Foreword by the Saker: Since I have turned into a dreaming alligator and the blog is taking October maybe not quite “off” but at least in a “minimum service” mode, I have decided that my Director of Research, Scott, should get the opportunity to post a rant once in a while. Not only that, but since I now post “dreams” in the analysis section, then there is no reason why Scott should not post his rants in the section he normally runs: SITREPS. To those of you horrified by such a profanation of an otherwise “proper” and “respectable” section: no worries – I am planning to create a separate section for Scott’s rants before the end of our October break. By November 1st, the “SITREP” and “analyses” sections will return to their previous respectability. But in the meantime, we all need a break. And ranting feels good, especially in our crazy times :-)
Thank you Russia! It’s nice to see what “Mission Accomplished” really means

Europeans have their “values,” Russians have their principles. Russians genuinely believe that morals and ethics cannot be calculated in terms of prices and values. While the Westerners are bargaining with their “values,” the Russian are standing up for their principles. This uncompromising stance for principles like national sovereignty, and trade without sanctions, makes the Western elites go barking mad.
Just like 500 years before, the Western elite keep beating two dead horses of the Western hegemony: religion and ethnicity.
The Pope’s September visit to the US clearly shows that the locals were not familiar with the Catholic Church. They knew that the Pope was some sort of celebrity, they just didn’t know in what movie he acted. In Washington, a predominantly Muslim black community just mostly ignored him, like they ignore any old evil white man. In New York, it was like an episode of Sex and a City, Mister Big Comes to Town. His visit to Phila was like an episode from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, called The Gang Meets the Pope.
The Pope should know better than to pop up in an old Quakertown like Philadelphia. The security was so over the top and in-your-face ferocious to scare people away. With the clear contempt for its own citizenry, and a hidden contempt for the Vatican, Philadelphia authorities did everything in their power to keep pilgrims from showing up for the Pope’s visit. Either that, or they read my ramblings about an outdated Philadelphia sewage system. Either way, they build an actual Pope cage around Center City. It took hours for the very few Catholics to get in. Many of them were left outside. Somebody claimed that by using images of the crowd, they estimated the pilgrims numbers being between 80,000 to 100,000, while the law enforcement claimed that they had 800,000. Why? Because the city needed to justify the cost of the security operation, paid for by the minuscule city budget.
200,000 Irish held separate Irish Day in Atlantic City, New Jersey the same weekend. Why didn’t they make their pilgrimage to meet the Pope? Because to be Irish for them is more important than to be Catholic. And don’t let me started on the Philadelphia restaurants that overbought produce and stayed opened, while no one came to eat. An owner of one popular restaurant compared the Pope’s visit to the devastation that left by the hurricane Sandy, in terms of his restaurant’s revenue.
There were, however, people who couldn’t wait to meet Pope. They are called “Western trained moderate opposition.” It’s a new buzzword for NATO mercenaries destabilizing countries and regions. I kid you not. In chat rooms and on twitter, Daesh terrorists are talking to relocating to Europe. I would say that some of them are going to end up in Rome, while the others in Ukraine, considering that Kiev junta has made an announcement that “Ukraine is ready to take part in housing refugees.” Being a part of Europe, warts and all.
Russia Gets Real, Pentagon Freaks Out, Jihadis Head for Germany
Russia gave the U.S., NATO and their mercenaries 60 minutes to get out of Syria.
“Most of the Jihadis … are frantically shaving off their terrorist beards and heading for Turkey and ‘safe passage’ to Germany” writes Joe Quinn
Due to the Russian presence in the Middle East, the US and EU mercenaries are saying “let’s temporarily leave Syria and move to Europe, where stupid unfaithful sheep will give us a place to stay and money.”
Jihadis Head for Germany? Surely that should read, Jihadis are heading back home to Germany. Of course, also to the UK that has “sent” tens of thousands of Jihadis, as have nearly every EU country, and not to forget the thousands from America, Canada, and Australia. As for those who came from Russia, the Russians say that they will be dealt with on the Syrian soil.
Good news, many British, German and French families will get their members back. Yes, those “children” who went to the Middle East to serve as “Jihadists,” even though everyone understands that they are not jihadis anyway, but a mercenary army. Why do you think so many Europeans and Americans joined Daesh/ISIS/ISIL? For the climate? In search for antiquities? Because they were bored? To topple Assad? Assad has done nothing to them. They are, “gastarbeiters,” who went to these remote battlefields for a good pay, and with apparent promise of safety. With the Russians coming, the Western mercenaries are going back home.
The last batch of 70 ‘moderate rebels‘ (Division 30) trained in Turkey turned their weapons over to Al Nusra and quit last weekend, right after they returned to Syria.
Their commander issued a statement on twitter explaining their actions.
