Kiev is Losing Stuff Faster than the West can Send it
by James Tweedie for the Saker Blog
The stated aims of Russia’s “special military operation” in Ukraine include the de-Nazification and demilitarisation of the Kiev regime.
In opposition, the NATO member states led by the US are arming the Ukraine and its Nazi battalions, while sending thousands of “volunteers”, “advisors” and other mercenaries to fight with the aim of prolonging the war for years.
The question, as always, is who is winning?
In a media briefing on March 25, the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) revealed some of its estimates of Ukrainian military strength before the operation commenced on February 24, focussing on heavy equipment, along with its claims of how much had been destroyed so far.
According to the MoD, Ukraine began the war with 2,416 armoured vehicles — although it did not say how many were main battle tanks (MBTs), infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs) or armoured personnel carriers (APCs). The MoD also listed 1,509 field artillery guns and mortars, 535 multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), 152 fixed-wing aircraft, 149 helicopters, 180 medium- and long-range surface-to-air missile (SAM) systems and 300 radars of various kinds in the Ukrainian inventory.
The MoD’s twice-daily briefings include updates on Ukrainian loses from those equipment stocks. The April 29 morning report claimed 2,638 tanks and armoured vehicles destroyed — 222 more than the ministry said the Ukraine started the war with. On top of that are the many reports of Russian troops or Donbass militia capturing Ukrainian equipment intact or repairable and putting it back into service for themselves.
Two-thirds of the Ukrainian air force’s helicopters and four-fifths of its fighter and attack jets are gone as well, according to Moscow, along with most of its anti-aircraft weapons. Even the US Department of Defence’s spokesman admitted in mid-April that the UAF had less than 20 aircraft in late March. And Ukraine does not have a navy anymore.
And most importantly to the Russian way of warfare, the MoD claims to have knocked out almost 1,200 Ukrainian artillery pieces and over 300 MLRS units. Meanwhile the Russian air and missile forces have crippled the Ukraine’s ability to replace those losses, destroying factories and repair centres.
Either the MoD under-estimated Ukrainian strength had to start with, or is over-claiming (which always happens in war) or the heavy gear sent by NATO is starting to turn up on the battlefield.
The Ukrainian government has made exaggerated claims of Russian casualties and losses but is very reticent about its own, admitting to only 3,000 soldiers killed and a handful taken prisoner so far.
Russia is also guilty of the old US sin of publishing body-counts. On April 16 the MoD claimed Ukraine had suffered 23,367 “irreplaceable” casualties. The next day it stated that of the 6,824 foreign mercenaries who came to fight for Kiev, Russian forces had “eliminated” 1,035, while 912 had fled the country and 4,877 were still hanging around like a bad smell.
Looking on the Bright Side…
Some Western “military analysts” asserted before the war that the Ukrainian forces had 820-850 tanks, mostly old T-64s left over from the dissolution of the USSR in 1991. If one assumes a ratio of three APCs or IFVs to every MBT, then the Ukraine had about 2,500 infantry carriers and 3,400 armoured vehicles in total.
NATO states were already pouring arms into the Ukraine for years before the conflict escalated, and have sped up the deliveries since then. The US says it has provided 200 M113 APCs, 100 armoured Humvee utility vehicles, 90 M777 155mm howitzers with 183,000 rounds of ammunition, 16 Mi-17 helicopters, enough parts to return 20 derelict Ukrainian aircraft to service and 7,000 Javelin anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs). Canada has given four more howitzers.
The UK has sent or pledged 120 APCs, including 80 Mastiff (MRAP) and a “small number” of Alvis Stormer HVM armoured short-range SAM carriers. France is training 40 Ukrainian soldiers to man the CAESAR truck-mounted 155mm howitzers it is donating. Since each vehicle has a crew of five, we can assume that Paris is sending just eight guns. Australia is sending 20 Bushmaster Protected Mobility Vehicles, another lightly-armoured truck.
Poland has sent over 200 Soviet-built T-72 tanks and several dozen BMP-1 IFVs, while the Czech Republic sent a mix of 40 T-72s and BMP-1s. Slovakia donated a single S-300 SAM battery. The Ukrainians actually know how to operate and maintain these things, and have the right calibre ammunition for them.
German arms giant Rheinmetall has volunteered 88 old Leopard 1 tanks and 100 Marder IFVs it has in its stocks.
But most of this stuff is useless, starting with the much-vaunted Javelin missiles which failed to penetrate the latest explosive-reactive armour (ERA) blocks fitted to Russian tanks. Many of the armoured vehicles being donated belong in museums.
The M113 APC is a design from the 1950s that first saw combat in the Vietnam War, where it immediately proved to be a deathtrap. It is a tall, boxy, slab-sided vehicle with armour made from aluminium, not steel. It was so vulnerable to the anti-tank weapons used by the People’s Army of Vietnam (PAVN) back in the 1960s that US soldiers preferred to ride on the roof than inside it.
The Leopard 1 is another relic of the ‘60s, kind of the tank equivalent of the VW camper van. Its design was based on a prevailing belief that armour had lost the race to shaped-charge anti-tank warheads, so tanks should be made light and fast. Its 70mm-thick frontal armour is no match for modern ATGMs and that can punch through 700mm or more of solid steel.
The armoured Humvees and Mastiffs were used by US and British troops in Afghanistan and Iraq. They are designed only to protect their occupants from rifle and machine-gun fire and home-made roadside bombs during ambushes by lightly-armed guerrillas, not to stand up to tanks.
An IFV is distinct from an APC in mounting heavy armament to support the troops it carries in combat. APCs are just “battle taxis” to get troops close to where the fighting is without taking casualties from random artillery shell fragments and stray machine gun fire on the way, then get back out of range. The Ukraine’s arms industry was already making its own vehicles like the Mastiff until Russian cruise missiles wrecked its factories.
These lightly-armoured vehicles will not prevent many casualties on the Ukrainian side, or cause any to the Russians. The weapons carried by Russian armour and attack helicopters can make mincemeat of them. Photos and videos of the war show Ukraine’s more-sophisticated Russian-made IFVs literally torn apart and incinerated by modern ATGMs or tank gun rounds.
The M777, the US Army’s main field gun, is made in Britain. The huge and legendary US arms industry of Colt, Remington and Winchester nowadays seems incapable of making a simple gun that goes bang reliably.
