that was really good. Not a word about Israel – I suppose that was decided before the interview. And when the question of Russia came up – well, Russia supports Israel, so there wasn’t much he could say. He is a magnificent person. Its surprising he calls himself an Indian. Even the native American Indians in the north America – don’t mind being called Indians. I’ve asked.

I’m so glad he’s still alive and so well. My prayers are completely with him…and Jeremy Corbyn in the UK. He also suffered defeat last week. Its a tough world out there. The filthy supremacists still have a miserable voice. Until they’re gone – (changed) – this world will not know peace.

Corbyn was an idiot to side with the global bankers. Bojo took advantage of it and did a nice job of acting like he was on the side of the people. It doesn’t really matter that he isn’t, he at least sold himself as being against them. All being said Corbyn deserved to lose.

I enjoyed this interview – not blistering fast, but at a pace where the questions could be answered with attention. Two things were striking – the first being that Evo has not given up, and neither has his party. Refer to this article from TheGrayzone : https://thegrayzone.com/2019/12/15/mas-regroups-bolivia-coup-leaders-eating-alive/

The other striking piece for me, is the patience of Evo, always existent in the LatAm world – He will keep on keeping on. It has always been so. If little brown men and women really make progress in defining and sorting out their own destiny, there is interference for fear that somebody would realize there is another way – another way that is not warfare and the rest of the insanity we see around us in these modern times.

It remains a critical failure that the police and military did not stand with Morales. Whereas this coup has certain similarities with the Venezuela coup attempt, it is clear that the coup makers learned from Venezuela.

Overall MAS is re-organizing from what I hear – and they have to become more militant.

I don’t know if that is correct. Maduro was lucky that Chavez came from the military and had encouraged the poor to join the military. He created and nurtured that connection so when push came to shove the military would stand with the people. Morales didn’t have that. Their military is mostly from the old colonial side. That is why he had to back down.

  3. Morales' Bolivia is a Jesuit Reduction on December 19, 2019  ·  at 7:35 pm EST/EDT

I am deeply suspicious of the Morales passion play and apparent coup. The ol’ red and black have been running this since day one, alongside the Castros in Cuba and Sandanistas in Nicaraugua. The same applies to Venezuela where Maduro plays a similar role: legitimizing a government which behaves like any neoliberal regime anywhere in the world with respect to how resources are extracted and who gets the majority benefits. Contrary to our perceptions Big Oil has never left Venezuela, which should tell you something about who’s in control.

Listening to Morales speak at the UN recently it occurred to me there is not the slightest difference between his positions and those taken by Greta Thunberg. Both represent the same amalgam of interests. It’s only the marketing gimmicks which change but otherwise it’s business as usual.

You are entitled to your own opinions, and if you despise Evo Morales, so be it.

However, your inability to range things, events and persons and adapt to circumstances will lead you to defeat for all and any battle that you will ever do.

Or do you actually think that the situation in Bolivia is better now? For Bolivians? For the Greater Good? For Mankind in general?

Irrespective of how it can be for the locals, the fact is that the coup in Bolivia is a big tactical victory for the Empire. If you rejoice of the fall of Evo Morales (and want the same fate to happen in Venezuela, Nicaragua and Cuba) you are actually taking sides with the forces of Evil.
Are you conscious of that ?