Statement: “U.S. = bullshit”
It’s time to start listening to Muslim clerics, who lost their voices and got blue in the face repeating that Daesh version of Islam is nothing but a sick parody, one that only the enemies of Islam could cook up. ISIS is as Islamic, as Nazis in Germany were Christians.
ISIS essentially is a production of some Hollywood studio, like Mickey Mouse and Spiderman.
These two articles are for comedy:
Too Scared to Pray? ISIL Cancels Prayers for Fear of Russian Airstrikes [source]
“Friday prayers postponed!” The ISIS terrorists in Raqqa, their “capital,” are so afraid of Russian airstrikes, that they cancelled the Friday prayers. All the mosques are closed, until further notice. ISIS “has started to implement a plan to turn off electricity in a number of areas of the city when planes are overhead.”
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense Facebook page,
Islamic State fighters are in a state of “panic” and more than 600 have deserted [source]
People are asking some questions:
First, the Su-34 fighter jets use satellite intelligence, why bother the population with turning off the lights?
Second, who provides ISIS with electricity? The US “coalition”?
Third, why would “jihadists” cry and panic, when they see bombs dropping from the sky?
Isn’t it strange that, during the years of US “airstrikes,” they did none of this and generally moved around with impunity?

Islamo-fascism and European democracy, what do they have in common? Xenophobic rejection of other cultures.
This past week we witnessed the battle of speeches at the glorified Toastmasters International club meeting, a.k.a. the UN Assembly.
During the President of Russia’s speech, the Western part of the UN Assembly looked like they came to celebrate the funeral of their favorite cat, while the Eurasian representatives couldn’t hide their satisfaction, as if this dearly departed cat was peeing into their shoes far too long. In a staring contest between the delegates and Bibi, the Prime Minister of Israel blinked first. Most likely, he was thinking about these his people, who always hold his feet to the fire.
The Kiev junta front man, Poroshenko’s call to give him even more money was met with a stone faced silence. Obama in his sulking fury announced the US intention to support “good terrorists” against Assad, Russia, and Iran, shattering a narration of the U.S. “war on terror.”
To help Obama to find his footing, “Moscow is preparing a UN resolution proposing a coalition against the Daesh.” Will the United States expose its cheating hand by voting against it in the Security Council? You betcha.
Just today, to get back to the Afghanistan government for talking to Russia and Iran, the U.S. bombed and incinerated the large hospital kills at least 9 doctors and 3 Children, Calls It “Collateral Damage”
After the speeches, Putin and Obama sat down for a nearly two-hour conversation, after which the US president could not even rouse himself sufficiently to emerge to speak to journalists. The Russian president conducted an exhaustive press conference on his own. [source]
• Incumbent PM Yatsenyuk is more likely to be replaced by Sergey Lyovochkin, former head of ex-president Yanukovych’ administration and member of “Opposition Bloc”
• Kiev admitted that it had committed war crimes in Donbass:
• several stories on this topic appeared over the course of a single day in the Ukrainian media, from the admission that Oles Buzina had been killed by commandos from a special forces unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs,
• to an acknowledgment of crimes committed by “territorial” battalions
• the resignation of Evelyn Farkas, the Pentagon’s top official overseeing military relations with Russia and Ukraine.
The ”policy makers” really act based on their Personal Agendas
Among all these important changes, the ousting of Evelyn Farkas should be addressed with the attention.
Acceding to Politico, this neo-conservative and ultra-liberal opinion shaper:
“She has advised three secretaries of defense on Russia policy, providing steady counsel on how the U.S. should respond to Russia’s aggressive actions and has been deeply involved in securing $244 million in support for Ukraine,” the official said. “In addition, Evelyn has brought fresh thinking to Southeast Europe policies — supporting Montenegro’s interest in joining NATO, expanding defense cooperation with Georgia, and increasing multilateral cooperation with the three Caucasus nations.”
Another senior defense official said the administration would likely have a hard time finding a replacement.
Evelyn Farkas is a lieutenant of the American Security Project, co-founded by John Kerry. Don’t ask me how the Secretary of State can also run a lobbying company.
Politically, she has been a twin sister of Victoria Nuland, an Assistant Secretary of State who is known for the trail of carnage she leaves behind wherever she visits a country or a region.
Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Evelyn Farkas authored a curious book, Fractured States and U.S. Foreign Policy in Iraq, Ethiopia, and Bosnia in the 1990s. According to her publisher, Palgrave Macmillan, the book answers questions like “When does the US support partition of a warring or failing state? Why has the US supported partition for some secessionists, or irredentists, but not for others?”
Farkas is called to be one of the “essential US officials in the continuing standoff with Russia over Ukraine.” In a testimony last year before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Farkas took a hard line on Russia, promising to deepen the “crisis’ that she and Nuland among others midwifed: “As the crisis deepens, our European allies and partners will look to the United States to demonstrate resolve and to reinforce solidarity across the continent.”
