This is a short topic. There is no war between Russia and NATO.
1 No declaration of war.
2 No hostilities between warring sides.
3 Official declarations that war must be avoided
4 Deconfliction protocols being followed
Weapons shipments, mercenaries, intelligence sharing, etc., are beside the point.
Yes, a narrative war: real, fake, twisted, all in the Collective West’s tool kit. Their pettiness is ugly.
The sad thing is that the Collective West really believe their tangled narrative web, rather than to work hard and to solve problems. Propogating narrative is easy and cheap.
Some say they are delusional, some say they are winning. May be, may be they are profiteering. If they keep on feeding the overfed fattened lemmings, they may stay ahead of troubles till the judgement day.
NATO supplied the weapons, planned the targets, and guided the weapons to the target .. is it a war .. yessir it truly is.
The Pentagon has given its tacit endorsement of Ukrainian attacks inside Russian territory and no longer fears such operations could lead to a “dramatic” Russian escalation, The Times reported on Friday, citing unnamed US defense officials. The US position appears to only be based on the fact that up to this point, Russia hasn’t responded to attacks on its territory with nuclear weapons or by attacking NATO countries.
The Times report reads: “Moscow’s revenge attacks have to date all involved conventional missile strikes against civilian targets. Previously, the Pentagon was warier of Ukraine attacking Russia because it feared the Kremlin would retaliate either with tactical nuclear weapons or by targeting neighboring NATO nations.”
The NYT is a rancid rag.
This: “…The US position appears to only be based on the fact that up to this point, Russia hasn’t responded to attacks on its territory with nuclear weapons or by attacking NATO countries….”
Russia has never stated that it would use nukes in response to attacks per se. VVP and others have repeatedly stated Russian nuclear weapon use doctrine, and it is thus “any nuclear attack on us or our allies, or a threat to the Russian state” (which I would think includes mass invasion, biological, chemical warfare).
A few non-nuclear missiles here and there do not constitute a threat to the state and do not require a nuclear response according to the doctrine.
My only gripe – and it is very minor – with regarding it as a NATO Russia war, is that the majority on reading the acronym NATO, think only of Europe. We tend to forget that America pretty much owns and directs all of NATO. And indeed, hides behind it.
In spite of the fact that Europe has been engaged in wars against Russia for last few hundred years, I doubt there would be a war in European Ukraine now, were it not for American and UK forging.
It’s as much a Russia America war with America the HQ of Empire. And as such is the pivot of history, I believe.
We never really saw how much of a Black Swan the shooting in Sarajevo was. More than 4 years of utter misery and death, it caused the entire collective West to take a sudden nose dive;. Social mores which act as major coherence and glue of society, it’s aims, goals, values, beliefs, collapsed, and the last 100 yrs have been a long slow disintegration into degradation and Soddam and Gomorrah land.
This I suspect, is the finishing blow, the coup de grace. And whilst there may well be those in the WH, Brussels and the Pentagon aware that when this is over, so too are they, I’d doubt most do. But it will be seen to be so. In so many ways, it’s the ultimate unavoidable outcome of old behaviours. The past casts a long shadow – from the horrific Treaty of Versailles and enforced unconditional surrender leading ineluctably to world war II, those effects, the changed boundaries, the increasing self blinding to reality creating unsustainable national boundaries, have led to the war over Ukraine, between NATO using Ukrainian insanity to just do a “rinse and repeat” of it’s centuries old modus operandi.
And this just cant go on. A time comes when even the dense get to see and say “enough is enough. we need change”. And I think this is that point.
I remember writing on Russia Insider a few years ago, that I was waiting for a Black Swan followed by the Law of Unintended Consequences to bring down the last of the Pirate empire of Lies and it’s associates and vassals, and I’d say this is it.
But will it – the war of tanks, guns and sanctions – go to the end, or will it fold, and NATO Empire, agree to retract it’s sanctions, it’s proxy Army wing and it’s wars? I used to think there was a chance that there would be an uneasy, bad peace. But not now. Those in charge are the worst of stupid, so stupid they dont know how stupid they are are, and have zero grasp of reality. They can only see what they want to see, like the child in the movie “The Sixth Sense” said of the dead. And how appropriate is that.
Sample . . .
“The Russian Armed Forces will soon commence The War to End the US-NATO-UK Ukrainian Proxy War, tabbed by them as anything but a legitimate maneuver. Russia will defeat the combined US, NATO and UK efforts in The Ukraine.
The First World War was tabbed as The War to End All Wars by those who had an interest in winning it, London and Washington, a war Britain had lost by 1916. A neat piece of literary cant as one does not fight a war to end all wars. One ends all wars by not fighting a war or, in this case, by not launching a war on a nominated foreign adversary, here Russia and invincible, over the territory and lives of a favoured ally, read sacrificed state, The Ukraine.
Being an allied state of Washington – London interests comes attached with terminal risks. Far better to be a well armed adversary, by their reckoning and they keep their distance.
The loss of The Ukraine Proxy War Campaign hastens The Decline of The West, a slow motion ship wreck and the real reason European NATO Compradors have spoken to how they cannot afford to lose their lost campaign”.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has described the conflict in Ukraine as one between Russia and the “entire Western military machine,” and claimed in September that there are entire military units in Ukraine “under the de-facto command of Western advisers.”
I think the primary purpose of the west’s war is to try to collapse Russia though the sanctions, bleeding Russia via Ukraine is entirely secondary. Nice to have but not critical. The oil cap is intended to serve as a complete embargo of Russian hydrocarbon. No western insurance, shipping or banking regime can touch Russian oil without punishment. Cleaving the world in to two pieces is well underway. The West and the Rest. I think I hear a faint celebration in the beltway.” We got Russians to fight Russians in Russia and now they will get zero dollars for hydrocarbon resources” All we need to do is wait for Russia to fall apart. There is no recognition of resilience and resolve in the Russian character. Consequently this could go badly for us all. I wonder where my two sits on the clobber list.
La guerra empezó con el golpe de estado del 2014.
La NATO necesitaba tiempo para entrenar al ejército ucraniano. Necesitaba engañar a Putin.
————————– Google-translate from mod:
The war began with the coup d’etat of 2014.
The born needed time to train the Ukrainian army. I needed to deceive Putin.
Putin needed time to modernize the Russian army. I had to fool those of the Nata making them see what the lie of the Pacts Minks I and II. Both lies collapsed at the end of 2021.
I will always remember Putin’s smile when I gave Merkel’s bouquet in his farewell.
Excellent point, Antonio. Hyperventilating about some nonexistent “war between Russia and NATO” is a great way to completely ignore what’s actually going on in the West. But we won’t convince anyone here. War hype is what Andrei wants, apparently.
Perhaps in that case you would like to describe the situation in Ukraine currently, not like a lawyer using weasel words, but facing actual, day to day, on the ground, reality.
Thank you, but I prefer “The US war in Ukraine 2014-present”.
The English-speaking world shouldn’t let the USers get away with their ugly habit of blaming the victim. It needs to be spelt out:
The US war in Korea
The US war in Cambodia
The US war in Iraq
The US war in Vietnam
The US war in Afghanistan.
Subsequent sentences can just use “the war”, and FFS don’t put a big “W”!
Regardless how people call ‘it’ and which criteria are met in whatever definition, reality is that Russia is indeed in ‘war’ with the collective west. The ‘war’ is firstly about power; West’s hunger for hegemony versus Russia’s need for autonomy. Secondly about culture; West’s wokeness versus Russia’s spirituality. For all humans West’s hegemony is the least to worry about, but it’s wokeness will be the downfall of mankind.
For the ongoing process it seems to me that what’s happening is exactly what’s needed. If you could plan all these events you would do it. Maybe it’s planned and executed, like in a game of chess. The sacrifices are nasty but are worth it I’m affraid. The slow grind is just a plan to check mate. On so many levels and in so many locations. Somewhat funny is the West’s wokeness is just the thing that kills them.
The outcome of the game is already in sight, but the play isn’t over yet. It needs more time and wasted energy. The end game will be harsh in the West, when key players will betray each other and many ordinairy people will suffer from their frustration and hate which will lead to very bad decisions. The masses in the West still have to wake up and see things for what they are.
It will be like wakening out of a nightmare when people finaly know deeply inside their whole life was actually living in an illusion, living in an Empire of Lies. Many won’t be able to handle it. It will take a lot of time to overcome it, many generations. I guess Edgar Cayce was right on this one too: Russia will save the world. I surely hope so. Next incarnation I try to locate somewhere there. Ha ha.
