First, some laugher: I just want to show you how Ukie nationalists (Shevchenko and Liashko) interact with each other. This needs no translation:
Precious, no?
Then, the possibly very bad new: Vzgliad is reporting that Igor Strelkov has resigned his position as Defense Minister. If confirmed – Vzgliad is usually well-informed – this is very bad news. Not that Novorussia lacks capable military leaders, but because Strelkov had managed to subordinate all the commanders of the Resistance – except Khodakovski – to is authority. As Strelkov mentioned it many times, it is very hard to turn several groups of volunteer guerrillas into a real army, and Strelkov pretty much succeeded in doing so. If his resignation is confirmed, I am very worried that infighting between the various rebel groups will resume and that the junta will use this political chaos to attack and beat back the Resistance.
As always, stay tuned. I will try to keep you posted.
Cheers,
The Saker

It has been confirmed. No public appearances as of yet. Is this the end?
I dont find that stuff funny, its just so sad that the ukies are like that to the core ,it seems.Wish it was over and we had Strelkov onside.

Saker, can you speak to this news? Putin announced Russia to sell its energy in roubles. Is that not a declaration of war to the U.S.?
http://uk.reuters.com/article/2014/08/14/ukraine-crisis-putin-dollar-idUKL6N0QK3BP20140814
I really hope that Mr.Liashko will receive what he was asking for, and he will be hanged as a war criminal for organizing death of the absolutely innocent people of Ukraine
I just read this on Zero Hedge:
He is a serving Russian army officer with Russian citizenship and passport ordinarily resident in Moscow. He had to go because his being there made it obvious that the so-called uprising is really just a Russian invasion. They need to put some more “”Ukrainian” face on it.
Lyashko similarly challenged on a previous occasion – Verkhovna Rada, 18 May 2011:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJ5uc3-A3VM
Coupled with Putin’s earlier speech, I’m inclined to suspect that the door is closing on Russia’s support for the resistance. Those who can leave will begin to do so.
Those who remain will be slaughtered whilst waiting for help that isn’t coming.
You know I have always thought Strelkov was Putin’s man. For better or worse. He just seems the kind of caliber of a guy. I don’t mean this in a negative way. I could be wrong, of course. I think the chessboard is being scrambled again and there are things being negotiated behind the closed doors.
this situation with Strelkov remind me of saying of my neighbor: “In next war (in Croatia) I will be in München battalion” (ironic name for people who fled the draft to return rich and with “I told you so” attitude. Not to mention decorations for war through bribery. This same scenario will happen in Donbass in the future. War is like a flood – only rats and shit float…)
Will this conflict spread beyond Ukraine? This prophecy says so…
“The riots in Germany and Europe continue to autumn 2016 ,up to the intervention of Russian and Chinese troops, which will be solicited by European governments, as they will not be able to keep control. Least affected countries will be Russia, China and India, because their economic systems are mutually supportive. “