That answers why these ladies invented this “crisis.” To make the Europeans to look at them longingly. Would the current askew glances qualify?
Some random “conservative” blogger called Farkas ousting being “The Most Frightening News of the Year.”
What just took place is the ousting of just one member of the neo-con cohort of strong American Jewish women, like Nuland, Powers, Farkas, and Yellen, who has done everything in their power to push the world towards the total conflict, and thus contributed enormously to the rise of the New Russia.
An old pal of mine kept marrying women who were not Jewish to the great chagrin of his mother. First, he married a Russian woman. When, after years of bloody ethnic conflict, Russians got finally fed up and left, he went straight ahead and married a Dagestani woman. Upon meeting a hundred or so of her new Dagestani relatives, his mother called her former Russian in-laws and told them they were relatives and should stick together and help each other. Everyone, myself included, asked my pal why would he torture his mother like that, and why wouldn’t he do what she wants, which was to marry a Jewish woman. His response was, first, she doesn’t know what she wants. Second, growing up he was so traumatized by his domineering, crazy, evil mother (his words, not mine) that every Jewish woman remands him of her. Just a thought of getting intimate with any of them is like getting in bed with his mother, makes him want to puke and run.
He shrewdly manipulated a crowd of Dagestani Muslims into intimidating his mother into staying away from his new family, so he can get some peaceful existence. Speaking of intercontinental politics playing out on a personal level.
The European and North American countries let these strong and smart women run their foreign policies in regard to the Eurasia, the Middle East, and Russia. And run they did! They have been running foreign policies like their own families: with the iron fist, xenophobic sociapathy, and biological hatred of everyone, who is not of their blood.
We have to thank all the Jewish women, including John McCain, working in the U.S. government foreign offices and defense, because without their tireless efforts to insult the Russian people, and to antagonize the Russian politicians, and to bring down the Russian businesses, Russia would still be a sleeping giant.
These women brought to the U.S. foreign policy their signature toxic portion of white trash bullying, lowbrow ignorance, and racist intolerance that turned the American international image into unmitigated disaster.
In short twenty years, they manage to turn the USA into a laughing stock of the entire world, hated by many, and despised by all.
My dear comrades, people matter! Behind every law, behind every war there are individuals with their personal agenda and personal set of believes. It’s time for us to stop addressing our woes to the faceless mechanisms of power like the State Department, or Bundestag, or Knesset, and to hold an every individual involved in policymaking to become personally responsible. Then the world might get a chance to survive.
Thank you Scott we really appreciate your hard work as Saker’s too and here is the confirmation that the tide is changing, we just have to be patient

“Russia would still be a sleeping giant.”
Useful fools do not, nor have ever, had sole agency although it is generally part of facilitating useful foolery to have them believe that they do.
Perhaps you have finally outlined why Psaki and the cake lady amongst others were/are ideal and dispelled in some measure the illusion of the “expertise” of US propaganda.
“Russia”, or at least some in Russia and elsewhere have never been asleep, sometimes resting since patience is a virtue, or “watching”, and tangos require co-ordination as well as “partners”.
“We have to thank all the Jewish women, including John McCain […]”
I didn’t know she is Jewish.
She doesn’t look Jewish to me….
Hope this works!

I recall from early spring there was news that the S-500s were supposed to be all finished testing, through production, & installed live & manned ringing Moscow by summer 2015?

TEHRAN (FNA)- The Iranian defense ministry in a statement dismissed media reports claiming problems and impediments to the delivery of the Russian S-300 missile defense system to Iran, stressing that the delivery process is underway.
“The recent remarks on the S-300 missile defense system delivery lack correctness and credibility and the executive stages for the delivery of the system are now being taken based on the previously-signed contract,” the statement underlined on Monday.
In relevant remarks in September, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that the contract between Moscow and Tehran on the delivery of Russian S-300 missile defense systems to Iran would be signed in the near future.

TEHRAN (FNA)- Four wide-scale attacks by the Saudi-led coalition troops and pro-Hadi militants on the positions of the Yemeni army and popular forces in Bab al-Mandab have been repelled on Monday, senior military sources said, adding that the region is under the full control of the Yemeni pro-revolution forces.
“The army and the popular committees repelled the Saudi mercenaries’ attempts to advance towards Bab al-Mandab four times today,” the source told FNA on Monday.
“The army forces and popular committees killed or injured tens of Saudi-led coalition forces and their mercenaries who sought to prevail over the Bab al-Mandab again,” the source added.
The source, who is an army officer, said that the Saudi forces also failed in their operations near Jabal al-Nasr and lost a number of forces.

Let’s only hope Russia has learned the USSR lesson and does not allow Syria to turn into years-long, Afghanistan-style, military adventure. There are plenty of urgent domestic issues, outlined in the Glazyev report, to deal with. Not dealing with them in a timely fashion greatly increases the risk of Putin losing popular support, which is exactly what the “liberal” opposition in Russia is waiting for.
