The Mercedes CLS clearly was at fault, and Putin’s chauffeur had no time to react.
CCTV shows the moment of impact and a few seconds that followed with the camera on the wrecked Mercedes. It would be far more informative to see a few seconds before the impact and to extract whatever data is stored in the Mercedes’ computer.
We don’t know whether this was an accident or a message, and we may never know.
Putin knows or will know, and he will respond appropriately.
This simply proves all over again that psychotic nations like the USA can only ever speak about themselves. Clinton says that Putin is influencing US elections while she and her co-conspirators of the AngloZionist Oligarchy plan to send this death-message to Putin when Russian elections are in the offing.

You can clearly see at 0:02 (that is, 2 seconds into the video) that the car that hits it crosses over at the last moment in order to hit it.
That is what it looks like: deliberately crossed over. The “attacking” car is already crossing over by the time it enters the video field, so we don’t see it actually veering. Is it possible that there was something that caused the car to veer? The driver of the attacking car has to be dead. And the vehicle looks to be in even worse shape than the Putin car.
So either it is a suicide mission, or the “attacking” driver miscalculated . . . but at those speeds, I think it is quite certain that a head-on or almost head-on collision will kill both drivers.

Not necessarily. You can plan a crash by installing the necessary extra safety features that will protect you. Racing cars often crash at much higher speeds and the driver most of the time walks away. They are not saying much about this for the time being, which is understandable.
Like the Tesla Model S, the M-B S class has self driving software. It might have been hacked by an intelligence agency. For all we know the person behind the wheel may not have been conscious.
