However thanks to the internet and Trump, the whole world is now aware of the scheme.
That is why they had to create the fake virus as an excuse to put people in lock down, to avoid old fashion revolution getting out of hand, while they stole the US election, to put in their preferred Dictatorship, God old reliable corrupt Biden and hoe Harris.
Now, during the chaos, the best scenario for the world population is to counter the Global Elites Agenda 21 (planned for 2021) via the democratic and legal institutions already in place, To clean out corrupt Global Elite Agents not only in the US but on a Global scale. It must be done by charging these agents with treason and insurrection against democracy, so they end up in prison.
Then there will be a real democracy left to claw back the wealth the Global elite has stolen from the people worldwide.
It took Putin and the Russian people a generation (30 years) to clean out corruption in Russia.
Trump alone, can’t clean out the whole Global Deep State in 4 years.
But we will get there if we stick together.
Great post, and displaying a better understanding and level of knowledge than many commenters on this site.
“The theory of Trump becoming a Dictator is actually less plausible than a Theory of Biden becoming a dictator.”
Exactly. It is Biden (or rather his puppet master Obama) who has been fostering and supporting the ‘citizen army to counter he military’ for the last four years. The only change I would suggest is that Biden is only the figure head who will be swiftly removed once the plan plays out. Obama will be the real dictator, perhaps behind Kamala or more likely the UN supported ‘acting president’ anointed to stop the bloodbath they are trying to implement via their useful idiot army of BLM/Antifa.
A container load of fully auto AR lowers has been intercepted from China. How many have made it through?
Air traffic reports show a huge amount of C130s recently flew into Las Vegas. Each carry 300 troops and Las Vegas is perfectly positioned as a forward staging area for the west coast.
War is coming. The question is, how much of the US military are loyal to Trump?
Struth
The container of fully auto AR 15 intercepted from China, could be intended for sale to US citizens.
And that is legal.
However, Air traffic reports of huge amount of C130s recently into Las Vegas (Each carrying 300 troops) could be a major problem, depending on their nationality and mission.
If it is Trump calling the US Troops home from Iraq and Afghanistan: No Panic.
There is no question that the US military service men are loyal to Trump.
The Obama top brass I’m not so shure about.
I don’t see The UN or China sending real troops, into a US Civil war.
However, the following scenario is quite possible.
The UN is filled to the brim with Global Elite Agents.
The CIA, and FBI are foreign agents operating under the UN, thus in reality Global Elite Agents.
BLM and Antifa are financed by the Global Elite Georges Soros.
A falls flag attack on US citizens by BLM, or Antifa, will give the Global Elites Agent Biden the excuse to call in more UN agents to “save” the American people from Bloodshed, while the US troops are occupied overseas provoking Russia and China.
However each state in the US has its own National Guard, and they are on high alert by now.
Some of the National Guard is currently protecting the WH.
However, it might be a good idea for US citizens to form militias network, to counter any falls flag attacks from BLM and Antifa, including so called “Intervention” by UN – CIA and FBI agents.
The CIA and FBI don’t like to shoot Americans when Citizens arrive armed at the scene in Great numbers.

Dear Ramin,
“….Texas – now joined by Louisiana, Missouri and Arkansas – is suing the states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin over mail-in ballots…..”
This case is even bigger now with 17 States joining Texas:
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/12/update-18-states-join-texas-supreme-court-lawsuit-michigan-georgia-wisconsin-pennsylvania-fraudulent-election/
This is about a Federal election and the Constitution that guides it. It is arguing that the Equal Protection Clause has been violated in this election from state-to-state. States can’t just unilaterally change the rules of elections……this case is going to be very interesting.
The RNC has joined in too in Georgia:
https://redstate.com/nick-arama/2020/12/08/291325-n291325
Trump himself (as a presidential candidate), has now joined with Texas and 19 other states – Ohio has also joined today:

Ted Cruz will be leading the case with SCOTUS.
106 House Republicans also signed a brief supporting Texas:

Texas has been joined by a total of 17 states, as you can see here: https://www.zerohedge.com/political/missouri-joins-texas-taking-election-fight-supreme-court
No doubt this makes it the biggest election fraud-related lawsuit yet, though I think its arguments revolve around the constitutionality of mail-in voting rather than the fraud itself.
I find it very hard to believe that the Supreme Court would refuse to hear this case. Of course, that doesn’t mean they will rule in Trump’s favor, and even if they do, it might not be enough to overturn the results completely. Nevertheless, this is a very important and significant development, and one that could save the country.
Here’s to hoping that SCOTUS does the just, right and honorable thing, in full understanding that this election was blatantly stolen before our nation’s eyes.
Isn’t the statement “… it might not be enough to overturn the results completely …” at variance with the claim “… a … development … that could save the country …” ?!
Well yes, but my point is there’s really no telling what may happen. On the one hand, it may be false hope if the SCOTUS does nothing. On the other hand, they could make a ruling which changes the outcome of the election. So yes, it’s all very much up in the air still.
1876 Supteme Court precedent, one case of “fraud vitiates everything.”.
In other words the entire election results can be lawfully dismissed with just one proven case of fraud.