A Losing Battle
Even if the equipment coming in from the West was any good, there is still clearly not enough of it to keep up with the rate of attrition. The 560 tanks and APCs sent or pledged so far are just a fifth of what Russia claims to have already destroyed, and the 98 extra howitzers are less than a tenth of the artillery Ukraine has lost.
Even going by higher estimates of Ukrainian strength, Kiev has lost two-thirds of its armour and three-quarters of its air force in two months of fighting. Russia is still claiming up to 50 Ukrainian armoured vehicles destroyed every day, even though they must be getting pretty scarce on the battlefield — especially given reports that the Ukrainian army has concentrated its heavy equipment in the cities. At that rate Ukraine’s armoured and mechanised brigades will very soon be reduced to foot-slogging infantry.
The Ukrainian artillery is being whittled down at a slower pace, but once the offensive to wipe out the forces trapped in the ‘Donbass cauldron’ enters the assault phase one might expect to see a lot more guns accounted for.
But the fact is that much of NATO’s “lethal aid” will never reach the front. Russian missiles have already obliterated warehouses full of it in Lvov, the city close to the Polish border. Railway yards and electricity supply sub-stations have also been hit, along with bridges across the Dnieper river that cuts the Ukraine in two from north to south.
Russian air superiority means the Ukrainian army has to smuggle arms to the eastern front in civilian vehicles. You can’t fit a 155mm howitzer or a tank in the back of a goods van.
Meanwhile, Russia is systematically destroying Ukrainian munitions dumps and fuel storage and refining facilities. Sooner or later the troops at the front are going to run out of ammo.
What actually makes it through is being captured by the Russian and Donbass forces and fired back at its former owners. And now the US has admitted it has no idea if the arms it is sending to the notoriously-corrupt Ukraine are ending up on the black market.
What’s it all for?
Just like the series of false-flag atrocities committed against Ukrainian citizens by their own security service, the point of all this “lethal aid” seems to be to persuade President Volodymyr Zelensky to keep fighting Russia when all military and political logic says it should make peace.
Amid all the self-delusional Western media fantasies that the wheels are falling off the Russian military campaign, almost nobody is asking how Kiev plans to keep fighting beyond the next few weeks.
Zelensky could have struck a peace deal with Moscow a month ago that surrendered only that which he had already lost — the Crimea, the Donbass and NATO membership ambitions — while purging Nazis from the government and armed forces who he insists were never there to begin with.
But instead the “big fool” chose to believe his own propaganda, take advice from Washington and push on deeper into the “Big Muddy”, in the words of Pete Seeger.
.Good rant. .except this weak pro Ukie piece unsubstantiated.. ”Either the MoD under-estimated Ukrainian strength had to start with, or is over-claiming (which always happens in war) or the heavy gear sent by NATO is starting to turn up on the battlefield.
Why is it “pro-Ukie?” Do you believe that every word emanating from the Russian MOD is beyond question? Like all other militaries, they can make mistakes, and they can lie. Pointing out those possibilities is not pro or anti-anything or anyone. It’s entirely neutral, IMO.

This was THE moment in my life, I realized EVIL in its face.
It can not be undone.
Z is a powerless puppet. The Nazi’s control him at home – The US controls him internationally. We have two weeks, maybe three before the whole charade crumbles. That is what worries me – a false flag to drown out the loss and blame the loss on
Zelensky’s not a “powerless puppet”; this is a mischaracterization. He has the power to tell the truth and to resign, for example. If he’s taking orders from some evil entity – whether it be Satan or Satan’s agent, Blinken, it is something that he does knowingly and willingly (and apparently even enthusiastically) and it is therefore something for which he bears moral responsibility.
«He has the power to tell the truth and to resign, for example»
That is one of the most foolishly naive claims I have read in a while: why ever would any ukranian or other “Washington Consensus” media report that? It would be “treason”! They would probably instead report that £elensky had been murdered by Putin with “novichok” and any declaration he had made would be labeled as “russian misinformation”. And if it does not get reported it did not “happen”.
“That is one of the most foolishly naive claims I have read in a while…”
Apparently you don’t get out of the basement very much.
Your comment is one of the most laughably absurd I’ve yet seen here at thesaker (a platform dedicated to politically incorrect truth and truth-tellers).
First, having the “power” to tell the truth (rather than being deceptive/acting in bad faith) and having the “power” to resign (rather than participating in something immoral/disagreeable) is something inherent to anyone. What may or may not subsequently happen as a result is a different matter.
You tell the truth because it’s the right thing to do; it’s a matter of moral principle. You don’t calculatingly refrain from telling the truth because of a presumption that jew-owned media won’t report it or some such nonsense. Obviously, Zelensky’s the murderous scumbag that he is because that’s the role he’s chosen for himself, not because of some prospective/theoretical externally imposed inconvenience.
I always get a bit irritated when people equate the Empire of Lies entity with “the U.S.”. The Empire is a network of evil transnational criminal elites, and the U.S. is just as much of a pawn as Ukraine is. None of this benefits the American people. The U.S. is simply the most powerful single country and military under the Empire’s control, and so a lot of commenters here, especially those of a Marxist bent, equate it with the Empire itself.
There is truth to the puppetry in terms of culpability. “We the people” (Americans) in no way shape or form condone what is being done in our name. The evil controllers have no power but that which they steal and will change masks (national identity) at the drop of a hat if it benefits them… But we the people keep giving them our power through manipulation, ignorance, and fear of responsibility to take our own power back. Too many people are taking the money to look the other way. I don’t have an answer as to how to solve it, but I take control of the only thing I have the right to control; myself, and I encourage my fellow Americans to do the same at every opportunity. The fear amongst the people to face the delusion is slowly being chipped away and as that changes, so too will the mis-leaders be starved of the stolen power they use to serve themselves at expense to everyone else.
“…and the U.S. is just as much of a pawn as Ukraine is.”
I would have to disagree with this view. The U.S. is the sine qua non of the evil empire; without the U.S., none of this madness would be happening.
“None of this benefits the American people.”
That’s sort of a red herring/rhetorical misdirection. You could say the same thing about Charlie Manson and the Manson Family; i.e., the Tate–LaBianca murders didn’t benefit them at all.
“The U.S. is simply the most powerful single country and military under the Empire’s control, and so a lot of commenters here, especially those of a Marxist bent, equate it with the Empire itself.”