Saker, I wouldn’t be so sure that losing Strelkov is a very bad development. He is a very important and honorable man, but still only one person.
Likely, he has played out his role, and the next stage of the war is beginning.
Strelkov does exactly what Putin commands him to do- nothing more and nothing less. And as every thoughtful person following these events knows, Putin is betraying the people of Novorussia bigtime.
A week or so back, the head of NATO was in Kiev. The significance of this event cannot be overstated. Putin made it clear in negotiations with the REAL rulers of Ukraine that Russian public pressure was going to potentially back him into a corner, so the West would have to agree to certain of his requirements.
The most important demand Putin made was that Kiev’s forces must NOT use WW3 class weapon systems in their attacks against Novorussia. No giant ground-to-ground ballistic missiles, for instance. Kiev’s neo-Nazis must appear to fight ‘fair’ and win by force of numbers alone.
To deflate Russian public opinion, and relieve the pressure on Putin, Putin stated that he would create a ‘humanitarian convoy’ distraction that the media of the West could harmlessly demonise. This tactic mirrored the so-called ‘flotillas’ that Jewish controlled Turkey periodically sends to Palestine, to deflate Turkish anti-Israeli sentiment.
The Jews of Israel have many military bases in Turkey itself, of course, and modern Turkey was a construction of the Jewish ‘Young Turks’ political movement- the same movement responsible for the first genocide of the 20th Century (the Belgium genocide in Congo started in the late 19th Century, so doesn’t count as the first). But the people of Turkey consider themselves ‘Muslim’, and think Turkey has Muslim leaders- so this illusion needs to be renewed every now and again.
The destruction and genocide in Novorussia has been for nought. The ordinary people there, who have a low standard of living, are going to find that no-one will provide the funds to rebuild their communities. They are but a ‘captured pawn’ in a regional chess game, and no-one that matters on either side cares about their suffering.
Sectarian violence, all be it at a ‘lower’ form, will grow in the region, as neo-Nazi thugs seek revenge, and anti-fascist forces form to strike back in likewise manner. Think back to the ‘troubles’ in Northern Ireland for the likely pattern of future fighting. Kiev will actively assist the Right-Sector, just as the British Parliament and British Army directly assisted protestant terror gangs.
Russians will assist the ethnic Russians of Novorussia as Americans supported the IRA. And ordinary innocent people will continue to suffer and die.
However, Ireland arced to a ‘happy’ ending, whereas Putin and the West are moving Ukraine to a massive regional war, when NATO enhanced Ukrainian forces attack Crimea.
If you were/are against Putin sending peacekeepers into Novorussia, you are for the coming Crimea War- and thus you are cheerleading the most serious attempt yet to trigger World War 3.
Latest has it that Strekov continues with “other important duties” and according to Colonel Cassad, it´s all because some deal with Ahmetov, who by the looks of it, are sending aid to Lugansk and maybe even supports Novorossyia as such..
Mikhas
The Kiev Government Army has set up a GRAD launcher in Lutugino. Kiev is shelling Lugansk with GRAD from Lutugino as we speak. Opposition must send in a RECON team to blow up the GRAD NOW!
Good punch. Saker I’m not usre if you’ve seen this but it’s very revealing.
Two weeks ago a Ukranian TV station openly called for ethnic cleansing of the civilian population in Esat Ukraine. This station is supported by the USAID program through funding they received on May 2nd, the day of the Odessa Massacre. In this context the US is openly supporting ethnic cleansing. This is the You Tube video showing the call for ethnic cleansing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S9SOVarOFJk below is a thread I posted to the Democratic Underground website which was locked and censored due to the fact that even once liberal websites have become tools of the powers that be. They obviously didn’t want this to be seen. here is the link to that locked thread. http://www.democraticunderground.com/1017208420 This is the transcript of the TV announcer.
Transcript: “It’s perfectly simple. You need to kill 1.5 million people in Donbass”
Translated from Ukrainian by Valentina Lisitsa
Bogdan Boutkevitch: Ok, you ask me “How can this be happening?” Well, it happens because Donbass, in general, is not simply a region in a very depressed condition, it has got a whole number of problems, the biggest of which is that it is severely overpopulated with people nobody has any use for. Trust me I know perfectly well what I am saying.
If we take, for example, just the Donetsk oblast, there are approximately 4 million inhabitants, at least 1.5 million of which are superfluous. That’s what I mean: we don’t need to “understand” Donbass, we need to understand Ukrainian national interests.
Donbass must be exploited as a resource, which it is. I don’t claim to have a quick solution recipe, but the most important thing that must be done – no matter how cruel it may sound – is that there is a certain category of people that must be exterminated.
I read on several Russian sites that he will be replaced by Vladimir Kononov, could you post info about him when you have a moment, thank you.
Well he has quit. And the Guardian comments by the Russia haters are going wild with jokes. While the neo-nazis are shelling the cities to bits. And the Aid Convoy is siting on its ass.And Putin makes a “we are all friends speech”.He has it looks like abandoned the East to the neo-nazis.So now they will move on to attack Crimea,to the glee of the West who thinks they have finished Russia.I’m so disgusted I can’t stand it.Russia could have stopped this shit in Feb or March and didn’t.
Too bad they didn’t take each other out. Nice clip at the end, gay child molester Liashko looked like he was about to break into tears afterwards. :D

That makes the 3rd person in a week stepping back. I think it is to diffuse the impression Russians run the show in Novorossia. This may have caused problems also internally in Novorossia between Russians and Ukrainians. All three have said they will still be around, but not officially in charge. They have been the target of the Israeli-Jewish zionist 5th element rubbish (Kurginyan & co.), stepping down also reduces that freakshow’s ability to sabotage somewhat. Guessing here, though, I’m hoping it’s not something much worse.