Lloyd Austin states that Russia’s reaction to the Ukrainian drone attacks but assisted by the Pentagon have not produced any escalation by Russia, and that they will continue to assist Ukraine in its use [drone]
While we are all focused in on what is happening in the Ukraine, another smaller but potentially more potent flareup is going on in, or around Serbia. Considering Serbia’s history in regards to WWI, may it be possible that the fuse that sets NATO off in flames be from that Serbia conflict rather than the Ukraine snafu? I believe there are many divisions within NATO itself, and not all of NATO is outright fighting Russia. So, to say Russia/NATO war may not be quite accurate. Admittedly, it would be quite difficult to define what is going on in the world in terms of “Nation-State” conficts as the world has very much globalized, and the powers in contention as I see it exist in varying proportions in every country. Quite honestly, I do not know what is going on in Serbia, but at least to me it seems like the tensions there are being fueled by outside forces. Not to intentionally go “off topic” here, but I do believe anything that happens in the world, and particularly in Europe and the Middle-East all relates to a greater whole; that “wars” in particular countries are but battles to a greater all out world wide war. So, to discuss one scirmish, and also another, we are really talking about the same in greater context. Then there were these two substations that were hit by bullets here Stateside in North Carolina leaving 40,000 or so people without power..???? At any rate, maybe some more knowledgable partakers on this blog can enlighten me to what is happening in Serbia right now.
Serbia will never send their military to Kosovo without Nato approval. Serbia’s government are the progressives who are desperate to join the EU and boost their own economy. If the situation escalates violently between Serb population and Nato+Pristina, Serbia won’t do anything about it, but volunteers may come help from the Republic of Serpska and Serbia.
Robert Shule
I think I can give you a clearer picture of what is happening in Serbia now. The assumption that Serbs will not enter Kosovo without the approval of KVOR are not correct. It is completely clear that since the beginning of the Special Operation in Ukraine, they have been trying to create a crisis in Kosovo. It is necessary to at least symbolically hide the collapse and change the topic about the defeats of European politics and the social situation. However, we should not expect stormy events. The Kosovo government is not even capable of any serious support from anyone in the West. This is not the time for the West, or NATO, to open a symbolic bigger crisis in Kosovo either. They know very well that Serbia is not weak, never bent its back even when it was much more difficult. The worst scenario that could happen is that someone attacks the Serbs there and there are casualties. Serbia would then certainly enter Kosovo and no one would be able to hold it even as far as Pristina. There is no one there to stand in her way. We should pray and hope that such a provocation does not happen. We here in Serbia believe that it will not happen.
I expanded a bit and went off topic, so I apologize.
Serbia did not enter Kosovo during the pogrom of Serbs in 2004. Serbia will never enter Kosovo. The Brussels negotiations was meant to fool and distance Serbia from Kosovo over time and solve the Serb question in Kosovo: the west will never allow another Republic of Serpska in Kosovo.
Serbian military is very weak today. More women join the army than men. It is not the 1990s. What else do you expect from a progressive government of a supposedly conservative country where they teach homosexuality and gender fluidity to kids, because of EU aspirations?!
Britain attacks Russian ships in Crimea followed by a Central European power block trying to force their will onto Serbia.
These f*cking psychos managed to compress the decades between the Crimean War and assassination of the Archduke into like 10 months.
Anyway, I do not know what will come of the situation in Serbia, but it looks very bad, in fact, of all the escalations that might lead to world war three, from the NS bombings to the Moskva sinking, I think the most likely to actually get a real reaction from Russia would be an attack on the Serbs by NATO. If Romania wasn’t in the way it I’d expect Russia to arm Serbia as much as NATO is arming Ukraine.
I dunno, guess it’s gonna happen anyway. Serbs are strong people, like Orthodox Afghans. They resisted the Ottoman occupation for centuries and defeated the Austrio-Hungarian army almost single handed, opening up that hornet’s nest to spite Russia might prove a bigger undertaking than NATO expects. Still the only nation with pieces of an F117 hanging over fireplace mantels around the country, and done with old, 1960’s vintage soviet sams no less.
Re: Serbia. It would help if commentators attempting to answer other commentators questions actually answered them, rather than offering up an opinion that does not help elucidate what is taking place. In answer to the question what is going on in & around Serbia right now – in sum, a break down of the post Yugoslav order/arrangement. In Serbia there is the Albanian secessionist movement in Kosovo, supported by the west, under NATO occupation since 1999, & declared by Albanians a state. There is a formal agreement between the government of Serbia & the Albanian secessionist authority brokered by the EU called the Brussels Agreement (Briselski Sporazum) which has been honoured by Serbia, but not the secessionist Albanian authority. The sticking point is that as part of the Brussels Agreement an association of Serbian municipalities would be established to guarantee the rights of Serbs in Kosovo, who have been undergoing a slow motion genocide, under the noses of NATO & the EU with their total approval. The secessionist Albanians always refused to implement this part of the agreement, & now it is breaking down. Serbia, for its part, officially participated in so-called “Kosovo institutions” which was a form of light recognition of the secessionist province, which the Albanians declared independent in 2008 & is recognised by most western countries, most importantly, the US, UK, France & Germany. Serbia has now pulled out its officials from the “Kosovo institutions” & is perusing the right that Serbia has under UN resolution 1244 – which ended the NATO bombardment of Serbia in 1999 – to re-deploy a limited number of military & police forces. The Albanian secessionists on their side are placing pressure on the remaining Serbs in Kosovo in an effort to expel them, that has always been their goal, to eradicate every last trace of Serbian civilization from Kosovo-Metohija. Anyone who claims different is simply lying. There is also a crisis in Bosnia, but I will save discussing that for another post, as it will go on for too long. The risk of war is that if the Albanian persecution of Serbs in Kosovo becomes intolerable, Serbia may intervene – it is highly unlikely that Serbia will do this, but it is not impossible.
A couple of colleagues who work in the telecommunications industry mentioned those two substations that got shot up in a rural county in NC. They had to take generators to site to keep them up due to the loss of commercial AC power. Coincidentally there was a drag queen show that was scheduled to be held at a private club at the same time that the substations were shot up. They think that some locals did it in order to stop the show. Sure idiocy as this impacted a large part of the county.
Topic title assumes N/R war exists. I agree that’s so. Presumably comments that do not accept this view, or fact, would seem to be irrelevant.
Complex systems, such as wars, always surprise people…violence creates chaos and non-predictable outcome…yet, well some general things tend to be “normal”… Such as>
In this instance, the party with more material and better adherence to moral law generally prevails.
In a sense, both NATO (and the USA) as well as Russia (and China) are “telluric” powers – as they all hold vast land resources… But NATO and the men directing NATO depend on thalassic capabilities…
In brief? NATO cannot resupply by sea if the conflict “enemy” decides. In brief NATO cannot resupply by air, if the “enemy” decides. In brief, NATO cannot resupply via manufacturing, if the “enemy” decides.
A general principle of conflict relies on will… The party with his “back to the sea” will fight. In the instance, both NATO and Russia comprehend the matter thusly.
This condition seem to imply the NATO must decide (and probably has) to “escalate” – and since they can’t stand a long conflict, can’t support it, NATO will probably use bigger bombs… and we know what that means….gadgets.
BTW, a story goes that the drones the nazis use on RF are Israeli…and what other diabolical machines do They have? And what did the little nazidopefiend want? Nukes…
This moment rests on knife-edge… and Russian Policy now, I believe, includes preventive launch on warning.
This is easily remedied — first comment is put in a queue and not published until at least one more comment is submitted, approved in moderation and published. Imagine the frustrated troll trying to guess when to submit in order to be on the top of the published list. There is no downside. Commenters who are not trying to be first will not mind the delay.
(1) The combined presence of space-based Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) and stand-off hypersonic weapons (2) obsoletes the institutions of the present US foreign policy establishment (FPE = MICIMATT) and (3) demands creation of a completely fresh accounting of strategic foreign and domestic interests of The USA.
(4) Base knowledge for the accounting is: The USA is an island nation, not a continental nation. (5) The USA can defend her borders, but she cannot sustain warfare on another continent because her communications cross sea and air expanses The USA can neither force nor control.