“No doubt this makes it the biggest election fraud-related lawsuit yet, though I think its arguments revolve around the constitutionality of mail-in voting rather than the fraud itself.”
The alleged fraud provides the impetus to act, but it is included in the lawsuit as evidence that voting was mishandled. The strength of the lawsuit is with Article II Section 1 which states:
Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector. The key phrase is in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct. The suit alleges that the four states in question did not follow the law as written by each state’s legislature and in the case of Pennsylvania, even the law passed in 2019 violated the state constitution.
… and in the 14th amendment that provides for equal protection for all citizens. The blatantly fraudulent activities in the democratic stronghold of the 4 states were not duplicated in the republican districts and thus, republicans were treated as 2nd class citizens.
The consitutional issues are (1) State legislatures and only state legislatures may set the rules for selecting electors, and (2) all voters must be treated equally. Mail-in voting is constitutional so long as the laws are followed. They weren’t.
there is much, much, more to this GLITCH., in the land of the brave and free than what has been said in the open by ordinary mass media including the alternate ones, this is a project under construction and there is no telling where the chips will fall eventually.
it is not business as usual anymore in the land of the brave and free, after sixty odd years visiting horrors to viets, koreans, arabs, serbians & afghans, is the machine gun hands any softer and caring as they attend locally?
it behoves us to observe insidiously, what is transpiring as madmen across the waters trip each other out cause as soon as this is over, it may not be ,”meet the new boss same as the old boss” for rest of humanity.
Your paraphrasing of neil young’s “rockin in the free world” was excellent. Ill just shuffle my feet .along now ;)
As far as the elections go, the trump.must go psy op appears to have succeded.
Having re-read Ramin’s article, it’s clear he doesn’t think the Supreme Court will rule in favor of Trump. However, the case is a Texas state lawsuit, not a Trump one. I think there is a small chance something good could happen here. Personally, I’m not yet willing to give up hope, no matter how slim it may be, that evil might be defeated for once…
Great article. But I see the end result as a Trump win. Regardless of what the elites want or not – the Trump movement is too strong – the GOP and their backers realize this. Biden will make the US ungovernable so the Texas led multi state SCOTUS suit is the perfect face saving way to drop the liability. As for opposition – there will be none. Biden and the DNC were always a paper tiger with paid rent a protestor mercs. The DNC has no support (the massive fraud/chaos proved that) – no working class and poor foot soldiers – certainly no Yellow Vests. The deplorable class (99.99999%) is firmly inside the Trump casino and set to light the globalists vassals on fire – there is no coming back for the DNC.
It is not about who wins … Trump or Biden. It will all be about what happens to something no one has covered here. That is the effect on the value of the US dollar. If the dollar crashes 90 percent of comments here will be of little consequence. If the dollar crashes there are many possible senarios all of which have no benefit to the US. I will not enumerate them all here yet understand the devaluation of the US dollar is inevitiable.
That the Chinese money system (computerised electronic) will do away with physical cash or dollars in all those countries that BRI covers and use the Chinese cashless apps will spell the slow but inevitable end for the US dollar. The transactions will start small and local but will eventually prevail overall. Already the ‘SWIFT’ money transferr system is being outclassed by other players in cluding the Chinese which already has the largest volume of trade on the planet.
Consider the following:
The US dollar was introduced as a energy (oil) trading currency. Currently alternate forms of energy are comming on to the market. It is a indication that the US dollar/oil situation is fast terminating. So technology, trade, science and computerisation are all against the sustainability of the US dollar as a factor of intrenational trading.
The political situation in the US and the growing realization that US government promises are hollow and self-seeking is not assisting the dollar.
Wars, weapon sales and promises to extend or keep the ‘defensive’ US umbrella to those countries who believe the increasingly fragile US/Pentagon releases that they are threatened are becoming less. Also the previous superiority of the weapon systems is also in doubt (see the F35) so any consideration that this profit will increase is very unlikely and that it will cease is seems inevitable.
So the short term question is: who will oversee the fall of the dollar faster, Trump or Biden?
My bet is on Biden and the quicker the better.
There is no justice in US courts. There are only bargainings. Why should be any different for SCOTUS?
Ramin, I love you man, but please do not disparage the US Constitution. Like it or not, understand it or not, it is the source of law for the United States, and we get to watch it in action over the next few weeks. You admit you’d like to understand it better – I’m on your side. Please watch and learn for a bit. Please don’t make analogies with Wahhabism when you talk about the Court or the Constitution – this is very inaccurate.
The last thing we need are journalists believing that the Constitution is a dead piece of paper – bad enough that Bush thought that. It’s the only safeguard the people have, the only possible source of power and protection they can claim. Throw that away, and you force us ordinary citizens into that terrible lawlessness that everyone fears may happen anyway.
The US is not a unitary nation, as most countries are. It is a Union of formerly sovereign nations called States. And the Constitution creates a Union, not a nation. The “nationhood” is in each state – this is where the people feel at home.
It’s good to see federal action taken by the states. What we’re seeing here is a bit of state muscle coming into play. Just as we saw with the lockdown orders. The feds have trodden on the states for a long time – the Constitution gave the balance of power to the feds over the states, deliberately and consciously, in order to preserve the Union. I agree with this choice, by the way.