At the top of the U.S. federal government are only 545 people, and all that these people basically do is shuffle papers and give orders. By themselves they are nothing. They depend completely on the voluntary action (or inaction) of millions of other people in the U.S., e.g. assembly line workers at Raytheon; people who voluntarily join the U.S. military; corrupt educators who teach fake history; corrupt churches who’ve abandoned God; etc. to help turn their evil ideas into other peoples’ nightmarish reality. The problem in the U.S. is that too many people are corrupt or morally incompetent.
Im sure President Putin came up “Empire of Lies”. He meant predominantly the US and he is right.
If anyone bothered to read books by Professors, Antony C Sutton, Carol Quigley, Guido Preparata or authors such as Edward G Griffin and Eustace Mullins they would realise that the U.S and other countries have been used as tools by the international central bankers and their lackeys to do their bidding for a very very very long time !
You are right and so are the Ukrainians. And most of the world. including Russia and China. But I’m ashamed to be an American without even reading. But knowing this and participating in it is like a whore. And in your government they know
Zelensky is a British citizen with a ten-bedroom villa in Tuscany ( Wion news ) and a 45-million-dollar mansion in Florida ( George Webb ). According to the Pandora papers, he has a substantial fortune. Besides, he loves to be on the world center Stage. He’s enjoying the limelight. He will never surrender and go back to his insignificance.
George Webb or Dr. Jim Willie estimated his net worth at $1.3 billion. The last thing this little satanic prick cares about is the welfare of the Ukrainian people.
Hopefully some good Ukrainians will emerge aand roll this creep up along with the oligarch gangsters who back him (Kolomoisky-Pinchuk).
….he will be forced to detox hospital soon……and give up “presidency”…he is out of control..
Z wants Russia to destroy the Azov Battallion and other nazis. One less thorn in his side. His smartest play is once 90% of the nazis are dead, try to negotiate a deal with Russia. The problem is ZATO wants him to fight to the death of every Ukie including decent Ukrainains. I doubt the NATO plan of an endless Vietnam or Afghanistan in what is eft of the Ukraine will work.
ZATO wants to get something going in Moldova and get their Polish lap dogs to do something stupid.
Zelensky can retire in his mansion in (north) Miami Beach on the ocean or the villa in Italy. This is his parachute. He is a little demonic creep and his patron is Igor Kolomoisky and Pinchuk.
M113s? That alone told me just how much of a joke western “aid” is. Why not send in some m60s or even a Grant or Sherman to boot!
Sherman?
The tank, or the general?
https://invidious.poast.org/watch?v=hiSBPY4J1Gw
USA is training Ukros in Germany (russias favorite western partner) operatiing M1A2sep2 tanks.
This tank is much superior to Russian tanks on the battlefield. Only T90MS and T14 could take out M1A.
Unfortunately Russia has only a handful. Russia mostly is operating with T72s.
Two days ago they started training Ukros with Panzerhaubitze 2000.
Moreover the CIA is sending their best weopon to Lviv.
Angelina Joli
She already toured in Bosnia and Kosovo for the CIA
I think a Kornet can pop open the latest M1A. Also the M1A with it’s gas turbine puts out a big heat signature. Russian drones and artilerry can handle those plus Alligators. The other question is where will they get fuel for these M1A’s? M1a gets 0.6 mpg.
@Tomo, realistically it’s closer to 4 gallons per mile. Depending on the terrain, from the moment the 1500 hp turbine is spooled up, it’s best measured in hours/minutes of endurance, w/500-gallon capacity…fuel supply vehicles/crews, fuel bladders, are not armored and need to be kept reasonably close by…Your city milage may vary, lol…
Z for Victory!
I don’t think anybody ever thought the Ukraine would defeat Russia.
What I do think is that many in the West were very interested to observe how Russia would fight a war.
Yes I agree but sadly for them the war Russia would fight against NATO would be quite different from this little operation, which has an emphasis on preserving civilian life and infrastructure, often above that of the troops. It has been instructive for them in another way though, it has shown how a 300,000(?) man NATO army (the Ukies being trained and equipped by the best NATO has to offer for 7 years) can be disassembled by 100,000 Russians. They must be scared witless by what they are seeing. This isn’t even Russias best troops (although by now they have become a very tight and battled hardened force) nor best gear, or best EW capabilities added to which plenty of toys have been left in the cupboard (satellite destroying A235 and S500 – which can also shoot down hypersonic missiles before the West even has any, Tsirkon, Avengard have not been used either)
I think NATO would be overwhelmed by true Russian force, destroyed in the rear areas, COMMS utterly destroyed in the field and at CENTCOM, troops at the mercy of long range artilliery and 15000 Russian tanks to deal with. Quite a different war indeed. However we have learned by now that the West never listens, never learns and pays little attention to the things it should. Listening to Truss recently (and the completely out of her depth Von Der Leyen) you would think that the plucky little British Army is ready to take on the Russians tommorow, paying no heed to the fact that the entire British Army couldn’t even fill Wembley Stadium and their only tank Brigade has a mere 56 tanks (50 in reserve) Maybe she is relying on MI6 organised false flags and those old stalwarts the SAS rappelling their way through the Kremlins windows in order to snatch Putin from his bed? If you can’t win the real war win the imaginary one seems to be the Wests MO, theyre winning it in the press so surely reality will follow suit!
Even the press is failing them, thus the reason for the new thought police in Homeland Security. From what I have been observing and hearing from people I know, there is less and less cheerleading from places like Bloomberg, the vocal supporters on the street are disappearing and even amongst friends the Ukrainian supporters have shut up about it.
It seems all over but, for screaming from the paid supporters on the boob tube and in D.C..
They are planning to bring out big guns and deploy James Bond in Ukraine,
Truss is calling James Bond… :)
US is about to bring John Rambo(aka Sly Stallone) out of the closet and send him to the Ukraine. Ruskies and Vlad better watch out. 70 years old Rambo will personally wipe out the entire Russian air force with only a few hunting rifles and a dozen knives. At least that is what the Hollywood writers are saying.
Russia has Steven Seagal though.
Avanguard is a strategic hypersonic glide vehicle designed to deliver a nuclear warhead. Tsirkon is an anti-ship missile. It can be used for ground attack but that would be a big waste of time. Iskander is really a devastating weapon on the battlefield, is probably a lot cheaper, and there are probably a lot of them. Anyone know?
Yes, but such a direct confrontation would be total war, and NATO would use its strategic assets as well. It would be a completely different fight to the one we see now, as mentioned. Russia might prevail (it would have the “home ground advantage”), but it would be foolish to extrapolate from here.
