This is the “perfect,perfect” example of the way most political talk-shows are done in the US. And the “exact” reason the MSM is able to brainwash people in the US. You have one rabid neo-con,one “lukewarm” neo-con. And,in this program,unlike most in the US,you have a neutral guest. And a host who opposes the neo-cons. Usually the neutral guest is missing. And the host is another neo-con. The neo-con,spins history to match what he wants it to be.Counting on the fact that almost none of his viewers can recognize his “spinning”.An example is his claims that China is trying to take territory from other countries. Leaving out the facts that those territories are “disputed” between various states. China’s claims to those territories are certainly as valid as anyone else (more so in most cases).

The two anti-China guests though spit out so much lies it is impossible for me to watch the show further than 8 minutes.
Sometimes there is no real CrossTalk because all the invited guests are pro-Russian or pro-Chinese, but this time it was vice versa. Of such neocons like from the UC, Irvive, at most one should be invited if at all, not two.
As somebody who was in China himself I can say China is much too USA-friendly, the entire country is quite globalized which means americanized. The youth is in abundant cases uncritical or even positive towards USA, EU, Germany.
And: Always too open for mutual agreements and peace. Very different from what these USA hawks are claiming.

When it comes to 9-dash marine claims of China I totally disagree with them. This claim was only invented in 1946. The problem is that no Chinese politician has the courage to take a step back – certainly not the powerhungry Xi, who sees foreign policy only as an opportunity to profile himself.
Let’s not forget that imperial China saw itself as the center of the universe and saw all its neighbors as inferiors who were subjected. There certainly are Chinese who would like to recreate that world – and that time for real.
