Thanks for the video. It’s 10 pm here so it’s 1 am in Florida. Already 400 views. I watched about 10 minutes but apparently unlike the Saker cannot keep late hours, even on minimal service mode. I also found it interesting that the general pauses for an English translator and appears to understand English. Is this aimed at American and Russian audiences? Whatever, I hope for sweet Russian dreams. Will watch the rest tomorrow.

Russia is attacking and defending its national interests before the US bread terror walks through the backdoor to Russia. So ISIL terrorists are clean shaving their beards and 100 of them daily flee over Turkey to join migrants invasion to the EU.
And there is only one national leader in Europe who stands his ideas and words.

Poland and Czechia are traitors, their politicians are brainwashed/stupid or/and corrupted by the USA. Slovakia is headed by a Merkel-alike president (i.e. multicultural idiot) and a prime minister capable of nothing but big promisses (as there will be elections soon).

There’s a written synopsis of this briefing at Russia’s Ministry of Defense website:

…Kartapolov reports a large-scale retreat of the ISIS militants in Syria

This may help those in a hurry. The synopsis covers the highlights that MOD presumably considers most important. One such is that ISIS militants are fleeing the theater – as many as 100 per day at one border crossing. They’re fleeing into Turkey. (May they bring Erdogan comfort in his isolation.)

Kartapolov also cites figures on the success of the Russian sorties, and says that US and RF military have agreement now on all aspects of flight safety, and have established solid communications to this end.

    ~~

Only slightly off topic, I’ve just read a great article from Russia that I want to recommend, at South Front: The Twilight of an Empire

This is by Venyamin Rodnyanskiy, published in Izvestia and translated for South Front by J. Hawk. We’ve seen countless pieces lately praising RF and describing how realpolitik has taken a massive shift with Russia’s re-appearance in the Middle East, but this one is exceptional. it emphasizes how the world no longer trusts the US, and is tired of its actions and its continual blunders, and how Russia offers to road to peace to a war-weary world:

“Our main asset are the United States which are doing our work for us by discrediting themselves […] Simply nobody believes them anymore. Or trusts them. It meant nothing earlier and had no consequences–10 years ago everyone realized that Washington doesn’t care about democracy but rather about its own interests, but 10 years ago there was no alternative.

There is no way to tell how many innocent people has been killed by U.S. Drones – 10.000/20.000 or more ?

The Intercept has obtained a cache of secret documents detailing the inner workings of the U.S. military’s assassination program in Afghanistan, Yemen, and Somalia. The documents, provided by a whistleblower, offer an unprecedented glimpse into Obama’s missilies –

“We don’t have to make any grand efforts in this geopolitical clash. It’s enough to be who we are. The Americans will do everything for us. ”

Mr. Rodnyanskiy is misguided in attributing sole and/or primary agency to the opponents.

He may seek to rely on the possible interpretations of “grand”.

Perhaps he does not have detailed knowledge of the Soviet Union and Russia from 1974 onwards which may account for his view, including

“It’s enough to be who we are.”

“Russian Foreign Ministry warned on Friday that supplying terrorists in Syria with man-portable air-defense systems will be deemed a direct support for terrorists and means that those who do it must face the consequences.”

    http://sana.sy/en/?p=57997

“Attacking the targets previously agreed with the Syrians from the air and sea, our troops have achieved impressive results. They destroyed hundreds of operation centers and ammunition depots, hundreds of terrorists and large numbers of military equipment,” Putin said.

The operation, he added, “has strictly defined frames, aircraft and other means are used exclusively for attacking terrorist groups. There are also time limits coinciding with the Syrian forces’ offensive operations against terrorists.”

I was heartened too by that statement:

” The Russian diplomat affirmed that in case such systems end up in terrorists’ hands, the country involved will have to be held to account for siding with international terrorism with all the attendant consequences this act implies. “This should be taken as a serious warning,” he added.”

The fact is that if a country supplies weapons to another country “knowing” that they are meant to kill your soldiers.I believe under the law that makes you an accomplice in that killing. That is certainly the law in any civilian court I know of.So to me I would consider that a “direct” act of war.And retaliate fully against that country.Up to and including bombing the people furnishing the weapons. While I doubt the RF will do that.I would certainly turn the FSB loose for “targeted” killings against the military involved in supplying the weapons, and of course then “deny” it,”me,I don’t know what you are talking about.Maybe its just a case of karma”.If I ran a polling operation inside Russia, that would be a question I would ask the people in a poll.Something like “What action to you think we should take against a country giving terrorists weapons to kill our people”.And let the peoples wisdom furnish the answer. From what I’ve seen on Russian sites,I’d be running if I was an empire soldier if they acted on the answers they would get to that poll question.