So the states can’t bully the federal government. But this doesn’t mean the states have no power. We may be living in a time when the states are starting to remember the power they do have, and also when the people are realizing that the federal structure isn’t doing anything for them – nothing.
The people’s welfare, security and comfort rest in their states. The people can have political engagement and thus representation with their state legislatures – but this is lost at the federal level. Maybe it’s time for the states to take back some of their power, to take control of their money, and to stand up to the federal government as an alien usurper beholden to interests that are not the people’s interests.
Always remember that while no individual state or states can simply leave the Union – there is no right of recession, and that’s what caused all the trouble with the Civil War – they do have the power collectively to amend the Constitution.
The states can very lawfully change the powers of the federal government, and change its relationship to the people. The states can even dissolve the Union. And why not? If the federal government does nothing but steal the wealth of the land and give nothing to the people, what purpose does it serve any longer?
All these potentials lie in that Constitution that is very much alive, even after two centuries of thieves trying to kill it.
And although it’s untested in recent times, the Constitution still occupies a place of myth in the US culture. It may be the only rallying icon that could unite all factions.
We shall see – but let’s not call it dead just yet please ;)
@ Grieved
That is one valid opinion.
Another valid opinion is, that both the inhabitants of the present territory of the U.S.A. and the inhabitants of the entire planet Earth would be far better off if this unwieldy and intrinsically aggressive Union were peacefully dissolved, and divided into several culturally and economically more homogeneous portions. This is not a new idea, but a most natural solution contemplated already by many well thinking observers.
Au contraire, or as we say in the Deep South,(removed insult,MOD). The stated principles of this country are noble and they have been hijacked by (((capitalism))). The best thing for this country, my country, is for the Supremes to do their job and rule on the merits of the lawsuit. Their choice is simple, either to rule on the merits and provide injunctive relief (tell the state legislature to pick the electors), or to be cucked and let the DNC impose a one-party state.
This isn’t about Trump, per se. It’s about a duly elected populist who won the election. The people have spoken more than once. Trump won, and now the States are telling SCOTUS they’re not going to let the DNC get away with the crime of the (inser word for quarter of a millennium).
I agree with both immed. upthread comments.
*This is not about Trump.*
The attempt to cut Trump down since 2016 has never been only about Trump.
TDS has served the agenda well.
Ramin: The United States is a *confederation of states.* That is the legal structure. It is not a nation of individuals. It is amazing h ow many smart people do not “get” this.
You may find this structure and the Constitution’s “instructions for use” old-fashioned, but that’s the way it is.
Even I, a non-lawyer, could see—before the Texas lawsuit was filed and its text publicized—that the tweaking of the use of mail-in ballots could (and perhaps did) end up disadvantaging the states that stuck with the law. The Texas lawsuit explains this in very clear language. If “blue” states were honest they would join in to nip this development of illegal tweakings of election law and practices in the bud. They would see that it can also work against them and theyshould support the Constitution on principle. The reason for SCOTUS to take this case and, I hope, rule in favor of the AGs, is not to rule “in favor of Trump.” It is to prevent a very dangerous precedent and a race to the bottom in states coming up with fancy ways to leverage their voters’ influence on the outcome of presidential elections.
Just my take. As a completely unqualified observer.

The Federal government and its agencies, along with most of Congress, are entirely corrupted. The corporate media has become a Ministry of Truth for the deep state and it either censors, distorts, or simply lies about the “news”. As Ramin notes, it is impossible to even find adequate coverage of the lawsuits brought against the massively rigged election.
Thus it remains to be seen if the Supreme Court is also hopelessly corrupt and will stand with the establishment in its relentless efforts to rid itself of the outsider Trump. Should SCOTUS rule against this final lawsuit brought by the Red States against the Blue States (i.e.Trump), it will demonstrate to the Red States — and the 74 million people who voted for Trump — that there is no longer any protection for them under the Constitution, and thus no other remedy other than secession or revolution.
Sadly, ive concluded that no-one in this circus rises to power unless there is sufficient material for blackmail.
To the commenter known as Grieved,
Interesting things you share – But I must retort on one point – Texas has the legal right to secede from the Union. I was a citizen of the US for 47 years and have lived in Texas. Keep up the good fight!
Tikhon Bogomolov
@Tikhon Bogomolov – I don’t want to argue, but no state has the right to secede from the Union – not even Texas (which is the state I live in, by the way). This is a misconception that many people hold, I suspect, especially in the south. But the right to secede simply does not exist, not even for Texas.
I’ve read the early Supreme Court opinion on this following the Civil War, and actually it dealt with Texas, as it happens. The situation is very clear.
Texas of course proudly remembers that it was once a sovereign republic, but it never retained any right of independence when it joined the Union. Every state commits to a perpetual union.
If a state wishes to leave the Union, this can be achieved, and the specific path is clear – it must convince the other states to agree to amend the Constitution to allow it to leave. It cannot simply leave a perpetual agreement, because this breaks the agreement for the other parties.