Euro zone economy grinds to halt even before Russia sanctions bite

Many comments have asked why so few citizens in the DPR and LPR are willing to defend their freedom against the Ukraine Junta. The Junta even uses this to discredit those who fight against the Junta as people who do not represent the people of Eastern Ukraine
The truth is that war exposes the true character of people. It is well known in police work that only about 1% of the population will rush toward the sound of violence to try to stop it. This is why we see so many citizens either looking on or trying to go about their business (shopping, work, strolling in the park) all while Junta shells/bombs are going off nearby.
In contrast the Junta uses violence of the state to force the 99% of ordinary citizen to kill the “enemy” regardless of age or gender. This is well explained in the book: On Killing: The Psychological Cost of Learning to Kill in War and Society
Lt. Col. Dave Grossman
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Killology
An article by John Pilger explains that The willingness of the Ukraine citizen to do the bidding the nazi led government is further assisted by a “submissive void” in most of the population.
http://johnpilger.com/articles/the-return-of-george-orwell-and-big-brothers-war-on-palestine-ukraine-and-truth
Quote:
“In the 1970s, I met Leni Riefenstahl and asked her about her films that glorified the Nazis. Using revolutionary camera and lighting techniques, she produced a documentary form that mesmerised Germans; it was her Triumph of the Will that reputedly cast Hitler’s spell. I asked her about propaganda in societies that imagined themselves superior. She replied that the “messages” in her films were dependent not on “orders from above” but on a “submissive void” in the German population. “Did that include the liberal, educated bourgeoisie?” I asked. “Everyone,” she replied, “and of course the intelligentsia.”
About all one can hope for is for the general population to report on the location, direction, and size of Junta forces.
what about the report that he got wounded?
Just this morning the twitter feed was reporting some major new pockets and a starving Lugansk airport remnant trying to breakout to the east. In the second half of the day things turned around? How for instance did the airport remnants even have ammo left? And why is someone reporting the loss of six hundred rebels who allegedly attacked Popasno today and were eliminated solely via artillery fire? New accurate M777s from Oklahoma? Javelins from Canada now in the field? I come here to get accurate info not lies about how the Russians are not already in there. The Ukr sources talk of Russian sof killed and equipment taken. Either Russia is losing the war as a direct combatant because of advqnced American technology (and pretending they are not already in with this convoy act) or the alleged ongoing defeat of the Ukr army continues apace toward what is assumed to be planned September mass uprisings everywhere. Why did Saker say yesterday that there are unlimited reserves of Ukrainian troops when the third mobilization is apparently stalling? Is there a brigade of crack Polish troops there? In the end biggest concern for Saker is not wheher Putin will “betray” those ppl but whther Russia is already finding it cannot win vs a new American technology