Very true. It will be interesting to see how things work out.
The core distinction between the situations in various recent US invasions, plus the USSR intervention in Afghanistan, and the current situation has to do with the nature of the government and the nature of the “insurgency” confronting it. In the case of the USSR-backed government in Afghanistan, while from my point of view it was certainly better than any government Afghanistan has seen since, the fact is it had little support outside the cities. The insurgency, while certainly backed and armed by the US, was largely home-grown and living among a population that had kinship with the insurgents and no love for the central government. The US invasions, going back to Vietnam, have been even worse on that score, with the Americans propping up stooge governments whose main attribute was their willingness to betray their country for foreign benefit and a payoff. Hence the insurgencies tended to be very popular.
The situation in Syria is rather different. Assad is considerably more popular than the insurgents, not less, and has more legitimacy than they do. His government is largely independent of Russia’s; Russia is as far as I know not dictating that he sell off his assets to Russian companies or get rid of his social programs or anything like that, as the US routinely does in its conquered protectorates. Meanwhile the insurgency is largely foreign–not just foreign-backed, but made up of actual foreigners brought in for the sole purpose of fighting, much like the “Contras” in Nicaragua back in the eighties. Furthermore, especially ISIS are hated and feared by the local citizens, most of whom would welcome anything that looked like a return to peace and normality even if they have problems with Assad’s government.
The point of this distinction is that the insurgents, particularly ISIS, have nowhere to hide once they lose on the battlefield and their territory is taken back by government forces. Quagmires are made by guerrillas who can hide among the population, sting and then disappear. So my suspicion is that once ISIS and even al-Nusra are broken on the battlefield they will be unable to mount a significant ongoing guerrilla struggle and there will be no quagmire.
But time will tell.
I think you nailed it on the need for domestic support for a guerilla struggle in Syria. What is more likely to happen is that the domestics will be used as human shields, just as ISIS is hiding weaponry in Mosques as we speak. All who can get away from ISIS will do so and provide Intel for the ground forces.
Cheers,
RR
Good rant, and quite respectable as far as rants go, imo :-)
Hilarious that the departure of a member of the neocon ladyhawk club, responsible in part for the disastrous clown show that is American foreign policy should be “the most frightening news of the year” (!) Cause for joy imo, that is, unless they find someone worse.
Haha brilliant!!!
Why do you call these neocon individuals “women” ? More like twisted, androgynous hags.
By the way, you left out Susan Rice and Hitlery …
Those two aren’t Jewesses.
Hillary comes from a family with Jewish background.Susan Rice though isn’t that I know off.
Technically, they don’t need to be jewish to be neocons (the former is a religion/ethnicity, the latter an ideology). Samantha Power is Irish Roman Catholic for example.
She’s jewish by marriage. To “Cognitive Infiltration” Sunstein, no less.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samantha_Power#Personal_life
A Jew (џуууууууиш, чивутин, итд.) is a member of a particular tribe, who may or may not be religious.
Strictly speaking, tribal membership here is determined by membership of one’s mother (which is to say, by the mitochondrial DNA). If a “goyim” (non-Jew) man marries a Jewess, the children are automatically members of the tribe. (A Jewess may actually look for a goyim man with good healthy genetic features, so as to improve the genetic composition of the progeny – and so to improve the genetic pool of the tribe. “Body-snatching”, I suppose.) On the other hand, in a strict sense, Samantha and her kids are merely affiliated with the tribe, but “cognitive infiltration” is indeed a very, very appropriate description.
are you sure? I have read they are.
Its complicated with Hillary, some in her family were Jewish and her daughter is married to a Jewish husband (hence the “background” term). And I looked up Rice also, her father was African-American.And her mother’s parents were Jamaican. So I doubt it.
you know Uncle Bob, I think its all bullshit…she’s just sucking up to the Zionists…I won’t insult Jews by calling the (banker)crooks by an honorable tribal name…..and hilary sucks.

TEHRAN (FNA)- Military sources revealed on Monday heavy defeats and withdrawal of the pro-Hadi and Saudi forces in the province of Ma’rib.
“Saudi troops started their withdrawal from Ma’rib on Sunday morning after sustaining a heavy defeat,” popular forces commander Qeis al-Salami told FNA today.
He noted that the Saudi, Emirati and Bahraini troops withdrew from the oil-rich al-Safer region after they were badly defeated. “The Ansarullah fighter backed by the Yemeni army forced the pro-Saudi troops to withdraw by attacking them with different kinds of heavy and semi-heavy weapons,” he added.
Al-Salami also said that the Yemeni forces repelled an attack by pro-Hadi militias on al-Balaq region and killed tens of them in heavy clashes.