This was the mistake made by the South that launched the Civil War – they should have acted politically to convince the other states to agree to let them go, but instead they just walked out of the contract. They had no legal right to do this – it would have broken the Constitution for everyone.
As I said, I don’t want to argue or be disputatious here. But those are the facts. Any legal source should be able to amplify this for any interested reader.
“It cannot simply leave a perpetual agreement, because this breaks the agreement for the other parties.”
JCPOA, mate.
Colin Woodard’s book “American Nations” considers the U.S. as not one nation but several nations, each with its own history, values, and economy welded together by the commerce clause and the Civil War. Fissures are appearing. Maybe autonomous regions can happen. “Leave as brothers” Jefferson?
The problem with the constitution is the glaring mistakes in its creation, the fact that the duties of the high court was left out giving them untold power in their rulings.
Sandra Day O’Conner said as she took over as head of the high court”WE the high court are determined to bring this country into the 21st century” so the high court took over the job of not only crafting laws but passing them to.
Now the Constitution needs a major overhaul to fix those mistakes and a number of others and until it’s done, and we just keep drifting along as all empires do, until it’s no longer means anything at all
Why on earth does your determination of the most likely final ruling of the court depend on whether there are any “Trumpist” judges in the top court? Yes, politics is a very personal game, where each politician’s personal interests tend to get weighted higher than any greater good or integrity, but those judges clawed their way to their current level of influence, and the Democrats have threatened to pack the court, diluting each judge’s individual influence. The conservative judges’ personal interests are not hard to parse out here. They would have to be rabid anti-Trumpists for the threat to their own hard-earned influence not to win out in any cost/benefit analysis.
That aside, four red states bringing suit against four ?blue? states claiming that the ?blue? states’ corruption will cause the red states to be subjected to rule by an un-elected cabal is a not-particularly-veiled threat of civil war. Now that this line has been drawn, it can not be un-drawn. The game has changed from a battle between two political parties to a battle between the various states.
The Supreme justices may in the end decide to rule based on a Salafist or a more relaxed interpretation of the Constitution. Certainly they will write their decision as though it were based on constitutional considerations. But they might just realize what this suit is saying and rule based on a pragmatic reading of the fragility of the Union. Should even more red states join the plaintiff, this case will become easily recognizable as a final offer being held out before making an official declaration of war. The other cases have been interesting to follow. This one is frightening.
Yes, this presidential election is a lot more interesting than normal for a variety of reasons. Most election cycles I find it hard to understand why anyone takes serious interest in the process of allowing the 99% to be surveyed on how their misery is to be managed by the bureaucracy imposed by the 1%. It is very strange to me.
I do not put much faith in the idea that the supreme court will right some injustice done to the peasantry. Probably their primary function is to preserve the rule of the 1% anyhow. Justice is an ideological abstraction to them since justice is understood in terms of values held by those defining it.
In any case, these are interesting times to be an American and I think to many it has made clear that this government is neither a democracy or a republic. As if the Iraq war and the “patriot act” wasn’t enough to make this clear.
Texas AG who himself is under investigation and facing charges LOL please, you (Removed language,MOD) are a hoot.
This is the continuation of what Trump has started. Its historical significance can not be underestimated. Looking at the contiguity of the states, you can easily see the future borders of a fragmented US. And, unlike Trump, there is real power behind this move. This is the best news in many months for world peace, although first we need to see how much dirt the Deep state has on 16 governors and 16 DA.
“Texas – now joined by Louisiana, Missouri and Arkansas…” — now 17 states according to ZH.
“Update (1555ET): A total of seventeen US states filed a brief at the US Supreme Court on Wednesday in support of Texas’s bid to overturn the election results.” (ZH)
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/missouri-joins-texas-taking-election-fight-supreme-court
“By the way, the only presidential vote which ever mattered at all takes place in less than a week – the Electoral College votes on December 14th. …” — not according to one scenario being pursued by the GOP. The final “final” decision point is the 6th Jan 2021 if the US Supreme court engages with the State vs State issue (which would seem to be hard to avoid, although the outcome may be less predictable).
From one of the 4,245 ZH comments basically suggesting that Guillani, Wood and Powell were basically diversionary tactics focused on feeding public media.
“[The 17 states have] until Thursday 3 pm to respond to the SCOTUS. And they have to explain why they should get away with ignoring the Constitution. They’ve never expected to be sued by 8 states. They thought Guillani, Wood and Powell were all they had to deal with. Question: Who said this?

Great article Ramin!
Maybe the people of the US will take action to retake their country this time (as they did not in 2001). The hollowness of mainstream media by now is indeed very very much «at war-like» – total propagandized blackout, hyper politization; that gives us no viable path ahead except a total democratic pseudo-utopic non-reality.
Ramin My Iranian Friend,
I believe you are correct about the Supreme Court. In the end the Ruling Elites in America will have strangled Sandersism and Trumpism i their cribs while pitting the Left Wing and Right Wing Populists against each other. Then the cabal can go back to making the world safe for the banksters and international oligarchs (like Gates, Dorsey, Zuckerberg, Benioff and Bezos) while bombing and drone striking the rest into submission. Look at good old Uncle Joe Biden the Cheater surrounding himself with Neocons and Neolibs. It’s like the Obama Regime and the W. Bush Regime and the Clinton Regime and the HW Bush regime. It’s Back to the Future!
