The appointments mean to me a new phase in strategic operations, expect it to happen.
And I used to think people go to military when they don’t do well at calculus.
Yes, I understand that; It is an “idea” quite widespread in many places, especially by people who have not even done military service, that is, they do not even know what they are talking about.
However, the military, in general, are the ones who have things clear: It cannot be otherwise.
An anecdote: In my country, during the first months of the Special Military Operation, the media invited, among all the troop of ignorant ideological jugglers and propagandists, an army colonel to explain what was happening. Well, when the colonel’s analyzes began to differ from the official narrative, they didn’t invite him anymore.
Thanks for the “heads up” Andrei, on the political science (an oxymoron) professor who’s too busy making sake, trimming bonsai trees, and doing… that other sh*t, to make an accurate assessment on Russia and her Military strategy, economy, and what not. I’ll go to the other side of the street if I see him coming toward me.
As far as the loss numbers go, I’ve found that by simply doubling everything AFU claims they match yours more closely. This time I’m wondering. Just a gut feeling, nothing else…. 12 Brigades lost seems like a part of history already.
Just when their great expectations and efforts for their operation in Soledar (spreading rumors to create optics) left no chance to fail so spectacularly, they have. Past the point of no return this time even. Or can their lies get bigger? After thinking things couldn’t get any worse for them.
It’s getting more obvious now: they can’t report what’s really happening because there’s none of them left to report anything.
Thanks Andrei. Spot on.
This is the article displayed at the beginning of the video.
I recognized it immediately as I posted a link to it some time ago (here? or MoA or ?)
https://www.newsweek.com/evidence-war-crimes-committed-ukrainian-nationalist-volunteers-grows-269604
Newsweek apologized (see bottom of article) for telling too much truth about one criminal.
Correction: This article originally mistakenly stated Ihor Kolomoyskyi offered a bounty for each killed ‘saboteur’, when it was in fact for each captured ‘saboteur’. This has been corrected and Newsweek apologises for the error.
I wrote about Ihor Kolomoyskyi (Igor Kolomoisky) in another recent thread:
http://thesaker.is/what-would-it-take/#comment-1166959
In my comment I gave a brief bullet list about him:
Igor Kolomoisky became a billionaire by arming thugs to take over businesses after the breakup of the Soviet Union.
He has major holdings in eastern Ukraine and he will lose a fortune if the Donbas is freed.
He funds Nazi militias like Azov.
He refers to himself as a Zhidobandera.
Igor Kolomoisky bought Zelensky’s presidential run.
“[2014] president of one of the main Jewish organizations” in Ukraine. With his thugs and money
likely no one dared challenge him for any role he desired.
The Newsweek article in the video seems to have been written in 2014.
Not sure why Newsweek would have re-released it today, but it seems to be a 2014 article.
Best regards, Shyaku