Probably, though, it would escalate to a nuclear exchange before the end, God help us.
The situation for the Ukie Military is so desperate…
Why do those troops deployed in the East choose not to surrender?
Do they think they can still win this battle?
I haven’t been assiduously counting but following various channels on Telegram even I can see that the Ukies have lost around 3000 KIA this week, god knows how many injured, missing or surrendered. The Army simply can’t sustain that level of losses. Once this artilliery pummelling is replaced by a close order infantry sweep of Ukie positions I can see a lot of mass surrenders coming up.
The USA is making sure that eastern army is paid. Otherwise, it will disintegrate.
Completely agree,Ukrainians are fighting to be able to send money to their families.
The Ukrainian troops in the east have been collectively shelling the Donbass residents for 8 years. They know that this will not go unpunished by the troops from Novorussia.
They also believe that the Russians will treat them as badly as the Ukrainians have treated their Russian POWs.
Finally, they have lots of hard nationalist cadres watching them who will not allow them to surrender.
…are they all include elensky on drugs ???? …withdrawal will be very painfull…….
Surrendering puts your family at risk of cruel reprisals by the SBU political police.
Satanists hope for another Vietnam. They saw brothers killing Brothers and rejoiced. But instead Russia has already laid the Ukraine army and the trickle of old weapons are essentially being thrown away leaving Satan’s puppets critically low on reserve arms.
All this at a time when China is nearing the point of going to war.
Perhaps the synagogue of Satan has made a critical misjudgement? It has brought the west so low with such incompetent leaders that they cannot put up enough of a fight to do the second horseman of the apocalapse justice?
Nice analysis. Still, every piece of hardware prolongs fighting a little bit. So Russia should put in extra effort to destroy shipments before they come through.
One thing which would be unpleasant are MQ Reaper drones which theoretically can reach Moscow; supposedly they have been promised to Ukraine.
Not really the MQ Reaper is big and expensive only really built to take our wedding parties in Pakistan.
Where would it take off and land?
Would light up on radar like a Christmas tree and their half the price of an f35 so it’s not like they can just afford to throw them away like Turkish drones.
Yeah and Russia doesn’t have air defenses to take down drones LMAO. Where do you get your info?
Reaper is no harder to kill than Bayraktar.
Ukraine 2013: Why Yanukovich didn’t sign the EU’s Association Agreement – November 2013
The tripartite negotiations between Russia, Ukraine, and the EU to resolve the problems thrown up by Ukraine’s Association Agreement with the EU are going nowhere.
The Russians insist on changes to the text of the agreement. The Europeans categorically reject this, as do the Ukrainian negotiators.
In order to understand why there is this deadlock, it is necessary to say something about the nature of the Ukraine EU Association Agreement, since it is not very well understood.
Most people believe the agreement is intended to create a free trade area between the EU and Ukraine.
It is easy to understand why people think this since that is what the Association Agreement itself says in Article 25:
“The Parties shall progressively establish a free trade area over a transitional period of maximum 10 years starting from the entry into force of this Agreement, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with Article XXIV of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 (hereinafter referred to as ‘GATT 1994’).”
Establishing “a free trade area” (in the commonly-understood meaning of that term) between the EU and Ukraine is not however what the Association Agreement actually does.
At almost a thousand pages, the text of the Association Agreement is extremely long and uses convoluted and technical language.
This is intentional. The text has been deliberately made much longer and far more technical than it needs to be, precisely so as to confuse people.
It is certainly far longer and much more complex and technical than it would need to be if its purpose really was merely to create a free trade area. Here by comparison is the text of the EU Association Agreement with Chile. This too purports to be a free trade agreement between the EU and Chile.
Reading the two documents side by side, the similarities are obvious; but so are the differences. The Association Agreement with Ukraine is much longer and far more technical and complex.
What the EU officials who drew up the document have done is take a standard form of the Association Agreement the EU routinely uses when it negotiates free trade agreements with non-EU countries and graft onto it something completely different.
So what does the Ukraine EU Association Agreement actually do?
What it does is require Ukraine to adopt the whole body of EU law as it affects regulation of its economy.
EU officials call this body of EU law the acquis. Those with the time and inclination to read through the document will see this word appears constantly throughout the text.
The key omnibus provision is Article 56, in the section that deals with removing “technical barriers to trade”:
“2. With a view to reaching these objectives, Ukraine shall, in line with the timetable in Annex III [to this Agreement]: (i) incorporate the relevant EU acquis into the legislation of Ukraine.”
Since Ukraine is committing itself to make the acquis its law, it is surrendering regulation of its economy to the EU in Brussels. Questions of regulation of Ukraine’s economy will no longer be decided by the Ukrainian government and parliament in Kiev, but by the European Council and the EU Commission in Brussels.
Moreover, what the EU decides will have the force of law. This is made quite clear by the single most important paragraph in the entire document (buried on page 187):
“Article 322
Dispute settlement relating to regulatory approximation
The procedures set out in this Article shall apply to disputes relating to the interpretation and application of obligations contained in relating to regulatory or legislative approximation contained in Chapter 3 (Technical Barriers to Trade), Chapter 4 ( Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures), Chapter 6 (Services, Establishment and Electronic Commerce) and Chapter 8 (Public Procurement) [of this Agreement].
Where a dispute raises a question of interpretation of an act of the institutions of the European Union, the arbitration tribunal shall not decide the question, but request the Court of Justice of the European Union to give a ruling on the question. In such cases, the deadlines applying to the rulings of the arbitration panel shall be suspended until the Court of Justice of the European Union has given its ruling. The ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union shall be binding on the arbitration tribunal.”
Since the entire point of the Association Agreement is “regulatory or legislative approximation” through wholesale adoption of the acquis in the key economic areas mentioned in Article 322, what this paragraph does is give the EU effective control of Ukraine’s economy, with the EU’s decisions having the force of law, with the right of enforcement given not to Ukraine’s own courts, but to the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
To hide away this provision the Association Agreement creates an elaborate arbitration system to settle disputes. However, since in deciding legal questions the arbitration tribunal is bound by decisions of the European Court of Justice, the final decision always ultimately rests with the EU.
Other sections of the Association Agreement are equally far reaching, with Ukraine for example required to harmonize its foreign, defense, tax and transport policies with those of the EU, to base its intellectual property law on that of the EU, and even to allow unrestricted access to EU investigators undertaking “anti-corruption” investigations in Ukraine.