The Civil Rights movement struggled mightily to allow millions of Americans the simple right to vote. People were killed to get that right.
In 2013, the oh-so-authoritative and fair Supreme Court overturned the work of Martin Luther King, Medgar Evers, and many other martyrs.
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/jun/25/shelby-county-anniversary-voting-rights-act-consequences
https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/supreme-court-strikes-portion-voting-rights-act/story?id=19459258
And to add insult to injury, the Citizens United Supreme Court ruling legalized fascism, that is, equating corporate and oligarchic cash with people. That was in 2010.
It tilted elections toward Republicans.
https://www.latimes.com/world-nation/story/2020-01-12/citizens-united-ruling-anniversary-how-it-changed-american-politics
In 2016, the Hillary camp conspired to cheat Sanders out of a sure nomination. The Democrats would rather risk losing to Republicans than to allow anything approaching a Left program such as Medicare for All, more rights to unions, etc.
They stole it from Sanders a second time in 2020, as shown by court cases proving voter suppression. The perpetrators spent Zero time in prison.
So now poor little Trump, who’s been a cheater his entire business life doesn’t like it that maybe the election was stolen back from him….This after massive Voter Suppression by Republican gerrymandering of voting districts, and voter suppression computer programs as documented by Greg Palast.
It’s a disgusting. What’s worse, is that mainstream Demorats (misspelling intended) have failed again and again when elections are stolen.. For example Reagan and Nixon disrupting negotiations (acts of treason) that would have resulted in Democratic wins. Or the wholesale sellout of anti war candidate George McGovern, in 1972, and Henry Wallace in 1944. Not to mention the stolen elections by Bush II in Florida in 2001 and again in Ohio in 2004.
This is all just another pathetic episode in the American soap opera Potemkin Village Truman Show Democracy.
I have zero sympathy for either side in this travesty……and the worst part of all is this:
“No matter who is president, the policy doesn’t change”. Truer words spoken by Putin himself..
So exercise your right to vote for nothing. As that ‘horrid leftist’ Emma Goldman (deported in the Palmer raids of 1920) said
“If voting matters, they’d outlaw it.”
The whole Trump vs. Biden thing is theater, an entertainment spectacle. Even the MSM increasingly refers to supporters of politicians or political parties as ‘fans.’
It is obvious that a significant portion of the American people are unhappy with the status quo and Trump, like Obama before him, promised change and that resonated with voters. Candidate Trump, like candidate Obama, talked a good line about peace, prosperity blah blah and that got him elected. And like president Obama, president Trump was a turncoat, an opportunistic bullsh****r who said what he had to say to win the election…and then promptly sold out his supporters.
Despite the drone assassination program, the massive Wall Street bailout, destroying Libya and other nefarious shenanigans, Obama’s fans still insist he was a peace loving progressive hero who did the best he could under the circumstances.
Despite giving Israel an unprecedented carte blanche, imposing siege warfare-like sanctions on Iran, Syria and Venezuela, gifting corporation a multi-trillion dollar Covid “bailout” and other nefarious shenanigans, Trump’s fans still insist he was for peace and a pro-working class American hero who did the best he could under the circumstances.
American presidential politics is a freakish sideshow that encourages self-delusion and irrational behavior on all sides.
For example, how on earth do anti-Zionists still manage to defend Trump in spite of him taking Adelson’s greasy shekels in exchange for firmly attaching his lips to Bibi Nutbaryahoo’s rectum and appointing his creepy Ziozombie son-in-law as his administration’s Middle East policy “advisor”?
It used to be that actions speak louder than words but in American politics it’s become the opposite.
Ramin, It hinges on Georgia. If Georgian run offs result in a Republican manority Senate then Pence is in charge of the Senate and the only thing needed after that is just one Senator to lodge a protest against the delegates from a state and then Pence can rule the delegates out of play.
It hinges on Georgia if SCOTUS rejects the Texan tango.
from the Columbia Journalism “media” email feed this a.m.:
“YouTube announced that as of Wednesday, the Google-owned video-hosting service will start removing any piece of content that misleads people by alleging that widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. It said its prior approach in some cases meant allowing “controversial views on the outcome or process of counting votes,” but that since enough states have now certified their election results, it will remove content that challenges that conclusion. “For example, we will remove videos claiming that a Presidential candidate won the election due to widespread software glitches or counting errors.”
“
Re “I wish I could find more good media reports on this case to better inform my opinion but – as I began – you just can’t find much objective journalistic discussion on the US voter fraud causes.”
There are two threads at the Unz Review that discuss these developments, by Brett Redmayne-Titley and by Tony Hall.
Some commenters are loony tunes but others seem to be quite well qualified to dissect these lawsuits and their legal underpinnings.
Hope I haven’t violated a Saker rule by mentioning another blog, but UR is where I have been following the legal developments (also with links).
