On October 9, ISIS terrorists attacked Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra, the Syrian branch of al-Qaeda) terrorists in northern Hama.
ISIS seized the villages of Jub Al Tabqalia, Abu Lafa, Nafila, Murjajib, Al Jumlan, Shakushiya, Wadi Zarub, Um Al Fawr, Hasrat, Rasm Al Ahmar, Sarha, Sarha Shamaliya and Al Mostariha.
Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) launched a counter-attack and reportedly retook a few villages. Clashes in the area continued into the next day.
The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) will likely exploit this situation in order to clear the entire eastern Salamiyah countryside of the remaining ISIS units.
Last weekend, HTS seized Abu Dali village and al-Maqta’a Hill from the SAA in northern Hama. The terrorist group claimed that 97 SAA fighters were killed and that 20 vehicles, 6 battle tanks and an artillery gun were destroyed in the clashes.
Abu Dali village had been an important trafficking hub between the government-held and HTS-held areas.
The SAA and its allies took full control over Hatla al-Sharqiyah village and pushed towards Siyasiyah Bridge on the eastern bank of the Euphrates.
If government forces secure the bridge area, they will be able to further tighten the siege on ISIS units in the northern part of Deir Ezzor city.
Separately, clashes between the SAA and ISIS continued in the area of Mayadin City.
Reports appeared that ISIS is redeploying vehicles and fighters from the frontline against the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) near al Suwar and al Khajjah northeast of Deir Ezzor city to the frontline against government troops on the eastern and western banks of the Euphrates.
The SDF has seized as-Sawah, Zughayr, Hawayij Bu Musah, Huwayj Duyab, Muhaymidah and reached the Deir Ezzor Industrial Zone from the northwestern direction.
Russia loses a jet on take-off in Syria (probably a sniper), a massive SAA ammo dump is blown up at the same time. The Russian government issues even more desperate warnings about the USA directing a sea of its ISIS forces from Iraq into Syria. Trump places massive bounties on the heads of senior Hezbollah leaders, and pro-USA shills in forums are boasting of a massive US attack against Hezbollah in the coming days. And Israel has just announced their coming war against Lebanon will include Syria.
Trump promised at the UN to attack Iran, and a few days back warned of the ‘calm before the storm’ which White House officials then stated was the most serious portent imaginable (which would not apply to even the simple ending of the Iran treaty). The press of the UK and USA is currently involved in a massive N Korea misdirection, while RT has already leaked to people that the leader of the UK, May, is going to immediately join with Trump’s attack on Iran.
The false flag in Las Vegas lays down a metaphorical analogy to the ‘danger’ posed by Iran- a standard method of psy-op specialists who ‘invisibly’ coerce the thinking of the ‘herd’. And forums on our side are deathly silent about the coming story- indeed the only forums pointing out that Trump’s coming war on Iran heralds WW3 would be traditionally described as ‘pro-establishment’.
The Hezbollah angle is brand new, and has emerged over the last day or so. It fits perfectly with Trump’s agenda, which is to claim the right to destroy ‘terror’ organisations. It seems that Trump’s ending of the Iran treaty will coincide with massive US/UK/France/German/Canadian strikes against Iranian and Helbollah assets in Syria- an indirect route to war with Iran. Iran will have two choices. The ‘coward’s’ choice of immediate withdrawal of forces back to Iran (which the USA will bomb every step of the way still trying to provoke), or to strike back at US assets at which point Trump will formally declare war on Iran, and his alliance will start bombing Iran itself.
Trump is going to tell Putin to get the Russians away from all Iranian and Helbollah positions in Syria a day before strikes begin, and Putin is going to comply. Putin isn’t going to war with the USA over Syria or over Iran or over Lebanon- so Trump is going to call Putin’s bluff, and Putin is going to fold. And we are going to be in tears as the West lays waste as only the West can do.
I’m sorry guys, Trump’s position is Clinton’s position is Obama’s position and that is the ‘right’ of the USA to hit ‘terror’ targets anywhere on the planet at any time, and they are going to use this as the excuse. This military strategy has been publicly stated by the USA over and over and over and over again. And they have been building to this moment.
The Deep State makes big bold moves when it can- if possible these moves must seemingly come as a giant surprise (for most people). But their planning takes months or years, so look carefully and you can always see them coming. Sometimes the information isn’t clear in meaning til the event actually happens, like 911 (the twin towers had been considered ***boring*** from the time they were built and never featured in the media- yet for the year leading up to 911 every excuse was made to place the twin towers in every kind of TV show and movie- the trailer for the very first spiderman movie just before the false-flag had Spiderman catch a bad-guy helicopter in a web spun between the towers- the scene was removed from the release of the movie after 911).