The Association Agreement does not therefore just create a free trade area. What it does – and what it is intended to do – is make Ukraine in effect a part of the European Economic Area and of the European Single Market administered by the EU Commission in Brussels.
It does so despite Ukraine remaining outside the EU. Ukraine is surrendering control of its economy to the EU without the corresponding benefit of EU membership.
Many people within the EU today complain about the power the democratically unaccountable institutions of the EU have over their lives. They are however at least represented in the EU through their governments and can vote in elections to the European parliament. Ukraine’s people will have no representation at all, and no say through their government in what the EU decides for them.
Once it is understood that what the Association Agreement actually does is not the creation of free trade area between the EU and Ukraine, but in fact makes Ukraine a part of the European Economic Area and the European Single Market, then the reason why talks with Russia are deadlocked becomes obvious.
The Russians complain that if the Association Agreement comes into force and Russia’s trade relations with Ukraine are unchanged, then EU goods can enter Russia without hindrance because Ukraine and Russia have a free trade agreement. Russia does not have a free trade agreement with the EU, but once the Association Agreement comes into effect, it will in effect find itself in a de facto free trade area with the EU through its Ukrainian back door.
Understandably enough, the Russians say they will not let themselves be brought into a free trade arrangement (whose terms they have not negotiated) with the EU in this backstairs way, and that if no change is made to the Association Agreement to prevent this, then their free trade arrangements with Ukraine will end. They insist this problem can only be solved by making changes to the text.
The Europeans and Ukrainians refuse to change the text of the Association Agreement in any way. What they offer instead is a labeling system that would enable Russian customs officials to identify the provenance of any goods entering Russia through Ukraine, so as to separate those goods which are Ukrainian from those which are not.
This proposal illustrates everything that is wrong about the way the West treats Russia.
What the Ukrainians and the West never explain is why they think the Russians would agree to such a proposal. What it amounts to is a demand that Russia set up a cumbersome and expensive customs procedure, which would be very easy to evade just so Ukraine can distance itself from Russia and the EU can achieve its geopolitical goals.
As such, this is simply another in a long line of proposals that amount to the Ukrainians and the West demanding that Russia pay the cost of their anti-Russian policies. Not surprisingly, the Russians always say no. Amazingly, the Ukrainians and the West always then seem genuinely surprised, become furious, and accuse the Russians of harboring all sorts of sinister designs when the reason the Russians have said no is actually perfectly obvious.
This proposal however faces a more fundamental problem – that it is incompatible with the Association Agreement. Without rewriting its text it cannot work because the European Court of Justice will set it aside.
The European Court of Justice would be bound to find that the proposal is discriminatory and a barrier to trade and as such that it is incompatible with the rules and regulations of the European Economic Area and of the European Single Market (the acquis), which Ukraine has agreed to adopt. Since according to Article 322, decisions of the European Court of Justice are binding, any agreement made with Russia based on the proposal would then be set aside. Ukraine could not continue with it while it remained bound to observe the acquis.
The simple fact which neither the Ukrainians nor the Europeans want to face is that the Ukraine EU Association Agreement is incompatible with Ukraine’s existing economic and trade links with Russia.
That of course is its whole point. There is no logic in the Ukrainians and the Europeans angrily complaining about this when that is precisely what the document they signed together is intended to do.
Francis Lee,
Do you have the URL Link for this piece please?
Thanks.
Thanks for this write-up Mr. Lee. Seldom are such important conditions, situations, strategies so thoroughly explained. I r5eally appreciate the in-depth presentation; it enables me to better understand the original arrangements which were used as pretext to start all this horrible mess. No one else is willing, or probably knowledgable enough, to explain this in such detail, when it’s just so easy and simple to say the Russians forced Ukraine to back-out of the trade agreement w/the EU.
A huge Thank You for this information. This is huge. I had no idea. The agreement fully proves the evil and predatory nature of the EU. No wonder Yanukovich refused to sign it. So of course the MSM didn’t explain any thing, and especially not the 1000 page length.
It was accepted and entered into force in 2017, so this is all relevant now too.
Thank you for this excellent summary. Obviously EU had found a backdoor through which to benefit economically vis-a-vis Russia. Nato too try to use Ukraine’s backdoor to get closer to Russia. And somehow West (most) believe Russia is bad!
I’ve been considering these Ukraine losses figures for a while.
Something doesn’t add up.
By RAF announcements 2400 tanks destroyed, they have wiped out Ukraine armor but they have not entered many of Donbas cities yet where much of this armor is hiding.
As the author says all militaries over estimate enemy losses the US included with Serbia war.
However credibility is in danger of being lost if these figures keep going up with not much change on the map.
For “changes” on the map, you would need the cauldrons to jump happily around the countryside.
Or the Russian Forces leave those alone and play around some other places.
How do you lead a moving war, when the enemy is pinned down?
That 2400 is not tanks, that’s armored vehicles which includes APC’s etc.
According to this: https://www.globalfirepower.com/country-military-strength-detail.php?country_id=ukraine
Ukraine had upwards of 12,000 armored vehicles which includes all sorts of BMP, BTR, BMD, and tons of other various light and medium armor
Ukraine govt wanted it to not start at all when Zelensky was making statements in February. Someone shut him down, probably holding his family hostage. Now he reads from a script. He probably has all his “guards” to remind him who gave him the job.
He is just saving his skin.
We also notice a big change in his walking style. The last time. he walked like a boxer or wrestler, full of muscles. Certainly, his US media handlers told him to portray the image of Hercule on television. After all he’s an actor.
A logical reading of the MOD reports must necessarily assume that the figures for “destroyed” tanks means all tanks taken out of the battle for the Ukrainian side, i.e. it includes all captured tanks. Almost certainly it will also include some damaged tanks that were later repaired and put back on the battlefield; therefore it is highly probable that some tanks were “destroyed” twice or even more times. These counts are certainly not scientific absolutes, they cannot be more than a rule of thumb.
At some point the fighting in Ukraine will end possibly with the country divided up into independent republics or whatever.
But there is a far, far greater problem than even Ukraine posed.
We need to recall Russia’s security demands made at the end of last year.
These entirely legitimate demands were for nato forces to return to1997 positions and for an end to military drills on Russia’s borders.
They were not aggressive in any way and in fact “indivisible security” would benefit everybody.
The western response was, as usual, to ignore Russia’s demands and in fact to aggressively proceed with the construction of missile bases in Poland and Romania, (and possibly Sweden and Finland) which could fire missiles with a 5 minute flight time to Moscow.