Katherine
“The suit also says the expansion made the vote insecure, but forget about all the alleged vote machine tampering, the purported “smoking gun” videos, the reported 1,000 testimonies making accusations of election malfeasance – all of that either has the evidence or it doesn’t. ”
Ramin, I think you have missed the point of the AGs’ lawsuit.
The basic point is that some states’ changes to the way voting could be done disadvantaged other states (basically they changed the deadines to give voters more time to vote, is how I see it, and saw it before Texas acted).
The actual fraud is almost secondary, because the tweaking invited the fraud.
And, the lawsuits do not depend on proving fraud.
That is its strength.
Even if planning to commit fraud is implied or suggested.
Katherine
Katherine, as I read the lawsuit, the consitutional issue of equal protection provides the technical means of disallowing Biden electors in favor of electors the states’ legislatures nominate, but fraud is given as the compelling circumstance to prompt the Supreme Court to act.
The only problem with the lawsuit filed by Texas et al. is that it assumes that the popular vote matters. It does not. The popular vote is entirely irrelevant. All that matters is what state legislatures severally decide. A state legislature is entirely within its rights to award its electors to a candidate who received not a single vote.
Quite frankly, the only thing SCOTUS could reasonably rule on is whether the federal government has any right to dictate to the states how the states handle their elections (including how and when it changes its election laws) and approvals of slates of electors beyond what is explicitly stated in the Constitution and its Amendments. A strict constructionist would have to deny the federal government any such right.
If the Republican establishment is unwilling to accept Trumpism, I’d say Trump actually has enough legitimacy to join a third party (or found a new one) and bring along part of the 70-80 million supporters. Plus abstentionists, third-partyists, ordinary Democrats etc. The duopoly is not exactly cherished by the population.
Trump lost get over it. He was done in by Covid-19. Totally mismanaged it, like everything else he had his hands on.I gave him a chance and he blew it this year.
Oh yeah 22 states and territories filed friends of the brief along side Pennsylvania.
If Texas and its allies simply refuse to authorize electors then the Electoral College cannot meet. If a rump EC met and appointed any person as president, theses states could refuse to recognize this. They will de facto succeed from the union.
“It (the unprecedented way the election was conducted) was undemocratic political overreach in a nation full of people who have been conditioned to believe that the boss/CEO/president can and should be able to fire/personally enrich/sanction at will.”
I think the perfect example of this is the Guaido phenomenon. The Oligarchic Transnational Elite Collective (OTEC) long ago realized that the US needs Venezuela’s oil, so, as usual, OTEC instructed its subordinate politicians to steal that oil for US corporations to exploit by “whatever it takes”. OTEC’s political subordinates have been attempting to carry out OTEC’s orders for decades but, suddenly, a Chosen One recently appeared in the House chamber to wild, bipartisan applause (that rivaled that of NuttyYahoo snubbing then-Liar and Murderer In Chief “President” O’bomb’em a few years ago). Just think about it. A literal nothing-boy getting all that applause and “recognition” by all the “leaders” of the US’s vassal and wannabe-vassal states. As usual, OTEC’s wholly-owned MSM explained/promoted it all to its Bewildered Herd viewers and, voila, they were all nodding their empty heads before the first commercial/ad.
Similarly, OTEC decided long before election night, 2016, that should Donito Assolini miraculously become POTUS, all of the “whatever it takes” crap that has transpired for the last four years would happen.
OTEC also ordered that, again via “whatever it takes”, Donny could not play the role of POTUS after the 2020 election. OTEC’s subordinate politicians, judges, AGs, state legislatures are still doing their very best to make sure that Donnymaduro will not be POTUS for the next four years.
All of the above is the most obvious thing in the world, and Ramin does a fantastic job of spelling it all out, but I have one important question I want some help in answering.
The latest shenanigans are being carried out on a massive scale and that takes massive coordination, as well as massive, overwhelming, top-to-bottom “influence”. Just exactly WHAT is it that OTEC might be threatening to do if all of their politicians, judges, etc. and MSM do NOT accomplish their given mission to prevent Donny from remaining POTUS?
I’m instantly reminded of Dubya’s comment, “this sucker is going down”, before he stepped in front of TV cameras in 2008 and announced that a great financial crisis was occurring and that even though Dubya said that he was “a strong believer in free enterprise”, he was going to, essentially, bail out big banks (both domestic AND foreign). Otherwise, average Americans would suffer greatly.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1SFz6AsUUrQ
The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act and its Toxic Asset Relief Program were put on paper, but that act did not pass through the legislative branch under R Dubya. It took the virtuoso teleprompter reader D O’bomb’em to get the legislation passed through the legislative branch. And the so-called TBTF banks were born.
I think that there is a very good possibility that that OTEC has recently been making similar financial threats in perfect secrecy to get what it wants from its political slaves in Washington – in the RNC and the DNC and their hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of operatives “in the field” – in this case resulting in the rigged election we’ve just witnessed. To boil it all down, either that election got “managed” so that Donito lost, or “this sucker” (the US economy) would go down.