The base National Joint Force mission of The USA is homeland defense. There is no US National Joint Force mission overseas unless a rare and brief punitive expedition becomes necessary. Even then, fires — cyber and rocket — are preferred over sea-and air-lift of troops and equipment.
As we can see the USA as well as other nations use alliances to their advantages in everything:
What are the 5 Eyes, 9 Eyes, and 14 Eyes alliances?
The Five Eyes (FVEY), Nine Eyes, and Fourteen Eyes are state intelligence alliances, united for the sole purpose of monitoring and sharing the activity of internet users to protect national security. The most prominent alliance has the least number of members. What is the Five Eyes alliance? The Five Eyes nations include Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The genesis of the idea was born from the UKUSA Agreement, in which the above countries agreed to cooperate for signals intelligence at the start of the Cold War.
They get data by monitoring users’ online activity, from ISPs and other online trackers, as well as by phone tapping. In 2013, NSA leaks exposed the Five Eyes Alliance for jointly operating numerous secret surveillance schemes and unlawfully spying on their citizens’ most private moments.
The number of eyes in each alliance refers to the number of countries involved. Here’s a list of the countries in each alliance:
Five Eyes countries: US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia.
Nine Eyes countries: US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Norway.
Fourteen Eyes countries: US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Norway, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Sweden, Spain.
The differences between the 5 Eyes, 9 Eyes, and 14 Eyes alliances
The Five Eyes Alliance formed after WW2, when after the Cold War, the UK and US agreed to collaborate on intercepting the secret activities of the Soviet Union and share mass surveillance data.
On a mission to penetrate mainland Europe, four more countries joined to create the Nine Eyes.
These four additional countries (Denmark, the Netherlands, France, and Norway) can use the same resources as the Five Eyes but cannot access all of the data collected by them. Nine Eyes nations may also share their data with the NSA or GCHQ secret agencies.
Then, five more countries joined the Nine Eyes to create the Fourteen Eyes. The Fourteen Eyes alliance is not as potent in its activities as the Five Eyes. They can be seen as affiliates of the other alliances, but that is not to say they are any less involved with mass surveillance and intelligence sharing.
The danger of the 5 Eyes, 9 Eyes, and 14 Eyes
One of the most threatening things about this intelligence alliance and intelligence sharing is that they allow countries to spy on their own people by proxy. For example, it may not be legal for the UK to spy on its citizens, but they can ask the US to do so since they’re both in the Five Eyes Alliance.
The 5 Eyes, 9 Eyes, and 14 Eyes Alliances cover the majority of the world’s internet users, but, as online literacy grows in other countries, so does their desire to join the 14 Eyes alliance. Are we heading into a totalitarian surveillance world? So far, we know that the following countries are also close allies of the Fourteen Eyes intelligence alliance:
Israel
Japan
South Korea
Singapore
The British Overseas Territories
What does this mean for you?
If you live in any of the mentioned countries, your right to online anonymity is near impossible. Everything you do online is likely to be tracked: the websites you visit, the time you spend online, everything you type into search engines, your personal information, IP address, and more.
Since we now have evidence that the Five Eyes Alliance, along with the other Eyes Alliances, could be involved in all kinds of insidious surveillance schemes and intelligence sharing, we don’t know how intimate their surveillance could get. Five Eyes intelligence could have gathered information that could be stored forever or, worse, you could accidentally end up as a government target based on your search history.
Very interesting. Too many eyes. Yes, we are on a totalitarianism global course. Notice how more and more businesses want you to use a qr code to order food, access information… Everything is being recorded. Now, Elon Musk provides a very vital technological “eye” service to the US/NATO efforts in Ukraine with his satellites. There is nowhere you can go that cannot be seen. Heck, 5G will go right through your house to spy on you…smart tv, smart thermostat, smart ring doorbell. Elon has given it away (the surveillance), the tech that can be used.