Nato also plans to hold massive military drills in the north in May and in short the existential threat to Russia is getting greater than ever, quite apart from Ukraine.
When Russia issued these demands at the end of last year the government made it clear that if these security demands were not met voluntarily by nato, Russia would enforce them using “military/technical” means. Some even referred to these demands as an “ultimatum”.
The US has made it clear that the Ukrainians are merely their proxies in the context of the overall war to destroy Russia.
The real challenge for Russia comes after the dust settles in Ukraine in terms of how to secure it’s survival and implement it’s vital security demands.
At some point Russia will need to strike nato, be it removing the missile bases in Eastern Europe or taking down nato bombers flying along it’s borders.
They can’t do nothing.
To do nothing shows nato that Russia cannot follow through with it’s demands and need not be heeded.
What does Russia do?
Ukraine was bad enough but the way I see it, this is the real nightmare.
Once the war in Ukraine is over, Russia-China and Iran will need to devise a new structure for energy trades and a new Eurasian monetary, economic system, where all the countries of the zone B would find it beneficial to join. Most countries will leave the current Western US-dollar gangster style scheme.
It is possible that economic blowback from the sanctions regime will will do more damage to Western countries than any Russian military weapons. The resulting chaos and depression could force the US and NATO to cut back on their geopolitical ambitions. We shall see.
Russian arms brokers would be buying up some of this gear. They know the corrupt ukies involved after all. Easier to buy it than pay to destroy it.
Every price sold on the black market saves a life in this war
However it will likely be used in what comes next
There are few happy endings to this story
When the plan of #teamPutin is fully implemented the world will see the old map of the Ukraine restored with Novorossiya stretching out from Odessa oblast to Kharkov oblast with Russian speaking Transnistria being connected. But what will happen to the relic of ‘Ukraine’, the follow-up of the Zelensky/CIA state? The US has stressed that ‘Ukraine’ will have to pay for all the huge amounts of weaponry that it gets from US/NATO. So the future follow-up of ‘Ukraine’ will be burdened by a debt to the US/NATO that is for sure unsolvable by whatever Ukrainian state that inherits the Zelensky/CIA legacy. When we follow this thought experiment about a future ‘Ukraine’ (geographically stretching from Lvov to Kiev) a bit further, it will for sure that the future government of this relic state of ‘Ukraine’ will turn its back on the US/NATO, just in order to get rid of the Zelensky legacy of huge indebtment to the US. Instead this relic state of ‘Ukraine’ will seek protection and even unification with the Russian Federation/Belarus/Novorossiya/Kazachstan in order to be freed from indebtment to US/NATO. But what will happen then to the huge debts of ‘Ukraine’ to the US/NATO? These debts will boomerang back to the US/NATO.
Well stated, thank you.

War is racket, text by Philippe Grasset, in French.
“This barrage of weapons into Ukraine is, in my view, the strongest demonstration of the foul travesty that is Ukrisis, in addition to allowing some stinking pseudo-humanitarian diatribes from the bloody clowns sitting in Congress as the enforcers of the ‘War Is a Racket’ gang, in addition to being thrown blindly and operationally indiscriminate to whoever wants to make a profit from them, and without the slightest operational discernment, to whoever wants to profit from them, as US military intelligence sources tell us (“We track them clearly for a short period [after the weapons enter Ukraine] but when they enter the fog of war, it’s almost zero”); It is difficult to think, to believe, that the results of the war on terrorism are not “zero”.)
It is difficult to think, to believe, and whatever one judges of the real dimensions and orientations of this affair-which is going on (Ukrisis), that such a diabolical and sordid imposture can resist for a long time the weight of the truth-of-the-situation that weighs on it. One has to be truly and pathologically insane to continue, as our government parrots and tin pundits do, to feed us with “values”, righteous and terrible cooing, inspired thanksgiving about Ukrisis.
Ukraine awakens and reveals to us the hellish horror of what the underground workshop of Americanism is, this alliance of greed and weapons of death, washing its hands of the destruction and death that follow. Moreover, they all say that this war, which is settled as to its strategic outcome, continues to be fuelled by Americanists (supported by the unfathomable nihilism fascinated by the sheer stupidity of Europeans, degenerate civilised people of an ossified civilisation, like a vast “Graveyard under the vanished Moon”). They explain that it is to “hurt Russia to death”; I don’t really believe that anymore after this Lend-Lease law which tells us that they are making it last, first of all to “make money”, a “crazy dough” from Mordor…
In truth, I now know that this annihilated humanity of the Americanists feeds “their” war for nothing, absolutely nothing, I mean nothing other than to be able to continue to exist on the brink of agony, and to exist for them is to produce weapons of death in the forge of the diabolical underground of Mordor, and to make money of usury, mountains of underground money… This is their mystique that Eisenhower spoke of, a survivor of the MIC opening his eyes before he left…
Tell me if you want about the Great Plans of hegemony, the projects of domination, the highly intellectual designs of Brzezinski (though in the end he had some remorse), the open-air plots on filthy swarms, anything you want in the head of a reason-subverted veneered on the Unspeakable and the Unspeakable. I’m talking about an instinct of Death by the very instruments of Modernity that has entered the entropic Nothing, in the infernal rhythm of these endless undergrounds of the hell of this enormous and awful complex of Azovstal-Mordor as Mordor-sub-Marioupol, stammering the last remnants of that unfathomable greed of the heart, of that complete corruption of the soul, of that arrogant zombie hybris reduced to shreds of dust that rolls, rolls, rolls and disappears in a soon to be derisive whirlwind. ..
We are witnessing the gloomy twilight of a satanic and subterranean version of a monstrous caricature of civilisation. The System is now well aware that its over-power produces, like so many deadly and useless weapons, its complete self-destruction. Its imperious vital impulse is called the Death instinct, death without design, without hope, without goal other than the absolute Nothingness of a universe in inverted extension until it becomes again, in an accomplished orbit before a new beginning washed of all our infamies, the last original molecule which was also the first of the adventure to reduce it to Nothing. The revolution closes as does an orbit, the loop of the underworld is closed. All that remains is to apologise and regret to the gods for this cosmic failure, and to respectfully suggest that they try something else. ”

When was there ever a situation quite like this, to battle test weapons? Considering the deteriorating situation of everything, as it is reported to us here, it would seem like this window of opportunities is closing too fast for Western kit to really be doing much, but this isn’t so by half. What better way to showcase any modern *tech* than under maximum duress, where limits are imposed on all external factors, save the one factor of the enemy. These constraints give priceless purpose, as this is the height of war, to make it count, plus the entire planet is watching, with eyes peeled. To paraphrase Melville, *There are as many secrets as the secrets being revealed*, and likely tenfold more. Considering that the biggest secret so far was the eight-years of planning prior to this point, it’s certainly the case that 8-year plans for weapons testing programs are now in the works —against this stageprop of apparently frivolous iron. Like the Saker keeps telling us, it always about the boots on the ground, and therefore everything hinges on this: keep the fight going for as long as possible, maximizing returns, which in this case are developmental weapons groups and tactics . . ?