(No doubt the “interest” of the Saudi Arabians that are members of the OTEC would have great influence on the rest of OTEC’s members. After all, Saudia Arabia – the great buyer of US treasuries and weapons – came to the rescue of the flailing, war-based US economic system when it agreed to the petro-dollar arrangement after Nixon ended the ability of foreign buyers of US “treasury” bonds to exchange those bonds for physical gold in 1971. Simply put, the US did not have enough gold to “back up” the amount of debt that it needed to fund its perpetual wars. US taxpayers could not (and still cannot) afford to pay for perpetual war “up front”. Therefore, “their” government had/has to borrow money by selling bonds to someone and that someone had/has to agree that it would/will not demand gold in return. Saudi Arabia gave the US that guarantee …………… as long as the US would guarantee to use its military forces in the way that Saudia Arabia wanted…………. which is the real reason why Assolini pulled the US out of the JCPOA and has been oppressing Iran 24/7. Ever since the petro-dollar agreement came into being, the printed-out -of-thin-air USD has been on what I call “the drone standard” – continue to accept fiat USD in payment for your country’s REAL products or we’ll drone you. Interestingly, MbS has recently told Mr. Potato-Head & Co. that if the US wants to re-join the JCPOA, Saudi Arabia demands a seat at the negotiating table. The above explains why a head-chopping monarchy that has a population of roughly 34 million people will get their seat, officially or in secret. Otherwise, the King may, as he did shortly before Donito pulled the US out of the JCPOA, take another little plane ride to Moscow, shake hands with Mr. Putin and start making some deals that don’t involve the USD.)
So, just exactly WHAT is “it” that the OTEC is holding over the US’s increasingly-fragile, still-war-based economy today, and will “it” be sufficient to “entice” the (in)justice system, top-to-bottom, in the US to “look the other way” when it comes to overturning the latest fraudulent election? Either way, the OTEC is leading the world down a very short path to WWIII.
I don’t have an answer to your question, only some observations that may or may not be relevant to what you have in mind.
The Chinese seem to be somehow immune to covid. And while the rest of the world is in lockdown, with their economies crashing, the Chinese economy is experiencing remarkable growth, because the lockdowns have expanded Chinese markets all around the world.
China is the only country in the world that is tangibly benefitting from the plandemic, as far as I can see. So, maybe Trump wasn’t off the mark calling corona the Chinese virus?
I prefer the term global Zionism, which is interchangable with your OTEC. My conclusion is that global Zionism is using China as leverage against the US.
I appreciate your remarkably well informed analysis.
Cheers
The Chinese were not immune to COVID, not by a long shot. After Chinese authorities realized what was happening, they instituted a very draconian lock-down in order to prevent as many deaths as possible, regardless of the economic impact. Rather than type any more about it, to get a good sense of what happened, I recommend you watch the following made by a Japanese reporter living in Nanjing in March.

In short, the US “system” in which corporations control government (rather than the other way around, as in China), was literally incapable of copying what China did for just a two or three months, early on in their outbreak. Their society is still pretty much self-quaranteened from the rest of the world. This keeps them pretty much COVID-free, except for a few cases that spring up, usually in China’s border cities. For example, in November there was an “outbreak” of TWO, yes, TWO cases of COVID in a boder city of 300,000. Read for yourself how COVID SHOULD be defeated:
https://www.globaltimes.cn/content/1207609.shtml
Because of their prompt, strict action along with the compliance of the masses, again, China defeated COVID in only a few months and was able to recover economically quickly enough to actuall grow by around 2% in 2020 — a truly remarkable achievment, IMO.
It is my understanding that China has developed several vaccines but, even so, to my knowledge has not yet decided if they’re going to mass-vaccinate the population because they’re doing so well controlling COVID infection and spread.
You can check the international COVID statistics for yourself here:
https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/#countries
Compare China’s statistics to those of the US, especially the deaths per 1 million people. (The US is No. 1 on the list; China will probably be No. 80 by the end of tomorrow.)
“In short, the US “system” in which corporations control government (rather than the other way around, as in China).. ”
Can you please back up this claim about China with some evidence or line of reasoning?
Is China not the sweatshop of big Western companies?
If I was running the globalist show, I would set up a Capitalist consumer market, and a Communist slave labor market, and I would be the middle man facilitating financial transactions, aka global Zionism.
From where I stand, all claims of Chinese independence from the globalist agenda appear untenable.
Global Zionism plunders the natural resources of nations. China’s main natural resource is cheap Communist slave labor. The same slave labor that built up every big Western company in the last few decades.
The era of independent nations is over. A globalist perspective is necessary to properly understand and analyze what is going on in the world.
Texas’ narrative, which I believe accurate, is that a cabal of Democrats set out to undermine the integrity of the electoral system, using the COVID panic as an excuse to expand and remove checks on absentee ballots, combined with collusive law suits settled by Dem (and anti-Trump Republican) officials. The result was a flood of extra ballots that could be hijacked and returned. And possibly even counterfeited.
The proof is in the mathematical impossibility of the election night events, combined with many other improbabilities (i.e., the fact that Biden lost all 18 “bellwether” counties which always go with the winner). Plus hundreds of affidavits from people who saw individual acts of nefariousness.