On Sunday, military sources announced that over 30 al-Qaeda terrorists and pro-Hadi militias were killed in fierce clashes with the Yemeni popular forces in the province of Ma’rib.

cleaning up the south of Syria first, then the plan is a big army push to clean up the north (Aleppo, Turk border)
TEHRAN (FNA)- Hundreds of ISIL terrorists have fled Syria to Jordan as the Syrian army continues march on militant-held regions, specially in the South, military sources said Monday.
“Over 3,000 militants from the ISIL, Al-Nusra Front and Jeish al-Yarmouk have left Syria for Jordan after the start of the Syrian army’s new wave of attacks and advances and the Russian airstrikes on ISIL positions,” a military source said.
The source noted that the Takfiri militants are afraid of the army’s advances in all fronts that come with the Russians’ air backup.
According to the source, the Syrian army on Sunday attacked the positions of ISIL and Al-Nusra Front terrorist groups in the suburbs of Damascus and the provinces of Deir Ezzur and Homs as well as regions near the city of Palmyra.

bomb blast NEAR Russia Embassy Kabul just now in news!
http://www.presstv.ir/Detail/2015/10/05/432109/NATO-Russia-Syria-Daesh-Turkey
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has called on Russia to stop its anti-Daesh air campaign in Syria after Russian fighter jet strayed into Turkey’s airspace.
“Allies call on the Russian Federation to immediately cease its attacks on the Syrian opposition and civilians,” NATO said Monday in a statement following an emergency meeting on the Syria crisis at its Brussels headquarters.
The military alliance also expressed its deep concern over Russia’s military presence in Syria.
It said Russia should focus on its efforts on fighting Daesh militants and “to promote a solution to the conflict through a political transition.”
“These women brought to the U.S. foreign policy their signature toxic portion of white trash bullying, lowbrow ignorance, and racist intolerance that turned the American international image into unmitigated disaster.”
Well, I suppose “the world” (meaning, of course, the West) didn’t want to recognize the very obvious truths about the Pindos — males and females, State, and citizenry alike — before. Apparently, Pindostan’s benign protection of ‘European values’ just doesn’t inspire the way it used to unless, that is, a major European conflagration involving bona fide Nazis, Jihadis, and Zionists is being perceived as something “inspiring”. Of course, Western imperialist rampage in the Third World is just “Business as usual”, so no problem there — provided the borders can be kept shut.
On a more serious note: If the adorable Jewish ladies Scott mentioned embody White trash bullying, lowbrow ignorance, and racist intolerance, we have an even more outspoken bona fide fascist scum in Donald Trump. Proof positive, if more of it were really needed, of the fact that it is fascism which gives social cohesion to the rotting edifice of the West in general and the US in particular. A deranged, paranoid patriotism which sees everybody else as the problem. Trump’s demagoguery is that of a total degenerate. Hitler and Mussolini spring to mind immediately. Promises of unrestrained coercion and State gangsterism at home and abroad so as to bring back the glory of his besieged US Reich, And the Pindos ‘respond eagerly’, to put it mildly. Militant parasites, pure and simple.
oh dear, you can’t be serious. you may not like his manner, but he is hardly a fascist. he says, “let Russia fight ISIS”, agreeing that the US has failed miserably. He forcefully opposes the TPP and intends to lead the war against it (TPP being real fascism, not mere sloganeering).
Did you know that Germans who object to the mass migration of mostly young, single Muslim men (you have to admit there is some cultural incompatibility there) are now at risk of losing their children to the state? In other words, actual fascism is now occurring. The globalists will not tolerate any longer actual free speech or protest. Did you know that rapes in Europe are quite high due to the migrant crisis? In Sweden, rapes have gone up 1400% in recent decades since high levels of immigration from Muslim countries began. Most of the perpetrators are reported to be foreigners. Sorry, but this is true and it is an inconvenient fact for liberals to digest – for the new narrative of “mass immigration as a social good.”
Legal immigration is good. Mass immigration of this nature can destabilize societies. Of course, the West – the US in particular – created the crisis, but that is not very comforting to young Swedish women who are being beaten and gang raped by groups of foreigners. Why don’t you hear about these rapes? They are reported, but only locally and online. The MSM doesn’t touch this story because it conflicts with the official narrative about how beautiful and humanitarian mass migration is.
Also, it is important to understand that in the creation of world government it is essential for the elite to erase unique culture and to merge populations together to form a kind of bland uni-culture of what are destined to be desperately poor people. It is said the globalists are creating a new Dark Age. What appears to be humanitarian action (and that which Trump the alleged fascist opposes) is actually going on as part of a plan to reshape the world. If we were actual humanitarians we would not bomb other countries to rubble or engage in trade and economic policies that annihilate economies and force people to migrate. I do not see why it is fascist to object to globalists methods. They benefit no one.