The Neutrality Acts passed during the 1930s were attempts to keep the Outlaw Empire from providing weapons to belligerents, which was shown to lead to more direct involvement thanks to the congressional investigation into the Merchants of Death as they were then known. The 1947 National Security Act was meant to ensure no more Neutrality Acts would ever be passed and the Cold War would be a continuing boon for those Merchants and allies.

I just finished watching General Andrei Kartapolov’s report. In the history of war has there ever been such openness and professionalism? I think not. This is a master-stroke of language in the information war. He skillfully contrasted the US bombing of a hospital and an electric station and an obvious civilian area (with gardens) with Russia’s documented avoidance of such targets.

He pointed out the coordination of the Russian military and US military (and informing of Israel’s), neatly bypassing the politicians while inviting them into the game, knowing they would refuse. He recognized a Free Syrian Army even though many think it is a fiction. He used heart-string psychology in the ending by referring to Syrian children smiling again and hearing [?] their love.

From this it is clear the AZ empire is losing not only the technological war but also the information war. As observed often here, when backed into a corner a nuclear power becomes extremely dangerous which I surmise is why Putin keeps calling the ones who want to kill him partners and giving them avenues of escape and face-saving exit directions.

Russia appears to have mastered the language game. Even the empire is forced to use the word terrorist for their puppets although they try to confuse the issue with phony moderate terrorists. In the process the empire is revealed as the hidden terrorist.

      Exactly.

They’ve noted the Orwellian abuse of language – now in full psychotic mode – of Anglo-American English.

in answer to the VERITAS COMMENT. you are absolutely correct it’s true in nearly every detail including some of the YOU TUBES that show some of the targets that they refused, because they were either near a fairly populated market area or near a mosque, and these are places that these terrorists use by trying to blend in with or threaten. and it was more that just a couple of possible targets that they refused, unlike the US indiscriminate bombing or helicopter machine gunning innocent civilians and some of the you tubes showed some of the crew laughing while these people were being shot to pieces.

    Look at the picture:

Listen to the military music of Colonel General Andrei Kartapolov: as he speaks.

It is Russia (and all of us of good morals) at war with the Tyrannical Oligarchs.

Col. Gen. Kartapolov represents the Vanguard of the Liberation Struggle of the planet’s oppressed – to throw off the yoke of Zionist American Anglo French Oligarch imperialism.

The Russian people are spearheading the counterattack that must end with the flags of liberation being hoisted upon the Capital Buildings of Tel Aviv-Wall Street (the same place), London, Paris, Washington DC, and a few dozen other localities.

This “Media-briefing” is a moral and spiritual moment.

Some interesting links to info on these.. Caught on tape manipulating the news by western
media and why they were banned from Syria.

Reuters Khaled Oweiss, who was caught on tape by Syrian TV camera next to him while putting words in the mouth of a wounded soldier who was with extreme pain saying faintly he was shot by a sniper from the protesters side and Oweiss was repeating: ‘you said a security offcier shot you because you refused to shoot at the peaceful protesters?’

Who Are the Terrorists in Syria?

Freedom fighters, moderate rebels, armed opposition, peaceful protesters, Free Syrian Army, Islamist Caliphate Warriors.. you name it, all are cover names used by NATO and its regional stooges to label the anti-Islamic Wahhabi Sex Jihadists sent to destroy Syria, now led mainly by ISIS/ ISIL /Daesh and Nusra Front formerly known as alQaeda in the Levant, Fatah Army and other names. NATO propagandists and propaganda machines aka mainstream media loved the names and abused the westerns’ brains feeding them with it.

This video is being partially censored by google. Anyone with contacts in Russia should let them know.

This video (Kartopolov military press Conf) cannot be found using either google or YouTube search, even if you supply google with the full youtube link URL, google will not show it in the display results nor in the video results, same for YouTube.

This is a way of censoring the video from the general public, not only that, this video will not show up under its own YouTube channel video list:
    Минобороны России

The only way see the video is to have the exact link as supplied here by the Saker site, you cannot search for it using google, this severely limits who will get to see it.

That can’t be a cooincidence looks like Ashton Carter (aka Fred Flintstone the loudmouth) doesn’t like his teams shoddy performance and empty headed spokespeople being compared to the straight shooting Russian officer.

I read somewhere that incompetent psychopaths tend to be very sore losers, now we seem to get affirmation of this when we see the childish reaction of the Anglo-establishments reaction to Russian success.