Yikes, I never read something so alarming than this!!! I immediately think of Hagee sitting at the same table as Netanyo and both smiling? Counsel? I dare say the counsel probably revolves around the Gog / Magog War and how Russia {Magog} along with Germany {Gog} is the main instigator of this last great coming brohaha and this SMO to some is no doubt seen as the beginning of it?
Make no mistake about this and we in the Western Church have to stop this immediately!!!!!!!! This has to be repudiated this belief that Ezekiel 38 is speaking of the current nations of Russia and Germany!!!!!!!!
NATO will escalate after Christmas & Hanukkah, during Orthodox Christmas? For now it wants its members to keep their economy going by enabling Christmas shopping and having fun. Nearly 50+% retail consumption happens in December.
Is Russia facing the reality that it is at war with NATO? It isn’t going after Zelensky or Ukranian leadership. Why? Its approach raises many questions.
Reality trumps delusions! Time will reveal reality!
Name a geopolitical conflict that Russia has successfully resolved with a victory. Ukraine, Syria,… (Minsk, Astana, …) agreements haven’t achieved much and most of its conflicts are frozen. Let’s see what will happen in Ukraine, if Russia is victorious or it gets frozen.
Even with BRICS, SCO, … the payment networks aren’t integrated and one can’t use credit cards seamlessly across borders. So what results have been achieved? Even SCO members are enforcing extraterrestrial sanctions. Where is the unity of these groups?
If Russia and Iran are taking on NATO, then please list their creative moves. Haven’t seen much creativity.
The biggest problem in discussing this war is we don’t know what Russia’s plan is. I think that for Russia to be secure they can’t allow NATO to exist as it is today. And certainly not having savage NATO wolves on her borders whelping for war constantly. Which means they must actually end NATO or live constantly under lethal threat. Where NATO only has to get lucky once, but Russia must be lucky every time to defend from the threats. The Ukraine threat needs to be permanently ended quickly. And then the threats of the Baltic States and Finland taken care of before NATO can build up defensive and offensive power in those areas.Having enemy forces building up only miles from St Petersburg, within shelling range. Is like a repeat of the catastrophic thinking that allowed Hitler to build up his forces on the border for Barbarossa again.Except this time Russia does not have the buffer space the USSR did. Nor the manpower resources to call upon that the USSR did.
Russia’s plan? I think it’s what’s been announced: develop a whole slew of new weapons (now in production or deployment) against which the West has no countermeasures. Then wait for NATO to completely disarm itself by shipping off all of its weapons to the Ukraine, to be destroyed, while shutting down its ability to rearm by cutting itself off from Russian energy supplies.
You seem completely disgusted with your hegemony leaders. A weak and feeble minded dictatorate. Whose intentions were to slit their own throats, then hold the world for ransom, after the hammer comes down on them.
well, I don’t think Russia can decide to disband NATO – but it could decide it didn’t want GMO growing in fields within wind range of Russia – I think they should just stay and keep grinding to take over more and more of Ukraine and disappear it from the map
@Uncle Bob: “The Ukraine threat needs to be permanently ended quickly. And then the threats of the Baltic States and Finland taken care of ”
There I think you have stated Putin’s policy, which is: “No NATZO nukes East of Berlin”.
Putin’s SMO has already prevented Ukraine from hosting NATZO nukes; cleaned up NATZO Biowarfare Labs in Ukraine; and demolished NATZO’s Nasties (its crack new Azov Battalion) in the Ukrainian Army.
Next step is for Putin to gear up and repeat his policy in the Baltic States, Finland, Poland, Norway and Germany. NATZO HQ in London and Washington have already maxed out their credit cards trying to keep a military hold on Syria, Afghanistan and now Ukraine. I doubt if EU$A can obtain a war loan to defend the recent nuclear bases which NATZO set up so impudently when it expanded Eastward. I guess NATZO will withdraw nuclear and bio weapons East of Berlin before Putin’s renewed Russia destroys them all, either one by one or all at once.
Well, yes, but the draft treaties of last December give a fair idea of that the plan-goal is…and within that limit we can deduce possibilities related to the Russian Plan(s). For myself, I’d say that there is no Russian Plan…recalling “an army is like water” we might say Plans Change constantly according to perceptions and morality – to achieve a goal.
But they’ve said the goal in various ways…re-establishment of Law, basically…a sound global security system that’s fair to all nations… Some might suspect that such a goal has as one prerequisite feature global denazification.
You know, it’s occurred to me that some of this “shock and awe” military tactics by the Russians in Ukraine are not just to defeat NATO in Ukraine, but they are carrying a message.
Use of the precision guided missiles, complete decimation of power grids etc, and what we suspect General Armageddon is going to release shortly, have a second aim.
They are there to show NATO and US what Russia can do, and what they have to expect if they push Russia into a war.
For too long it has been the case, as PCR has pointed out, that the Hegemon Empire interprets Russian caution, consideration, courtesy and diplomacy, as weakness. They scoffed when Putin unveiled some of the newer weapons, they mocked that Russia had an army America couldnt beat with one hand tied behind it’s back;, they called Russia a “gas station masquerading as a nation” with an economy the size of Italy and less than California.
Well, now I would imagine, they know a little better.
And if they dont know it well enough, future planned events in Ukraine are going to show them, once and for all, that if they even think about taking Russia on, they will be decimated.
I do believe Russia intends to flatten the Nazis of Ukraine, and remove NATO US backed Ukrainian forces but i believe also Russia is sending a message, to make sure these idiots take it all no further.
The conflict in Ukraine and the ensuing wider sanctions wars mark the end of a hundred years of decline of the two Anglo-Saxon countries and their domination of the world. Even before WW I an alarmed James Chamberlain spoke of England as a weary titan because its exports had declined quite a bit. Imperial rivalry led to WW I. The crushing defeat of Germany resulted in the collective madness of an entire nation and WW II. The dissolution of the Soviet Union led to a last Anglo-Saxon stand to be the sole superpower in the world. When I say Anglo-Saxon I include of course all those other ethnic groups and countries who assiduously serve the cause such as the Europeans and the Japanese. In Apartheid South Africa the latter were classified as “honorary whites”. The second and the third world will now liberate themselves from the eurocentric and especially the Anglo-Saxon domination and the many wars which have ensued as a result. The multi-polar era will begin and I think it will be a better one than the last 100 plus 8 years of warfare. Why? A lose-lose situation has up to now been considered to be advantageous if the enemy loses more than one’s own country. Hence the many conflicts. The multi-polar world will be a win-win and more reasonable world.