I M speechless.
How can I help?
Anyone? Ideas?
I’m assuming Putin understands NATO will not stop. They will funnel weapons, tech, manpower and fight by proxy like the cowards they are. Like Afghanistan, for 20 years if they have to. Worse, they will turn these banderite nazis into terrorists to endlessly wreak havoc on Russian soil. The gloves will have to come off soon. Ukraine needs to be made an example. Russia is being too nice. Ukrainian people have had plenty of chances. They have allowed their western masters to overtake their country. They either join or die at this point.
Think of it as more a sliding scale Rick. It’s not black and white. The tempo will ratchet higher, but time works in Russias favour.

Russia can stop all this nonsense about arms going to Ukraine by bombing the arms convoys. I have seen the equipment from Poland going into Ukraine. It is not hidden. It is right in the open. Russia might be destroying some equipment in the warehouses, but it impossible to get it all. As I stated, you take out the convoys you solve the problem. Whose going to drive a Truck into Poland carrying arms after that happens?
We are led to believe that Poland has sent 200 tanks to Ukraine. They would have had to come in by rail. What sort of nonsense is this? Russia is allowing this to happen? They take out some railways but they leave the most critical ones in tact? That is the ones carrying arms in from Poland. Does that make any sense to anyone? Please explain it to me.
Allowing unlimited arms delivery to Ukraine is just the latest in a string of absurdities regarding this so called “War.” I have studied military history all my life and I have never seen anything like this. This is why people call it a phony war. On day one, Power should have come down, communications, water sanitation. This is just elementary warfare 101. Instead, Russia leaves the internet on for Zelensky to broadcast his propaganda 24/7. Did you know that all the ISP providers to Ukraine are Russian. Do you think if Putin told them to switch off they would refuse? The article mentions, “along with bridges across the Dnieper river that cuts the Ukraine in two from north to south.” Russia to date has destroyed a single bridge. That’s it.
I don’t understand why Russia is not hitting the convoys either. Targeting issues? Air dominance impaired by NATO anti-aircraft capabilities? Those are mobile targets and may not be well covered by standoff weapons. There was a cloud cover recently as I can see on videos. Mystery.
Nobody understands. Very suspicious.
«I don’t understand why Russia is not hitting the convoys either. Targeting issues?»
Neither does the Pentagon:
https://edition.cnn.com/2022/04/19/politics/us-weapons-ukraine-intelligence/
«And so far, it appears that Russia has struggled to intercept or destroy the supply shipments. A third source familiar with the intelligence said that it does not appear that Russia has been actively attacking western weapons shipments entering Ukraine — although it is unclear exactly why, especially since the US has intelligence that the Russians want to and have discussed doing so both publicly and privately. […] Publicly, the Pentagon says it has not yet seen Russian attempts to disrupt the weapons transfers or the shipments moving inside Ukraine. “Flights are still going into trans-shipment sites in the region. And ground movement is still occurring of this material inside Ukraine. Every single day, there are the security assistance, weapons and material and support equipment that is getting into Ukrainian hands,” Kirby said Thursday. We’re going to keep doing that as much as we can, as fast as we can. We have not seen any Russian efforts to interdict that flow. And so we’re just going to keep doing it,” he added.»
«I don’t understand why Russia is not hitting the convoys either. Targeting issues?»
War supply convoys are huge and there not that many roads or railroads that can be used by them from the polish border to the ukrainian depots, so I doubt that is an issue.
My best guess is that large amounts of weapons in warehouses are useless if they cannot be sent to the front, and the Russian Federation forces are prioritizing destroying the fuel supplies of the ukrainian transport system more than the ukrainian transport system.
The Russian Federation “special military operation” is more against ukrainian logistics capability than against ukrainian cities or even military capability.
«My best guess is that large amounts of weapons in warehouses are useless if they cannot be sent to the front»
Another commenter thinks that many of those supplies are meant to be warehoused as advance prepositioned supplies for when polish and romanian troops enter Ukraine, which is somewhat plausible. In any case they are also useful to deplete NATO stocks so they have to order replacements boosting significantly the share prices of weapon manufacturers (that are indeed booming).
It is a puzzle. Just yesterday i read from one of Telegram channel I have been checking (Its fairly objective with no obvious propaganda or hysterics) and it posted a letter supposed written by a Russian soldier at the front in a question/answer format. The soldier claim they know all about who and whereabout of western weapons including their route but they have orders not to immediately destroy them. Another interesting point was that based on their orders he didn’t think Putin was in a hurry to start large scale fight for Phase 2. They are using long range artillery and airforce which is effective but as yet no plan to launch large scale fight.
So yes, its a puzzle especially when Russians seem to have top notch intelligence.
Maybe NATO thinks the RF tactics are crazy too, however, it seems there’s method in their (apparent) madness.
By acting differently than expected, while achieving their goals in a reasonably timely manner, they’ve essentially kept the opposition guessing and on the back foot.
There will be new borders and sooner or later the western bordering nations will have to work in their own best interests, as well as with Russia.
No matter what, history is being made here, today, and it’s very different from most everything we’ve ever seen.
I expect all will be revealed in good time.
Indeed.
But it is worse than that.
The culture, that requires this fake war is unsustainable. Even under external pressure. There shall be no unity as required. We are under bombardmenms of numerous agencies and the fedgov for the above. Some under cover, some with a bullhorn.

Yes comedy of comedies. We have Nazis in Ukraine it’s true. However, we have a ruling class in Ukraine that is entirely Jewish. Not just Zelensky, but also Poroshenko, Kholomoisky, Tymoshenko, all of them.