i think maybe that jumping to conclusions doesn’t do anything for anybody.
it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that we are not privy to much of what is going on.
let it play itself out. UE is pawn in play for both sides. but then what i read about the lack of interest by the folks in UE to get involved against Kiew makes me wonder why RU should save their bacon. unfortunate but true. Putin’s loyalties are to RU as they should be.
With the announcement that oil/gas may be priced in roubles and the UE parliament on the verge of shutting off EU gas (i thought they were ‘part’ of the EU. lol) we’ve got a whole new ball game here. Plus the announcement that future EU trade is dead in the water ie in Okt. new rules on who RU trades with seems to shut the EU out of many mkts.
Let’s see what mama merkel and the 27 mental dwarfs are going to do with this. so far they’ve been hiding behind obummers skirts. a danish bank is predicting that EU sanctions will soon be dropped (too late). Finland is going into recession as well as most of europe. EU is crumbling as we speak. Winter is coming.
No one took RU seriously. They should have.
It looks as if ‘business as usual’ will soon be resumed. The crooks and political shysters are positioning themselves for advantageous places in the new dispensation once the rebellion collapses.
Found this site only yesterday unfortunatley, but the information and content is top class.
i live in the u.k, we are constantly force fed propaganda how the u.a nazi occupation in kiev are actually fuzzy bunny lovers and are defending there territory and how flight mh17 was taken out by a none existant buk missile that also had the ability to fly and fire 30mm cannons at 30k altitude its nonsence.
Up untill now itar tass, ria novsti and rt have been my insight to the east ukraine and russia problems at the hands of the zionists, but the detail and open mind of the content/messages is really helpfull to see the extra details.
I kind of got the impression that the DPR is trying to narrow the wests ability to throw its credability in to question by making the commanders/officers ethnic ukrainians, as thats been the western media party line so its a smart move and allows these people to carry on working in the back ground.
Keep up the good work and keep pushing the truth its a slow process but ever 1 that it reachs makes a diffrence.
Kind Regards
Events in Novorossiya: This follows Putin’s plan we could never decipher.
If he shuts down the war, he has enough grip on the economy of Ukraine to shake loose the junta?
If it continues, he wants the war scaled down?
If we interpret this as the West and Kiev will as weakness, blinking, whatever, he has another move that will erase this image of Putin as weak?
Jumping ahead: how does he handle the coming destabilization and threat (if not attack) to Crimea?
We thought the East was where his line was drawn and it was all he needed to rattle Kiev and shake it so EU and IMF and NATO would reject it eventually.
Most of us probably think this puts Crimea front and center on the hit list of the junta.
Today’s event certainly makes breaking down Putin’s strategy very dense work.
East Ukraine is already being reseeded with people from West Ukraine. Slavyansk is the first.
Looking back five weeks, we saw a brilliant strategic retreat turn into the excellent trap of the Southern boiler and that turn into the destruction of major components of the Ukie armed forces.
Now, we have, perhaps, disintegration. Sort of like the MH 317. Blown out of the sky, dead and alive falling to earth all over Novorossiya.
LOL, that litte fucker in the red tie needs to learn that if you wanna be a nazi and go for an ideology where “might means right”, then you’d better beef up or get armed up.
OT: if Rand Paul comes out against foreign wars and for peace and cooperation as a way for the future, he could easily win the next presidential election. He’s already positioned himself against the War on Terror and the War on Drugs. One small step for man, a giant leap for mankind.
Hypothesis: resignation of Strelkov & others mau be linked with political move of humanitarian convoy? I.e.,
1) if Kiev accepts ceasefire for humanitarian reasons, better opportunity for diplomacy if pro-russian separatist are not represented by Strelkov et alii
2) if convoy is attacked, which triggers a surge of Russian involvement, Strelkov & others are integrated in a Command & Control structure directly controlled by Russian officers.
Strelkov is now a cultural and military hero. Consider his accomplishment – he formed the armed resistance and trapped the main battle force of the enemy. If he’s alive, he may reappear as a leader of the next stage of the conflict – the winter guerilla war.
The NAF reboot signals the next phase of Novorussia – organization of a people’s army with political and humanitarian support from multiple sources. DPR + LPR or Odessa to Kharkiv?
The weaker Kiev gets, the more successful a guerilla campaign will be. In the end only the armed forces of the Russian Federation will be able to restore order. And even then, that may not be necessary. But by that time Germany and France will be begging for intervention.
The de-Nazification of Ukraine is a task that will take decades – Russia has the time if Europe and China have the money, and if the US doesn’t kill us all first in the name of ‘democracy’.
Definitely feeling gutted by the news of Strelkov’s resignation. I’ve had an uneasy feeling all week with Borodai and Bolotov going, and now this!
I hope that this is part of Putin’s Cunning Plan, but I fear that this is the effects of a deal being struck with Ahmetov.
It would be a great shame if the People’s Republics came so far, almos bringing Kiev’s marauders to their knees, only to be stabbed in the back now!

More info on the role of Kurginyan:
Kurginyan: the Israel trail
http://translate.yandex.net/tr-url/ru-en.ru/voicesevas.ru/news/analytics/2671-kurginyan-izrailskiy-sled.html
Kurginyan is one of Israel’s 5th element operatives in Russia and represents how Israel/Jewish zionists work to sabotage a country from within, while Israel “innocently” maintains an official neutral stance towards the victim country. The way in which Kurginyan operates is classic zionist infiltration and corruption/agent provocateur tactics.

According to the twitter account @A_J_S_B, which seems to be a respected source, “[Strelkov] no longer is MoD witch in practice was a political role…he will focus in military command”
Which, if true, means that the command is moving to Sevastopol. Which opens up a whole ‘nother round of questions.
Oh Lordy, here we go with all the Putin-bashing yet again, and it’s really getting old: there is no evidence whatever (please furnish it to prove me wrong) that Putin has been behind Strelkov. If you have any information — like, you know, real data — to prove me wrong, please furnish it; otherwise, how ’bout just controlling yourself for a while. It’s just not that hard to understand, so please do try: VVP has much bigger fish to fry, And. Is. Doing. So. Quite. Well. Do you really, truly believe he’s taken the time to plot out moves for Igor Ivanovich or anyone else? Nor has he ever to my knowledge promised to intervene militarily in the Donbass. So he has “betrayed” or “sold out” precisely… no one. Please try to understand that.
We remember reports about 4 months ago to the effect that Kiev was planning a transfer reshuffling of population, sending people from the wast to the east. Well, now this. Sort of like a Invasion of the House Snatchers. Kiev’s is really a spooky government.
Residents of Slavyansk have disappeared; the town is being re-populated with migrants from Western Ukraine
http://slavyangrad.org/2014/08/14/residents-of-slavyansk-have-disappeared-the-town-is-being-re-populated-with-migrants-from-western-ukraine/
How interesting!
Everyone knows exactly what to do, when to do it and where Putin is wrong.
Russia stands almost alone against neo-nazi threat. People in Novorossia are dying; the west governments keep lying and sending weapons to Ukraine hunta. Do you thing you know better than Putin how to act.
This is not Novorossia at stake. The existence of Russia itself is at stake. Building a new country out of ruins of 1990’s while fighting off the enemies internal and external – that is what he does now.
It is not Russia’s choice to invade and to give the west real reason to start a “hot” war. So, there are two ways the situation would develop:
1. Hunta wins. It will be an economic disaster. And it will burn in guerilla wars, and through hunger, and blood, and fire it will cleanse itself. (Hopefully)
2. Militia wins. It will spread. And it will cleanse itself (Hopefully)
So why does Putin have to do anything? He is letting the west pour their money in this disaster. He is letting the west to hang themselves on their lies. He is letting them feel the taste of “accurate” sanctions. And he is waiting.
He will not invade
I believe nobody has any doubts about what happens when Russia is invaded!