Germany in W#1 did not suffer “crushing defeat”. The defeat was at Versailles….the Armistice was not a defeat. The “madness” was financed by wall street and big banks, some under zionist control. And their goal? Destroy the Soviets, loot the resources… This remains the goal…loot.
This is not really Russia v. NATO if NATO is seen as the unified armed West. Really it is Russia v. USA as the long-term objective of the USA was to wrest energy control from Russia and allow the USA to have that position. The original plan was to have gas piped from Qatar through Syria to Ukraine via Turkey – hence the war against Syria in 2011 and the coup in Ukraine 2014.
The SMO allowed the USA to achieve this objective by getting Europe to reject Russian energy in favour of American.
If NATO can conquer Russia on the battlefield in Ukraine and regain Crimea for Ukraine then the objectives of further encircling Russia with NATO bases to contain Russia and dominating the Black Sea will also be achieved. Together with the loss of energy revenues these containments would seriously weaken Russia as a state and world power.
That Europe is bearing all the costs of the energy policy is also beneficial to the USA in terms of attracting technology and people from a de-industrialised Europe to the USA.
Unfortunately for the USA it is looking likely that Russia will win on the battlefield as there are very large (540,000?) forces with a great deal of offensive equipment gathering to the east, south and north of Ukraine; the Russian front-line is gradually eroding Ukranian defences apart from this new force; the Ukranian
energy infrastructure is being systematically destroyed, and a Russian counter-offensive looks on the cards in the next few weeks.
“offensive equipment gathering to the… south of Ukraine”? In the Black Sea? Newfangled submarine tanks you just thought up? Come on! Go look at a map, will you!
Is there some part of “annex” you are having trouble with? Annex means “We own it, come take it if you dare.” Crimea certainly lies to Ukraine’s south. Mariupol is almost due south of Kharkiv. Whether you accept the occupiers’ authority or not, there certainly are huge Russian troop concentrations to Ukraine’s south that are not underwater. Mock not, lest ye be mocked.
Europe is starting to notice that they are the ones bearing the brunt, as the USA benefits. The day is coming when the USA won’t have a friend left in the world.
Pray, My children, pray, pray: the Balkans will be news for humanity. Our Lady of Light of María de Bonilla on March 14, 2021:
It gives a lot to think about. You can believe in this or not, but when prophets of these Catholic and Orthodox times agree on the same thing, it is that the worst thing will not be war.
The war NATO vs Russia is going to take a long time and it is not at all clear how it will end. Recent attacks on the nuclear triad of the Russian Federation that, at least so far, went unanswered, show that Ukraine is simply the glove NATO is using to deal blows to Russia. I would not doubt that Russia will achieve her goals in the SMO campaign, but will ultimately have trouble coping with the aftermath and the prolonged conflict with NATO. More decisive action would be necessary to deter the ongoing attacks on Russia infrastructure- civilian and military.
The current Russian administration does seem to respond only with strikes in Ukraine, while that’s like a cat fighting the glove instead of the guy wearing it. Such action is insufficient and also too expensive in the long run.
Striking US bases in Turkey and sinking a few frigates would be a more effective, albeit riskier, move.
Are more people watching Redacted than Fox News (with CNN (CIA) viewership in freefall)? Whatever, seems folks, no matter the pain/fallout from the decades of lies and deceit are beginning to pull their heads out of the sand. Not that they could go on pretending forever, have a choice, with the cost of living exceeding their Paychecks (and that’s if they’re lucky enough to be employed in a real job and not on an AI sub-human Amazon mechanized plantation where taking a piss during shifts is frowned upon (3 strikes and you’re a gonner).
In between studying for a PhD in pronouncing the names of the next Village, Town or Cities to be liberated in Ukraine my wife has tasked me to intercept her almost daily, sometimes thrice daily Amazon deliveries. You’ve got no chance of reaching that door when the doorbell rings no matter which room you’re in in the house, if you’re lucky, a wave to the driver as he sprints off to the next customer. Must have been all of 10 seconds yesterday upon opening the door after the ring that I manage to catch the delivery person taking photos on his smart phone of the package rested on the step, probably of me also as I bent to retrieve it (infringement of personal dignity as I’m wearing my Monday afternoon fishnets and high-heels). The goon then asks would I mind accepting delivery of next door’s package (OK, dude looks stressed), but again he’s clicking with his phone for proof of delivery (bit naughty). 20 seconds later, doorbell rings, it’s the neighbour, waving his been there you weren’t in parcel receipt, complaining he never had a chance to get to his door.
It’s not like yesteryear when your wife couldn’t get rid of the milkman, especially if you were at work. lol
The “Redacted” show appears to be on the way up. Imo, they’re fielding the news msm doesn’t mention (won’t; afraid to). Their recent call on the gold down shift and why (when no one else mentioned it) was highly significant. Giving insight into the US$ performance re: it’s inflation downside, and effect on western organizations to run a personal business. Let alone act as a proxy sponsor to Ukraine’s schemes.
Destroying NATO Embassies in Kiev would be less risky ( War Zone) & would send an appropriate message. To destroy comp0letely the Embassies of the UK, uS , France , Germany etc would leave them choking but also be strikes they could do little about. Sweet FA to lose & “they” only respect force!
oh …any chance of a round up re Belarus which thinks could be invaded but has Rus troop presence could they be used in Ukraine .. Hungary situation says no to 18b to Ukraine but is withheld billions 7.8 b for lock-down making good…. Serbia v Kosovo..Moldova Transnystria……the effect on Russia when Georgia does join Nato and Eu ???

