Lira lived in Kharkov. He was in Kiev on business when the war broke out. He got his family out of Ukraine but being male, he could not leave by order of Zelensky. A week or two ago, everyone in Kharkov was forbidden from leaving as the Russians upped their offensive there. .
Lots of Ukrainians are getting out (just takes some grease for the border guards), and the order only applies to Ukrainians, which he is not.
Seems he could have gotten out, lots of people from Kharkov managed that, or failing that, shut his mouth. Seems he liked the fame/notoriety it got him.
Could be he is hiding for even more publicity, could be the SBU got him, hard to say. If the former, woe to him; if the latter, woe to Ukraine.
Lira has been living in Kharkov for years. He was in Kiev on business and returned to Kharkov.

Maybe his phone and only means of communication and internet was broken and now he is offline. I do not see images of him yet. I highly doubt they have him. If they captured him they should have proven it. What after all is there for them to hide if they are the good guys in their own eyes?

George Galloway then alerted everyone that GL hadn’t logged into to be interviewed on his show and shared a tweet by a notorious azov in Ukraine about how GL had been arrested by “Chile” aka Sergei “Chile” Velichko.

Velichko is a violent Azov member who was apparently in prison when the Russian operation started and was one of the many inmates released by Zelensky in order to fight. He was linked to the different Russian POW torture videos.
He has allegedly denied that he was involved in the killing and torture of POWs.
I hope since it’s public knowledge that GL has been arrested and is in custody under his responsibilty, he will be anxious not to tarnish his reputation further and will not harm GL. I understand they can hold him for 9 days without any news.
This story about Sergei Velichko getting his hands on GL doesn’t fit with the previous news that he and another nazi called Konstantin Nemichev were caught (some three weeks ago it seems) by Russian special forces. Assange is in Prison, Snowdon in Moscow, others spend years in prison. It is not the time for journalistic ethics. It`s gone. It begun on a larger scale since Kosovo that lies became the norm. Nothing has been confirmed. What if this was you or your loved one? People can post whatever they want..it doesn’t mean it’s true. Scott Ritter was posting the same crap everyone else read.