Donetsk Residents Sift Through the Rubble: Russian Roulette (Dispatch 69)
Dear Saker, thank you dearly for your work. Kind regards.
Strelkov’s, Borodai’s and Bolotov’s resignations mean that Russia is preparing for negotiations. Kiev-Novorussia negotiations are difficult to arrange, and almost impossible in a format where Ukrainians would talk to rebels born in Russia. Not to mention how damaging their ethnic background is to the Russian narrative. On a July 28 media briefing, Russia’s FM, Lavrov, received an embarrassing question from a Western journalist:
“Sergey Viktorovich, you said that you appeal to the Ukrainian government to start peaceful negotiations with the Eastern Ukraine. Doesn’t it seem to you that there can be problems with this, because the main persons controlling parts of Donbass – Alexander Borodai and Igor Girkin – both of them are Russian nationals and live in Moscow?…”
Lavrov: “…There are no problems in finding conversation partners in South-Eastern regions of Ukraine, who would represent the militia. I am convinced that direct negotiations (I hope that they will start soon) will not face any representation-related problems…”
On August 7 Borodai resigns, followed today by Bolotov (also born in Russia) and Strelkov.
Read a transcript of Lavrov’s briefing here:
http://www.russianmission.eu/en/news/briefing-russian-foreign-minister-sergey-lavrov
people at solidarity demos in Russia have been seen wearing Strelkov t-shirts. He would be a serious threat to Putin, he had to go. Don’t count him to go quietly, he will be back with a vengeance.
Surely some may be looking for a “short” solution but this can be somewhat explained by how society has been conditioned by the neolibs and neocons Wall Street greed mindset and propagandists. They profit quickly and rapidly at the expense of others.
This battle being waged cannot be focused on the “shorts” as the RF and their allies certainly know this is a “long” play. If anyone has noticed the neocons tone has dramatically shifted from being one of pro-Ukie to the fallback, tried and tested, anti-Russia.
This battle will be based on the “long” play since the longer it draws out the worse of the Kiev Regime as it now stands will fair.
At some point the factions within Svaboda and their Right Sector mercenaries will turn their attention towards the EU and their sponsors. This will only occur when the perceived interference by “Putin” has dissipated.
It may well be that the “long” play has led the Ukies into a gauntlet that they cannot resolve no matter the numerical advantage.
It may also be worth considering that the junta will gladly allow the 5-Eyes and NATO to donate much needed armaments but will only allow so much control as the masses begin to mobilize against the pro-EU components within the Kiev Regime itself.
In other words, as confusion runs amuck, and once enough rope is given, the noose will be slowly and steadily tightened until the floor drops and strangles anyone caught within it.
As the neocons mission begins to creep back home, as we can see in Ferguson, Missouri, the militarized Police State has struck at the heartland. Sooner or later those unknown snipers will emerge…
everything (!?) is explained here:

And you are 200% right! We have nobody to vote for. Fool me once…fool me twice…fool me, and fool me, and fool me
Nora: I never said Putin was wrong to do what he’s doing. As for Strelkov being his man, it’s just a guess, Strelkov is Russian, military, various sources have speculated that he may be former or undercover GRU. Strelkov took things into his own hands and kept the rebellion together for a while. Now it may be time for stage two, whatever it may be, so he is clearing out to be useful elsewhere. Putin plays a long game. Strelkov is an strong, efficient, quiet and mysterious man, not unlike Putin. That’s all. Also there’s rumors of him being in Sevastopol at the moment- that’s where Putin is, by the way. The card deck is being shuffled.
Also it’s not an accident I imagine that the humanitarian convoy is entering the area NOW, and RF is calling for a ceasefire to make sure it doesn’t get pummeled. I think ALL of these things are connected somehow.
Also, let’s just admit that although the rebels have been putting up a nice fight and having decent victories here and there in the recent weeks, they have also been pushed and pushed and pushed – to the brink. Their situation has become pretty desperate. Perhaps they held out as long as they could – whatever comes now, let’s see what it is without losing it.