The problem for Trump supporters is that the case does not fit the SCOTUS mode of operation. The Court gets cases only after years of litigation has hammered the issues down. It does not adjudicate facts. So it is ill-suited to deal with a case that depends totally on circumstantial evidence of improbabilities plus sworn, but untested, statements. But if it refuses the case, then half the electorate will remain convinced that there was fraud. (Actually, probably nearer 3/4 of it, but the Dems see that as a feature, not a bug.)
I have become more convinced of the validity of the narrative as the Dems have completely failed to defend on the merits. They should want a thorough airing, and their resistance is as good as a signed confession.
Finally, Sidney Powell is on a different track — tampered voting machines. This is no part of the Texas case, but it like an executioner’s axe in the background. Again, instead of clearing it up, the Dems are fighting tooth and nail to avoid investigation.
The worst result (from a US viewpoint, perhaps not from Moscow) would be a SCOTUS decision upholding the election followed by definitive revelations of voting machine tampering when it was too late. Especially if that tampering is linked to China.
The other aspect is that under Executive Order from 2018, the DNI (Director of National Intelligence) John Ratcliffe has to deliver a report on election integrity 45 days after the 3 November election = 18 December 2020.
The Executive Order focuses on foreign interference in US elections, and at time of promulgation Trump was able to bring it in within the whole ‘Russia, Russia, Russia’ blanket propaganda. But it is equally targeted against Canada, Spain, Germany where Dominion and Scytl sent the votes from the Dominion voting machines. If US military special forces did capture the Scytl/Dominion servers in a fire-fight with CIA agents at the CIA operation in Frankfurt as alleged – and have hard evidence of fraud (as well as all the other evidence) – then if Ratcliffe is legit. he will rule the fraud illegal and a national security threat, those Americans involved with other foreign agents are probably guilty of treason.
CIA personnel shooting at Special Forces will not go down well with the US Military and demonstrates just how untrustworthy the CIA is and that they are the enemy.
Such conflict also indicates they had something to significant hide.
Yes something to hide.
Otherwise they would have simply said “Come in boys and have a cup of coffee while we look at your orders”.
Mike Adams – the ‘Health Ranger’ of Natural News, is getting better and better at summarising the situation in the USA in his daily Sit-Reps. I don’t agree with all his views in the past, but his current analyses are incisive and worth a listen, especially the latest one (Dec 11th)
See: https://www.brighteon.com/channels/hrreport
The end result of this will be either an internal collapse of US into 2 blocks (those States with Trump and those who are not), or Trump will prevail and he will take an axe to all the corrupt institutions – DOJ FBI SCOTUS CIA and deal with those guilty people at the top involved.
Either way the GOP will have to change.
Voters will never drift back to the old style GOP if the election fraud isnt addressed.
States who did not vote for Biden will secede if after all cases are exhausted SCOTUS has not dealt with the voting fraud. And the US military go with those States.
I have to confess that i asked Elijah j. Magnier to ask the Saker for your email address over at his blog.
He said “ideologically, socialist Venezuela has no connection with the ideology of Iran’s “Islamic Republic”
After reading everything you have posted on this blog i found that statement wrong and said he needed to speak with you about that.
“VENEZUELA, AN OPERATIONAL STAGE FOR RUSSIA AND IRAN TO CHALLENGE THE USA”
Is the headline and he give full access to article to non subscribers.
Sorry for typing without thinking Hr Mazaheri😔
I would remind everyone Trump has the power to expand the number of Justices on the Supreme Court (as Biden has touted) to wipe out the unreliable 4 (Roberts/Gorscuch/Kavaugh/Barrett). He could appoint another 6 or 10 of his people. He could also possibly ? rescind the appointment of the 3 he has made since 2017.
That might resolve the problem because even non Trump Senators and Reps arent happy with the SCOTUS results.
What needs to be looked at is not just China involvement but EU & UK interference in the election via Soros and other entities. Soros has always been a foreign operative not acting in US interests and should be jailed. I suspect he has never registered as a foreign agent for the purpose of lobbying and political donations.
Supreme Court frightened of consequences of adjudicating between Jefferson Davis and Abraham Lincoln.
Are the sheeple who use the phrase “Trump Derangement Syndrome,” complain about Russia-gate, and believe in supposedly “mysterious” “blue-shifts” not the same people who had 1) Clinton Derangement Syndrome since the mid-90s and Gore Derangement Syndrome since a few years later, 2) ignored mysterious red-shifts in 2000 and 2004 or worse shouted complaints about them down, and 3) called Al Gore a Sore Loser???
Obviously one would expect per long-standing conventional wisdom Democrats to tend to go to the polls later or vote by mail during a pandemic, real or hyped propaganda, so I do not see anything mysterious other than black box voting machines counting the votes. Where is the questioning of partisan Republican vote counters such as Election Systems & Software (ES&S)? Greg Palast has noticed that the red-shift of official results vis-a-vis the election polls is in line with the votes that are questioned and not counted, so we can be reasonably sure the real problems that actually have an effect are hypocrisy and voter suppression on the part of the (more) Repugnant Party and its supporters.
The U.S. should have never bothered to come to the aid of Texas in the mid-1800s. Don’t mess with Texas. Israel, or The Ukraine because the successor to the British Empire will come to their aid.