While the West pokes away at Russia, Russia remains patient, and will not respond in the way the West would like. Russia is gaining allies and friends in the world while the USA especially is losing them.
Russians push STEM courses, the USA pushes gender and race theory. Russia always means what it says, and the USA does nothing but lie. Even a big percent of the US citizens know their government is corrupt and lying all the time.
Russia has God on it’s side, and that right there is the biggest benefit of all.
The only problem in Ukraine is that the Russians are not killing the Ukrainians and other NATO irregular forces there in the most efficient manner possible. Every single small trench work or village can be taken within a day or 2 by simply shelling initially and then moving some ground forces forward to encourage the enemy to crawl out of their holes, after which the holes can be identified by drones, then the artillery chases the enemy into their holes yet again only for the heavier artillery (2S4 Tyulpan) and big suicide drones (think hundreds of kg’s) to blow those holes / basements sky high. A few iterations of this and any entrenched enemy position is finished. The normal artillery can prevent reinforcements from arriving over open terrain.
Russia could even use ground penetrating radar from its aerial or space based assets to identify the holes / basements where the Ukies are hiding and then kill them in their holes. But Russia is just content to shell the Ukrainian positions senseless until eventually some random shell finds its way into a hole / basement where the Ukies are waiting out the artillery bombardment. Russia is also not too concerned about Ukie reinforcements arriving to replace those lost.
So Russia’s objectives in Ukraine is not really to maximize territory taken, nor is it to really maximize the killing of Ukrainian forces. Russia seems content to just irritate the living daylights of the West by shelling incessantly knowing full well that the West’s MIC (Military Industrial Complex) can’t produce enough equipment to challenge Russia in any meaningful way. Its a junk tactic, but Russia can win via this route eventually as the Ukrainians run out of Ukies, the Polish out of Poles, etc. Its a bit of a limp Teutoburg Forest type moment, but Russia can do things as Russia wants to do things.
so even though Russia shot down 2 fighter jets and 2 helo’s of Ukraine even today…how many are left ????????????…but they are going to get more