Ah but you say they have no control over the Nazis. Really? Kholomoisky had his own private army of some 15,000. None of these self professed “Nazis” get anywhere near the billions that flood into Ukraine. Who has the real power I wonder?
So we need to take the leaders of Azov, Right Sector, Aidar, Svoboda and they need to explain to us how they are keeping Ukraine racially pure while taking orders from their Jewish Overlords.
Russia and Putn will need to do something about that and strip away al the assets, business, property and anything else from these criminals after the war is over. If not then what was the point?

America is feeling happy that it is so far away from Europe, but what happens when the war comes to its own soil? This is not 9/11 time in 2001. The world had lost interest in what might happen in the US itself.
What happened to the Ukraine after 1991, and really after 2013 in overdrive, is happening inside the USA. Oligarchy runs everything, Fascist thugs of various races and creeds are called out when needed to push people into certain directions, and decay is everywhere.

The US campaign to rearm Ukraine has several objectives:
1. To pop up flagging US economy
2. To jack up falling Biden popularity (hopefully)
3. To reduce looming mid-term Democrat losses (for sure, and dream on)
4. To silence EU complaints about US’ all talks no actions (too late now, EU is stuck with this racket)
5. To test these arms’ effectiveness in reversing Russian progress (too little too late)
6. To shut up Ukrainians (they won’t)
We are witnessing what the top-dog bully would behave in this gang-bully situation.

The aim is to prolong the war so they can do other things in the shadows while peoples attention is focused on the war.
So how can the media stream portray total military defeat?
1. A brutal Falsflag event with chemical or nuclear weapons. Ukraine would have won conventionally, but given the brutality of Russian warfare with illegal weapons that Ukraine does not have and would not use, Russia won. 180 degree turn.
2. partisan warfare to keep the narrative of successful Ukraine going for a long time. At some point, Ukraine prepares a peace offer that meets Russia’s demands and celebrates itself as the reasonable side.
3. no representation. Russia declares victory and divides Ukraine or implements regime change for all of Ukraine. Zelenski is abroad and is indicted in Ukraine along with the NeoNazis.
I wonder if the Kiev regime is so stupid they don’t realize how their actions are leading them to lose more regions of the former Ukraine. First they shelled Kherson showing people there what Donbass had to endure ,and that they weren’t thought of any better. And now they have cut the entire region off from Ukie controlled internet and cell services.Meaning that Russia will restore them using Russian carriers and connecting the region even closer to Russia. So far that’s two giant gifts for Russia, thanks Kiev:
Today, the Internet and mobile communications have disappeared in the Kherson region, and all operators at once. Neither Lifecell, nor Vodafone, nor Kyivstar is working. At first, residents thought about the accident, but a little later, Vodafone confirmed that this was a planned, coordinated decision by Ukrainian operators.
In fact, this is a direct continuation of the story of the shelling of Kherson by Ukrainian ballistic missiles. In Kyiv, they themselves signed that Kherson is not Ukraine, that Ukraine does not need it, and Ukraine will no longer be. At the same time, it is clear that Bankova would like Kherson to repeat the fate of Mariupol much more. I am sure that they are very sorry that the Ukrainian soldiers had to flee the city at such a speed that they did not want to destroy it.
But what’s done is done. Kherson is now Russian. And it will be Russian. So its inhabitants will cause maximum damage. After all, one must understand that disconnecting communications is the same act of genocide as the launch of Tochka-U in residential areas. People are deprived of the opportunity to work, communicate with loved ones, receive notifications about all the same shelling.
Now the main question is how quickly Russian and Donetsk operators will be able to restore communications in the city. This needs to be done as soon as possible – in an accelerated, front-line format. Not even today, but yesterday. In this situation, this is a great opportunity to show people the difference between the Ukrainian non-state and Russia, which not only freed people from the Ukronazi oppression, but will never leave them.

A lot of the news your listening to is purely PR.
For Russia, your talking about a country that has the largest armaments production and procurement in the entire world. Ukraine was the strongest army that Europe would have had no thanks to the USSR.
Another important aspect to these enormous efforts by the Western countries to arm Ukraine with heavy weapons, would also require heavy amount of fuel, energy and costs that has to be consumed, especially ones coming over the Atlantic. Even if some weapons are museum pieces. A good way to bleed NATO if I must say.

Some of the equipment, especially the modern and sophisticated one, is in reality prepositioning. Once the heavy Western stuff is in country under the title of “support” or “re-arming”, flying in the troops to man and operate it is just a question of hours. Because otherwise it is a total waste. This is no equipment you can successfully operate in a combat environment without many months of training and a huge CSS infrastructure behind it.

Let’s assume that Russia achieves its goals of securing the Donbas and Crimea, and apparently too, the landlocking of Ukraine by taking control of its coastal zone. Let’s assume this is done within the next 2-3 months, and that the citizens of the secured regions then request membership in the RF, and are granted it, making those regions Russian territory. Will Russia also be continuing to police the rest of Ukraine to prevent its re-armament-militarization by the West? If not, and if the West is determined to keep pushing Zelensky and to try to retake the regions lost to Russia, then what will Putin do? Is he potentially entrapped in an unending war? Would he really risk the use of nuclear weapons to show the US-NATO that he will not allow an unending proxy war? Would the US-NATO really risk making attacks on those regions that would then be part of the RF? How can this war be brought to an end if the West refuses to accept defeat and tries to retake the new RF territories?
assume.

Zelensky is playing his asigned role. Soon will flee to UK carrying his briefcase.
One other question: who will they find to crew these mobile coffins? Conscription in Ukraine was extremely unpopular before the war. For example see this 2015 Counterpunch article: https://www.counterpunch.org/2015/02/06/when-ukrainians-choose-not-to-die-in-a-war/
If I was put in a Leopard 1 or other piece of 1960s crud I’d “forget” to put oil in it or “accidentally” crash it into a ditch at the first possible opportunity. Spending the war in prison for negligence would seem to be a much better option than being incinerated.
I can’t see the Ukie rabble, because it is no longer an army as such, lasting much longer. Even with Nazis around the soldiers surely see the only way out is to surrender?
Does anybody have tshirts with that Operation-Z emblem for sale?
I can make you one if you want :)
We have the word “Taika-Isso cabinet” which does not mean “the right man in the right place.”
In Japan whoever belongs to Ruling party can become an administer even if his ability is very low.
Similary, when the weapons, very old, shall be sent to Ukraine, many weponary factories shall get much profit of USA, Britania, French, and Deutch etc.