Also, another thing to consider: Saudi Arabia has right now 1 million empty (lovely) air conditioned tents that could easily house 3 million or perhaps even 4 million migrants. It is important to ask why not one country outside of Europe is accepting them. Israel will not take even one person.
I honestly have no political party affiliation, but it seems clear the other republican candidates (perhaps excluding Rand Paul?) will support TPP. Clinton, regardless of the stand she takes on TPP, is a devoted globalist. Sanders, no doubt, opposes it, bless him, but he may still stand in line beside the globalists (who are making false claims about planning a socialist utopia).
Their agenda is frankly diabolical if you understand the details – such as forcing us to eat poisoned food, to accept unnecessary toxic vaccines, to deprive us of natural medicines, herbs and vitamins, to ban home gardening, to force people into tiny tiny apartments in densely packed urban areas and to ban human entry into nature, to strictly control all human activity, to engage in heavy surveillance, to ban cash and control all financial transactions, to heavily tax people for well, everything, but especially energy usage. They may possibly try ban heterosexuality (to separate the sexes). They do seem to be preparing children for this. The LGBT rights phenomenon is probably tied to this agenda and not to any political interest in any kind of individual rights. They are right now training American children in elementary schools that it is wrong to use the words “he” and “she” and “boy” and “girl” and “mother” and “father” and to think of themselves as being part boy and part girl, but not of any particular gender. A large part of the globalist agenda is to eliminate reproduction and to basically wipe out population growth and to gradually wipe out entire populations….
Trump is actually standing for something – that is, he is standing against a globalist victory. He seems honestly disgusted by them. That is a lot more than we can say for so many of the complicit morons that inhabit Washington – including many leading democrats, who are fully on board with this takeover.
For a graphic example of encroaching fascism, see the above.
Yes, very true. And it is all part of the same package. Their planning is total. These are very smart people, very diabolical. My point was that they literally plan a full-scale takeover that is beyond the imagination of most human beings. It is essential read to their UN documents to understand the scope of their intentions. Also, there is mass public manipulation from the media, false flags, etc. and so people become confused about what to believe. I think, for example, that elite desperation to eradicate the 2nd amendment in the US is simply a plan to leave the public defenseless. It has nothing to do with creating a less violent society. Because these people are so violent a vulnerable public will probably lead to much greater bloodshed. But good and othewise aware people are led to believe that the public does not need a means of self-defense. They probably need it now more than ever. (Trump will defend the 2nd amendment, by the way, or so he says.) The public recognizes this instinctively. I think there is real intelligence in that. It turns out the average person is not as stupid as they appear to be. My point was that Trump, for whatever his imperfections, seems determined to oppose the crazy. I credit him for this. I do not believe he is a fascist, though he could prove in the end to be a skillful liar like the rest of them. Nobody knows.
My other point is that foreign policy has several meanings – it is an example of their fascism, as you point out. It is about reshaping the world, geopolitics, reshaping and eliminating nation states and bringing a convergence of people into one uni-culture (I do not know how else to describe it) that is subjegated fully under their control. It is about the extermination of cultures, of religions, of peoples. All they do is aimed at reshaping the world – or as much of it as they can seize control over in order to bring about the fulfillment of their NWO, which they have now announced to the world means global government. It is not a secret anymore. In order to learn what global government will mean, it is necessary (to be redundant) to read the UN documents that outline their plan.
Their fascism intends to become full-scale, both global and domestic, and is intended to reach into the most minute details of human life. Imagine those cretins, who are destroying countries and so many lives, determining every single aspect of your personal life, everything, imagine them chaining you to them and depriving you even of the freedom to choose what foods you put into your mouth or who you live with. Their malevolence includes foreign policy and will, if they succeed, move beyond it. Their plans are grandiose, of course, but they seem to have ways of getting what they want. What they are planning is unprecedented in human history.
Also, the question is this: what is their foreign policy agenda aimed at? Are they merely incompetent fascists, as it appears, or do they have an end game? they may also be incompetent, but they indeed have an end game. How do we know what it is? It is written into several UN documents. Given their intention to subordinate us all under the UN these documents are of vital importance.
Because of their written and detailed planning for full-scale fascism, I also believe it is important for the opposition to focus on their domestic as well a their foreign agenda. It worries me that progressives think they can ignore their plans and preparation for domestic fascism – as though it is unimportant. It is not. Any signs of democracy in Europe are being swiftly eradicated. This should concern us, too.
Germany today is NOT fascist, nor its policies!
Fascism does Not allow a private central bank or J EWs to run the economy, social policy and bleed Germany for billions for the Holohoax.
Fascism is about a nation and its peope, read Dr James Miller on what it really is, it does NOT allow for 1.5 Million 3rd world trash with no end in sight!
No one is “trash”.
People from the third world are coming here because we have raped, pillaged and plundered their homelands.
Western powers have never paid any reparations, nor established anything close to good government for their ex-colonies.