Psyop alert. Ok I had to say it. Yes the NAF captured a Javelin. But Javelins like their counterparts Koronets don’t just kill 600 enemy soldiers in one battle. Nor are the Ukies yet trained on how to use the Crusader systems even if they’ve been flown in from Oklahoma and fully assembled. This smells like BS to me. In general, whenever the NAF and Ukie narratives have been completely contradictory, the NAF has proven more trustworthy of the two. They didn’t quite destroy all of the encircled pocket but they wiped out a hell of a lot of it and now there’s another pocket of trapped Ukies forming near Krasny Luch.
@anon 19.21
‘If Junta wins”… If the “removal” of the local population of Slovyansk and the importation of West Ukr settlers is an indication, would it not be reasonable to expect a “cleansing” of the “radical elements” of the Donetsk and Luhansk areas.
It would appear that the madness and blood-thirstiness of the Ukr militias
cannot be under-estimated.
Gubarev in press conference: Particularly stressed that the situation will DRAMATICALLY improve in the near future. Details for reasons of military secrets are not told.

Anons et all:
Ok, Strelkov is changing jobs and receding into the background. Big deal. It’s not and never was about one man, even if the junta had succeeded in droning him. That’s the SkyNet fallacy, as if Strelkov were John Connor and the Resistance is doomed without him. Until I see more confirmation I am not going to take seriously fear, doubt, and panic type pronouncements. Particularly when they come with a ‘resistance against the Empire and its all-powerful war machine is futile’ before that war machine has even been actually deployed. We don’t even know if the US Army Crusader systems were actually delivered to the Ukies much less that they know how to use them yet. It’s all speculation at this point until one of those is found or destroyed by the NAF on the battlefield.
I 80% agree with Nora on Rand Paul. He has had to totally abandon his father’s skepticism about Israel to have any shot at the GOP nomination. Whether he’ll sell out over other points under constant hammering from the neocon-controlled ‘conservative press’ (FNC, Weekly War Wore Standard, War Street Journal editorial board, and National We Love Bailouts Rich Lowry Review which will be bankrupt in a few years) remains to be seen. I still have a flicker of hope for Rand, but that is all. The entire supposed conservative press with a few exceptions (Instapundit, Breitbart) is against Rand and is going to accuse him of being ‘soft on Putin’s aggression’ and demand that he renounce his father’s views on Russia. It’s insane, but such is the pathetic state of what passes for ‘American conservatism’ nowadays, that Russophobia and hating Russia are practically requirements now.
Excuse me but Strelkov resigned to take up the post of chief of staff, which means that Novorossia is now forming a formal command structure-next logical move in the game