As I mentioned above we are seeing Trump’s preparation for the Iran war in realtime. Ending the treaty, declaring foreign forces of Iran to be ‘terrorists’ and striking those ‘terrorists’ on the self-same day, alongside Hezbollah forces, is where things are leading too. If Iran chooses the ‘coward’s’ response, then the West will hit Iran with the most extreme sanctions in Human History, and punish any company, Chinese and Russian included, who try to ‘break’ those sanctions. There is nothing Iran alone can do to avoid war.
And please may I beg everyone here who tries to fool themselves about how the West just won’t go to such an extreme in a very short while to re-read the history of Tony Blair’s Kosovo War. While the war may have been a little one in the scale of things, and soon over, what the West did in Serbia and Kosovo excused by the most laughable of fake news propaganda proves the pure vindictive spite of the West. The victims were ordinary ‘white’ modern Europeans, yet the West didn’t hesitate for even a second to use the worst tactics of WW2 to return to Europe the horrors of those far away days. The leaders of the West don’t hate war, they love it.
PS making Putin lose all face in Syria will be the greatest delight in the USA- yes, as a result Russia will reassess everything and take a vastly harder line against NATO activity on its borders, but the demons of the Deep State want this. Russia will be forced to ‘demonise’ itself by neccessity, and this is something the zionist press can really get their teeth into.
PPS Israel’s statement today that their coming war on Lebanon will include Syria tells us that Israel considers the fallout from Trump’s coming action may well leave Syria wide open. Now this may be wishful thinking on behalf of the vile zionist horrors, since Trump won’t directly attack Syrian government forces- and the initial position of the USA will be that Assad and Russia are still in charge in Syria. But the zionists consider that in the face of such a disaster, Putin may well cut and run, to avoid putting Russian forces in the ‘middle’ of Trump’s vengeance – and given the degree to which Putin has miscalculated I think, sadly, they may be right. Will Putin want to have Russian forces in the midst of a Middle east on fire? The Russians legged it out of Iraq fast enough when Tony Blair invaded, for instance. Russia’s response to acts of mega violence by the West (since WW2) has always been to cut and run. It is the strategy of the ‘berseker’ to make sane people run and hide- even those who might be capable of standing up to them. ‘Madness’, like spiders, inflicts a programmed response.
If Russia does stay- as a token to ‘prove’ they won’t be intimidated by the West, Israel won’t war against Lebanon and Syria- which is a comfort for the good people of those nations but makes no real difference because Israeli aggression would get in the way of American aggression.
Why hasn’t Southfront covered these issues? The answer should terrify you. Because as a propaganda effort on our side they are tasked never to report on anything where all the conclusions are bad for us- so the assumption of our propaganda masters is that if Trump chooses to make a strong move, all is lost. Thus fingers are crossed that he won’t do that- despite Trump saying clearly and loudly that he is going to.
Instead we get the ‘knocking copy’ from our side- propaganda saying that the EU is ‘hopeless’ and the USA is ‘hopeless’. The worst kind of head-in-the-sand propaganda. And the kind of propaganda you get just before the very worst happens.
I do not think that in the case the US-NATO maffia decides to go “all in” Syria, Putin/Russia would be able to back down at this stage, now its “too late”. Do they decide to do that then is game over first with Iran and then after with Russia. “twilight” lacks to see the whole picture in my opinion. This is global reaction not only militarly even economic with China “pressing the screws” too. Why? Because there is no other option either they (Russia and China) do that or get destroyed.

Moscow Wants Washington to Explain Why Militants Operate Near US Forces in Syria
https://sputniknews.com/middleeast/201710111058123975-russia-us-forces-syria-militants/
“The Russian Defense Ministry has raised the issue of some 300 Daesh terrorists on pickup trucks infiltrating a US-controlled zone in Syria’s al-Tanf region.
The Russian Defense Ministry has urged “the US side to explain its selective blindness regarding militants” operating near US forces in Syria.
The ministry’s spokesman said the 300 Daesh militants had tried to block a strategically important road linking Damascus and Deir ez-Zor, which is used for delivering humanitarian aid to civilians and supplies for the Syrian Army.
Aid for Militants: US to Be Responsible for Sabotage of Peace Process in Syria
Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov said that the truce in the southern de-escalation zone in Syria could be undermined after the relocation of 600 militants and two convoys with medical aid into the area.