They are simply the very few who are willing to take enormous personal risks to make the move to follow the money.
May I suggest you read “Heart of Darkness” by Joseph Conrad,

to get a taste of what Europeans have been doing in Africa. Do not think that King Leopold of Belgium was an exception.
Payment of reparations would drastically stem if not end the immigrant flow.
http://www.presstv.ir/Detail/2015/10/05/432092/Afghans-called-in-Kunduz-raids-US-Gen-
The top US commander in Afghanistan has said that the deadly US air strike on a Doctors Without Borders hospital in the northern city of Kunduz was carried out at the request of Afghan forces.
The US military had previously said that American troops were under Taliban fire and had called in the strike on October 3. It termed the hospital as “collateral damage.”
“We have now learned that on October 3, Afghan forces advised that they were taking fire from enemy positions and asked for air support from US air forces,” General John Campbell told reporters on Monday.
re: totally lying piece of scum top US commander re premeditated warcrime of bombing hospital in Kunduz. Ok. let us reconstruct the crime. Take the small item reported in section A-6 of the weekend WSJ byline Margherita Stancati: “US. Special Forces traded fire with Taliban insurgents in the northern city of Kunduz the US. military said Friday, a rare ( ?) direct ground engagement for American troops stationed here…” ” About 100 US. and coalition special operations forces advisers were deployed to Kunduz early this week to provide tactical guidance to their Afghan counterparts fighting to reclaim the provincial capital from the Taliban.”
It was the CIA death squad folks that called in the strike and not the Afghans. The WSJ today admits as much but uses the threadbare excuse that it was because militants were using the hospital which according to MSF is a total lie and besides does not justify an hour long repeated aerial attack. This was not an “oops”. Be clear, be ruthlessly clear in your thinking on this matter.
Anon, it’s a mark of Imperial lying that their cover-stories keep on changing and becoming more ludicrous at each iteration, but, never, ever, do the Western MSM insects do other than loyally regurgitate them. Just what the US thought to achieve by deliberately attacking an hospital over some time is unclear. It may just be that good old Yankee bloodlust that leads eleven year old boys to blow away eight year old neighbours, in action. Killing makes you feel really BIG.
http://www.presstv.ir/Detail/2015/10/05/432083/Turkey-Russia-Ambassador-Andrey-Karlov-airspace-violation-Syria
Turkey has threatened to “engage” Russian warplanes after the Turkish military allegedly intercepted a Russian fighter jet that had violated the country’s airspace while flying a sortie near the border with neighboring Syria over the weekend.
“Our rules of engagement are clear whoever violates our air space,” Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu told Haber-Turk television in an interview.
“The Turkish Armed Forces are clearly instructed. Even if it is a flying bird it will be intercepted,” he added.
That is the West’s attempt to make a “mountain out of a molehill”. The Turks aren’t worried over that, and aren’t “threatening Russia”.Russia apologized for the error and the Turks have said, “Our position is very clear, we’ll warn any country that violates our borders in a friendly way. Russia is our friend and neighbor. There is no tension between Turkey and Russia in this sense. The issue of Syria is not a Turkish-Russian crisis,” Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu told HaberTurk TV, as cited by the Hurriyet Daily, following diplomatic communications between Ankara and Moscow.
“What we have received from Russia this morning is that this was a mistake and that they respect Turkey’s borders and this will not happen again,” Davutoglu added.”
The ones trying to stir trouble are the West/US/NATO.Its doubtful they will succeed (though they will whine a lot).

I enjoyed this immensely. My favorite line was, ” In Washington, a predominantly Muslim black community just mostly ignored him, like they ignore any old evil white man.” I laughed hysterically at that even though I disagreed, I appreciated the humor; it would have beem more correct to say, “…any evil old white man,” I think. You know? He was probably evil before he got old.
My fav. political sarcasm on this subject has the photo of the Obamas and the Pope on the White House balconey. It reads (across top) “Who are those other guys…” (bottom) on the balconey with Michael.” Def. a keeper.
Evelyn Farkas seems to me a person on a vendetta, who can’t keep her alters from bickering. Must be really frustrating. What you said gave me chills. That’s because you sound so much like the ranter in my house that my wife complains so bitterly about. Who me? Nah..I don’t rant. Much.
I grade this a “G” (Good job!)
Great rant, sharp insights. Razorsharp according to the findings of mundane-astrology in the tradition of the persian/arabian tradition.
(In the 8th century in Bagdad, raised by the Abbasid caliphs, there was a bait al hikma, house of wisdom, (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/House_of_Wisdom) where philosophers, astrologers etc. applied themself to the ancient texts 300 years befor the first european university was founded. Here the astrology of the Kingsconjunctions in the four elements has been developed).