“So why does Putin have to do anything? He is letting the west pour their money in this disaster. He is letting the west to hang themselves on their lies. He is letting them feel the taste of “accurate” sanctions. And he is waiting.” THIS. Let the presstitutes and the propagandists show their true colors this winter when they insist Right Sector goons mowing down peaceful anti-draft protesters in Ukrainian cities were “responding to Russian provocations” and the footage is all over Russian TV and the web.
Putin is forcing ‘the West’ by which I mean NATO/DC the Empire to show their fangs to the whole world, especially the BRICS and citizens of the EU.
As Nora says Putin has far bigger fish to fry than Strelkov’s job title. And frankly, given how much disinfo has been spewed about Strelkov being wounded, or dead, or this or that NAF leader also being dead, wounded or fleeing to Russia, everyone needs to wait at least 24 to 48 hours to see if anything is actually confirmed before taking it seriously.
I check Interpreter Rag based out of New York from time to time just to get a sense of what Ukie propaganda outlets are saying. Tymchuk is still raving about the truck convoys being trojan horses, Roland Oliphant who has a long history of biased reporting in Russia is alleging he personally witnessed Russian APCs just crossed the border into NAF hands (color me skeptical). And one of the propaganda team leaders Michael D. Weiss and his Russian translator Catherine A. Fitzpatrick are still promoting Syria-jihadist propaganda to push US intervention there for there true masters in Doha and Riyadh.
So overall while the NATO/Ukie propaganda machine is barking loudly about Strelkov’s job change, the caravans are moving on and they’re worried Putin is about to pull another move to embarass them all since the convoy has forced them to admit the humanitarian situation in Lugansk and Donetsk is dire, contrary to Psaki and Harf’s lies spewed for weeks that Ukraine was able to handle any humanitarian problems alone.
Again, Putin gave a speech in which he said Russian oil and gas needed to be priced in non-dollar currencies and rubles. ZeroHedge noticed it and gave it a suitable amount of attention but the Western financial media with the exception of Bloomberg keeps ignoring all threats to the petrodollar. Putin is getting ready to dump the dollar fully in all Russian oil and gas deals and roll with rubles, euros, swiss francs, yen, yuan and other currencies. This will hurt the petrodollar even more and prompt the banksters agents to make another move out of desperation — maybe a full fledged US ‘friendly’ invasion of Kurdistan to ensure the Kurds keep moving crude in dollars rather than follow Erdogan and the Turks’ lead on non-dollar pricing.
OK, now I get it. ;)
Good game, well played sir!
Nice stroke!
For those playing catch up; please recall that the Russian Federation wants no part of Ukraine but they do not want lots of dead Russians either.
Nora,
Agree with your comments on Putin (for crying-out-loud — can these trolls give it a rest) AND Rand Paul. My sense is Strelkov was there to help initiate and organize — and ultimately get civilians out of E Ukraine before it got way out of hand. The ones left are doing the fighting. Rebel fighters have to be mobile and stealthy. Having innocents to protect in those areas is NOT the way to fight a tactical resistance.
In terms of Rand Paul — all of the current leadership on both sides are caught inside the ZIOs net. Rand has tried to straddle all sides so he isn’t picked-off by the ZIOs/AIPAC too early. But playing it this way means he loses his REAL base: thinking Americans who want to be rid of the ZIONIST menace. AIPAC-Mossad likely has shit on him too. And what they don’t have they create. I read they have shit on his son. Probably fed him drugs and the like. So Rand is scared for his family. Evil Zionist fuks.
Was watching Charlie Rose last evening with a group of ISIS “experts” and couldn’t stop laughing at the total kabuki theatre. It’s a cacophony of shills shilling for US military action to fight the terrible, horrible, baddest, worstest of the worst (mossad owned and operated) ISIS-ISIL-IS. They think we don’t notice the script of reruns titled “25 years of ZIO adventures”. Pathetic pieces of excrement. The only thing they’re good at is killing children. May they burn in whatever hell that accepts them.
Dear Saker,
Every night there is a page about events in Ukraine by Jacques Frère. The site runs overtly for the National Front of Marine Le Pen.
But he looks very well informed, and for a native french is the best documented site I have found.
Maybe worth a look for french readers, for instance this is today’s link :
http://www.nationspresse.info/mondialisme/atlantisme/ukraine-donbass-le-convoi-humanitaire-approche-kiev-tente-de-lintercepter#more-235504
Rather optimistic and, now, a must read before going to bed for me !
For some insight into how the western domiciled “Kurginyans” are spinning the recent Novorussian leadership shuffle:
Ukraine: Europe Stagnates, Russia Growns
http://www.moonofalabama.org/2014/08/ukraine-europe-stagnates-russia-growns.html#comments
“Russia seems to somewhat de-russify the conflict in Ukraine”
IE: they are using the resignation news as another chance to spin that Novorussia is directly Russian run. The same propaganda line the zionised msm uses and the ZPC/NWO quislings running the western oligarch block spin. At least now, with the “Russians” gone from the top Novorussian positions, these agents will have to work a little harder to spin their wares. As usual, 90% of the comments there are attempts to “logically” retell “in their own words” the the ZPC spin the host prompts them to, or come up with some clever obfuscation.

I’m very sorry about the resignation of Strelkov, I think that much of the success of the Novorrusia Resistance is due to his good work and strategic capability.
If he is hurt, I wish him a speedy recovery.

