Most information from Russia is still banned in European countries.
Here, we do not have the ability to solve these problems as it is different in different countries.
People must please educate themselves in the use of VPN’s. Tor may help (although I believe even Tor has been ‘fixed’.). Find the content on Telegram, although I believe some telegram channels are now also ripping out certain information. Some of the Russian information gets posted on Odysee. @RT and look for other channels like Sputnik.
It is a huge problem.

The negotiations will not lead to an agreement anytime soon. The reason is that there are only two sides that meet to negotiate, while there are at least 4 sides in this conflict:
* Ukrainian government – they should be interested in negotiating an end to the conflict
* The Ukronazis – who have told Zee that if he gives up an inch of Ukrainian soil, he will be killed
* The Russians – who will not tolerate that the Ukraine becomes a staging ground for NATO
* USA (and its satellites in NATO/EU) – who would rather wreck their oil-dependent economy as long as they can hurt Russia.
As long as USA and the Ukronazis are a part of the conflict, but not a part of the negotiations, there will not be an agreement. It is difficult to do something about USA, unless high gas prices and inflation upsets the political balance there. One might hope, but I am not optimistic. And the Ukronazis, well, I start to understand Russia’s objectives in this intervention: de-nazifisation seems to be necessary before any settlement can be made and they can pull out.