“Considering such significant reinforcements in terms of manpower, medicine and food, with tacit US approval, one does not have to be an expert to forecast an attempt to derail the truce in the southern de-escalation zone,” he said.
According to the spokesman, on October 2-3 a group of 600 militants, previously based in the Rukban refugee camp, located in the American-controlled al-Tanf zone, headed westward in SUVs, and after covering some 300 kilometers entered the southern zone of de-escalation through a former border control point on the Syria-Jordan border in Daraa.
“By another ‘strange’ coincidence, almost simultaneously, two convoys [30 and 60 metric tons, respectively] carrying medicines and products for the local population entered this de-escalation zone… All humanitarian aid that arrived and, above all, medicines, was unloaded and is under control of the militants who came from al-Tanf. At the same time, according to the available information, these settlements are under the control of al-Nusra Front ‘sleeper cells’,” he said.
Konashenkov said that meant that the 600 militants who arrived from the US-controlled zone in al-Tanf were either sent to fight these ‘cells’ for medicines and food, or act jointly with them.
The spokesman underscored the US would solely bear all the responsibility for sabotaging the peace process in Syria.
According to Borisenko, Moscow is alarmed over “the support the US is giving to the forces opposing the legitimate government of Syria.”
“Since 2014, we have seen the US military’s fictitious strikes on terrorists, something that suggests that the US is more concerned about overthrowing the Syrian government rather than combating Daesh,” he said.
Borisenko added that right now, “the US seems to continue to strive to implement this task, set by [former US President] Barack Obama.”
Yes and, on and on it goes –
“Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Muallem says the US-led coalition purportedly fighting the Daesh Takfiri terrorist group is trying to destroy the Arab country and prolong the armed conflict there.
Muallem stated that Damascus would demand the dissolution of the military contingent, stressing that thousands of Syrian women and children had been killed by coalition airstrikes in the troubled northern province of Raqqah and the eastern province of Dayr al-Zawr.”

Damascus has been demanding an end to the air raids for years. Nobody listens. The raids intensify. No American planes are ever fired upon.
Never mind the jihadis for a moment ( a US Israel project anyway) and look for a moment at who is killing most Syrians, and running the war, It is the US. The US is waging war on Syria. Sooner or later the Syrians and allies are going to have to deal with this fact – the fact of the US occupation of Syria and it’s war against the people of that country.
The Syrian FM spells it out – the US is trying to destroy the Arab country
Til now the policy seems to have been “We never shoot at the Americans” If that is so then the Syrians can never win. This is surely a big fact.

No, it’s your opinion. If the Syrians, Russians, Hezbollah and Iranians start hitting pindo forces openly, it will be a zionazi/israeli/neocon wet dream come true. Perhaps yours as well.
The Syrian, Russian, Iranian, Hezbollah strategy is working very well, why promote messing it up, if one isn’t a zionazi?

Despite Syrian Governments Attempts to Unify Country US-backed Kurdish SDF Persist with Land Theft
https://sarahabed.com/2017/10/08/syria-despite-syrian-governments-attempts-to-unify-country-separatist-kurds-persist-with-land-theft/
“The West claims that the Kurds are one of the most moral and dignified forces in the Middle East fighting against Daesh. But if their focus is on defeating Daesh, as they claim, why are they committing genocide against Syrians in the process? Taking this into consideration, it is hard to justify the West’s persistent claim that armed Kurdish terrorist groups are trying to help Syria. The reality on the ground contradicts these empty compliments, which the West uses to save face while supporting these terrorist organizations. This false narrative was in fact used to arm the Kurds in Syria in order to create instability and division.
The U.S. has armed the Kurds and supported their efforts since helping them establish the Syrian Democratic Forces on Oct. 10, 2015. The U.S. needed to fund a group within Syria that was fighting against Daesh, but that was not as extremist as the Free Syrian Army, which was outed as being affiliated with al-Qaeda.
Per South Front on October 1, 2017, Omid Kabar a commander of the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) said, at a funeral for SDF fighters who were killed in Raqqa city, that the SDF will not handover al-Tabqah town or any other area to the Syrian government.
….
Al-Muatasim is known to be a strong ally of the U.S., which is why it was chosen to be in charge of the designated villages. This further proves the point that the U.S., SDF, and FSA are still working together. Their cooperation is part of an effort to counter the progress being made by the Syrian Arab Army and its allies.
The leaders of the SDF announced that they’ll try to annex the majority-Arab city of Raqqa if they manage to liberate it. The Kurds are ethnically cleansing Arabs from Raqqa en masse in order to pave the way for the city’s annexation to their unilaterally declared “Federation” after its forthcoming capture.”