Perhaps resignation of Strelkov and Borodai is in exchange for, or in reponse to, resignation of Parubiy (ukraine national security chief, founder of National Socialist party, later renamed to Svoboda)?
Image cleanup? Political reshuffling? First feelers in a negotiation process at long last?
PS- got to love the matching flip flops on the humanitarian convoy driver uniforms! Someone has a good sense of humor.
Nora,
I agree 100 %. Rand Paul has sold out to the Zionists. I do not trust him and never will.
As to Putin, it’s better for those that complain and call him names to use their brains or patience. Putin is not to be underestimated. He knows exactly what he is doing and he will not disappoint.
No greater statesman than he, is in the planet.
Patience is the key.
As to Ljansko he is an evil drama Queen when he is surrounded by real men, otherwise he is scared of real men. Ljansko loves the drama and the attention towards him. He should wear some pink boa feathers and he will get the attention he constantly craves.
Disgusting, corrupted little gay
that wants to corrupt all he touches.
BREAKING: UK Guardian (yes I know, not the most reliable or neutral source) Shaun Walker and fellow British reporter Roland Oliphant claimed to have spotted 23 Russian APCs and trucks crossing the border into Lugansk region. Ukie Twitter feeds are going crazy, not surprisingly, though 23 APCs is hardly an ‘invasion’ force and is more likely to be a protection squad for the part of the truck convoy that will be rolling to Lugansk.

Alleged photo of Pavel Gubarev in full Russian BDUs smiling at the border as trucks pass him
The Ukies at this hour claim to have surrounded Lugansk on their propaganda Twitter feed UkraineReports but this is probably BS I find it incredibly unlikely a force that has been besieged and under artillery/GRAD fire for weeks at Lugansk airport would suddenly break out now, and to block the border of all places. Seems Ukies are putting out propaganda smoke as usual. The ‘fighting breakout of our brave troops’ is probably a BS cover story for the Ukies being allowed to retreat and live to fight another day as part of a negotiated local truce with the NAF. Whereby they get to leave the airport with their vehicles in return for not hindering the convoy’s progress and/or clearing out the Lugansk airport as a distribution point for humanitarian aid.
I could be wrong though but that’s the only way I can make sense of these bizarre reports that a group of Ukie paratroopers who’ve been under siege for weeks suddenly has the fuel, ammo and morale to try and block the convoy from crossing into NAF territory. In any case they don’t have the numbers to pull off and would likely result in death by GRADs/ATGMs from either the Ukrainian or Russian side of the border.
Where can we get a translation of
the confrontation ?
Lifenews has an interview with Boroday on Stelkov’s and his own resignations. The summary doesn’t say much, but the actual interview might. It’s not subtitled, though.

Don’t forget that Telegraph and Guardian ‘journalists’ are mainly MI6 agents, even more war correspondants.I guess it is the same for US MSM?(CIA)
So much gloom and doom. Why?
You can’t have a Ukrainian revolt led by 2 very visible Russian men.
Western MSM will vehemently point out this fact and repeat it ad nauseam, day after day after day.
Here’s what I would do: ensure the anti-Kiev militia is led by Ukrainian wo/men [mil com + PM], use the indiscriminate killing of the East-Ukrainian population as a reason to enact the R2P principle and help them via humanitarian aid convoys.
Protect said convoy militarily to ensure its safety.
As the enemy doesn’t want this convoy to reach its destination [according to the Kiev fascists there isn’t a ‘humanitarian crisis’ in the East], so something will happen and that [imo] will be a reason for Russia to protect is fellow comrades militarily; as a very last resort and with all other options exhaustively explored, but in vain.
To bombard a city is one thing, but to subdue it and occupy it, something completely different.

At the Monday press briefing, State Department spokeswoman and former CIA Middle East analyst Marie Harf made clear that the atrocities in east Ukraine have the full support of the US government. A journalist began to ask a question, stating: “The separatists are saying there are 1,500 dead, they have no electricity in their areas, they are running low on supplies and so on. There are villages and towns that are populated by civilians.”
Interrupting the questioner, Harf snapped: “I don’t have any sympathy for the separatists.”

23 apc is relativly small, rpg’s and ammo would be more usefull so the good mean of DPR and LPR can keep up this pressure on the ukraine forces. I came across multiple articles over the last weeks of DPR securing tanks, apc, self propelled artillary too from defeated ukraine units and also militry warehouses. Maybe this is were the artical about 200 armoured vehicles been available for a counter offencive on donetsk has come from recently

has putin lost his mind of he does nto know the meaning of partners or freinds?
are Russians sos tupid as to not know who their freinds are or enemis are?
russia backstabbed her potential allies syria and iran by not delivering paid for s300 just to cultivate their anglo enemis and WTO?
Russians want to self destruct then who can stop them?
quote “Russians do not act until forced to act while Uk and its satellite usa plan well in advance their plans and when they act, they act decisively and use anything that comes their way to leverage their plan.
That is the main weakness of Russia-lethargy, complacency, lack of intrigue and plottings as done by anglos evil race.