maybe Germany will send those Leopard tanks too…….
You come across as a glass half empty guy or are you perhaps trumpeting NATO and are really a glass half full hubristic chappie?
Has it not been reported that nearly 8000 tanks & motorized armed vehicles have been eviscerated from the battlefield? Another 50 tanks and 30 kamikaze aircraft is hardly a gamechanger.
Delivery time, Russia 500 winter camouflage tanks by rail from Russia to Donbass frontline, 8 hours. Ukraine 50 tanks, Germany, via Poland to Donbass frontline 21 days (if the trains are working).
Like troop losses, ratio 10:1 – logistical delivery timeline 63-1 – Available qualified manpower to operate said armaments only God knows.
Could also be a scrap-metal recycler on 24hr. standby for the last 10 months, and is being forced now to constantly expand his business on a daily basis?
For sure, after reading your numbers, business must be “brisk.”
I am quite sure that Uncle Ho would disagree, and that he’d say that the “police action” was a wanton campaign that the aggressors might give any name to – but that he himself and the Vietnamese People were definitely fighting a war.
I am not so sure about the “12 years” either…Ho began his “war” at Versailles, so far as attempting peace, rather as Russia did last December, with peaceful proposals…after these were rejected..well, then the gun – the source of political power (Mao). Fidel too began with peaceful attempts… Proper form. Like VVP, he was a lawyer and followed the proper customs and forms of law.
Post W2 the French dope business in Southeast Asia became one of the series of the “Indochinese Wars” (which was financed by Eisenhower regime)…When the French were beaten in that war, repeat war, then the CIA dope business took over to keep the buckies flowing…forming the yet another war in the series, this time against the fascists in the US.
Of course one can call a war whatever one likes, a “Cake Sale”, or a slaughter…
Correct! it was a war, first a French Colonial War then a US Imperialist War,the hero of the day was General Giap, and try telling some of those Viet minh /NLF fighters who spent getting on for thirty years fighting in the jungle it was a police action.
Many accusations, many claims, and much evidence (including verbal confession of US finks) surrounding the bio-weapon labs in zone 404.
Similarly in the period of the Korean war…and which continue…claims (now proved true) and allegations and so forth…
The Great Men of the US, wise beyond belief, decided in the wake of these germwar claims, and confessions, and proofs…decide that these were a “Communist Myth!” And so dutifully set about creating popular belief in a “counter myth” that they themselves invented…by violence and murder, and also lesser crimes… (see https://jeff-kaye.medium.com/secret-plan-revealed-cia-told-to-destroy-those-supporting-communist-germ-warfare-myth-f466dfb071be for a wonderful and, dare I say, elegant historical document, and links to more! )
Now then, shall we too believe the created myths about the labs? (or about the war, or about the US, or about…) OK, probably not, not Sakerites…but the entire propaganda machine, which does not scruple to murder (see Jeff!)…
The Russia NATO conflict in the UKN SMO may soon may have a exogenous issue to deal with.
The election in BRAZIL stolen by the same EU globalists forces (and US elections) to install Lula appears to be about to come to head.
We have seen White House flunky Jake Sullivan having secret meetings with Lula obviously conspiring to try to thwart Bolsonaro and proper election processes there. Sullivan comes and goes as he pleases and this has to be stopped, and I would recommend when things happen all CIA, MI6 and other enemy operatives in Brazil including media executives be placed in custody and questioned about their activities..
The situation there, given Brazil is part of BRICS, will have implications for the SMO and Ukraine.
So Russia needs to be ready to assist with things there.

Oh, and the Ukraine is not part of NATO.
…and God is in Heaven and peace reigns on Earth?
Reality is not changed by clever arguments and preferred narratives.

…and… it’s not really a war until relevant medals appear on US General’s tunics…
You could be right there son. Try this: “The war is between NATO and Russia.”

Perhaps you’d like to comment on this.

Eurolemmings commiting suicide is a deplorable spectacle. The script could be anything, ‘Russia-NATO war’ serves the purpose.
Excellent point, Antonio. Hyperventilating about some nonexistent “war between Russia and NATO” is a great way to completely ignore what’s actually going on in the West. But we won’t convince anyone here. War hype is what Andrei wants, apparently.
” some nonexistent “war between Russia and NATO”
Perhaps in that case you would like to describe the situation in Ukraine currently, not like a lawyer using weasel words, but facing actual, day to day, on the ground, reality.
“… describe the situation in Ukraine currently, not like a lawyer using weasel words”
And please do include your take on the UK sabotage of the NS pipelines and the probably the Crimean bridge. This is highly entertaining.
We know the west is self imploding. What’s your point?
“War hype is what Andrei wants, apparently.”
I think Andrei summed you up accurately in an above comment. Perhaps you will write elsewhere??
Electronic translation!

Necessary Illusions – Even the narrative of the EU as a geo-strategic player has now burst

It will get interesting in 2023.
Escalate with what? NATO (US -Vassals and assorted proxy militias) are being drilled a new asshole, are in disarray, severe decline.
Is Russia facing the reality that it’s at war with NATO? Russia (and Iran) are the only 2 countries facing reality full stop.
Why go after Z/Gestapo H/Q when they’re shooting themselves in the lungs every day?
Can’t say you didn’t see this coming….
well, I don’t think Russia can decide to disband NATO – but it could decide it didn’t want GMO growing in fields within wind range of Russia – I think they should just stay and keep grinding to take over more and more of Ukraine and disappear it from the map
I wish the best to Russia.
…”the prolonged conflict with NATO.”

Sweet FA to lose & “they” only respect force!

yup how it is…..trouble brewing.

Few articles ago, Saker was absolutely 100% right. The west is opening new front in Serbia hoping that Russia will extend itself to the Balkans.
Well its time Russia attacked the Americans in Syria, and i really hope the Serbs in Kosovo are armed and ready.
Vietnam was not a “war” either. It was a “police action”. This police action lasted 12 years.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Police_action#:~:text=The%20Vietnam%20War%20and%20the,request%20of%20the%20Afghan%20government.

“The Man of the Year” was Putin not Zelensky.
Getting back closer to topic…the N/R war…
QED (do read Jeff’s magnificent paper!)

There is a war twixt the US of Arrogance Hato and my birth land.
We in the West are too Damm arrogant.