Short astrological text, worth reading:

Just a simple observation for all lucid thinking and clear minded people who can join the dots is this :
For over a year now the so called “coalition” led by the “exceptionals” have been invading Syrian airspace (without the consent of the Syrian government) and supposedly bombing ISIS with not much result to show for it and no independent confirmation of such strikes. Not only was ISIS not halted or slowed in any way they actually grew in strength, not only that, but you didn’t hear one single peep out of the head chopping psychopaths over the effects the “bombing” was having on them, not one.
In just the 3 days Russia has been bombing them for real the rabid dogs have closed all mosques and cancelled Friday prayers, have been moving their wives and families out of Syria to Iraq, have been deserting in their hundreds trying to make it to Europe, have called on all factions to “unite” against the “invader” while making all kinds of threats in the press, etc. Just think and ask yourself one question, why none of this frenzy of activity while the US led “coalition” was supposedly doing the same ?
It doesn’t take an Einstein to figure out something just doesn’t add up with the septics “coalition” and just like a septic tank their “coalition” stinks. I hope more and more people are now waking up to who is really behind ISIS and has been all along, and who are the greatest terrorists this world has ever seen. I sincerely hope the reports are true that China is also sending forces to join the Syrian Arab Army in fighting this plague on humanity, and we just might be seeing Motorola and Co. in Syria soon wink wink.
I won’t hold my breath waiting for Chinese troops to arrive.Though it would be to their advantage to do that.Quite a few of the terrorists are from Western China and want to return there and start a terror campaign .So destroying them in Syria helps China in the homeland. But the Chinese always have a reluctance to fully commit militarily in a situation. That of course can also be a good thing normally. It shows the lie the West feeds the World about “China going to invade” their neighbors. The Chinese (when ruled by real Chinese rulers) have always been the least meddling great power in history. But there are times that a little “meddling” is a good thing, and this is one.
China has some troops in Iraq to guard personnel and infrastructure.
They would only put troops on the group through SCO.
However, they are most likely preparing for naval and logistical support.
Adding another layer of military coordination is not necessarily beneficial.
Russia is controlling the air and strategy. Syrian troop and Iranian with Hezbollah are the boots on the ground.
It is much more likely the Chinese will come in behind the fighting and do infrastructure rebuilding for Syria. Whole cities and roadways and utilities have to be rebuilt to bring back refugees. China can do that faster than anyone.
ISIS, just like Obama, constitutes a profoundly peace-loving part of Humanity. It goes without saying that a Nobel Peace Prize Laureate doesn’t kill his disciples on the ground, and they know it. Enter Russia and Putin at the request of the infidels in government — say no more…
After the IgNobel Peace Prize awarded to the drone-missile killer Uncle Obama, al-Baghdadi must be in with a chance.
Apart from all the US ‘bombing’ aerial drops of weapons to ISIL, who do you think was supplying ISIL with all those nice new orange jumpsuits, black uniforms, brand spanking new military webbing sets, and freshly printed black flags?
The very first time I saw a ‘TV News’ (aka Hollywood production) here in Australia announcing the all-new terror threat ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh, I knew it had to be a US-staged fake. Because in the long line of pickup trucks crowded with black-clad guys waving Kalashnikovs and black flags, *everything* was perfectly new looking. It was like they’d been handed the gear just back up the road somewhere, ten minutes ago. These were not guys who’d spent months or years fighting in the desert.
Scott’s rant is great, loved it! There’s nothing undignified about rants, in fact in these times ‘ranting’ is about the only intellectually valid mode of reply to events. If you’re staying flat and neutral, there’s something wrong with you.
Thanks Scott,a great rant.I have a few points on it to mention:
1.“Friday prayers postponed!” The ISIS terrorists in Raqqa, their “capital,” are so afraid of Russian airstrikes, that they cancelled the Friday prayers. All the mosques are closed, until further notice. ISIS “has started to implement a plan to turn off electricity in a number of areas of the city when planes are overhead.”
When I first heard about this,I wondered. If you were a “Jihadi” group, devoted to Islam and “martyrdom” for your faith.Would you be afraid of airstrikes. If anything you would welcome martyrdom while praying to God.I think that says a lot about the “seriousness” of their Jihadi beliefs.
2. ” Ramzan Kadyrov is ready to introduce in Syria Chechen special forces to fight terrorists and mostly to look for those Chechens, Ukrainians and Georgians who sold themselves to Uncle Sam ”
I don’t know if Putin will agree (doubtful). But I’d like to see that happen. Not only would it cement a sign of Chechen alliance to the “Russian Mir”.But it would send a chill down the spine of every so-called “Jihadi” in Syria.I doubt those Chechen would worry about taking the Jihadis as prisoners. But would finish them on the spot. And that would certainly be a “plus” for the countries they came from.
3…” who provides ISIS with electricity? The US “coalition”?”
An interesting question. The Syrians (its reported) have dropped leaflets to tell any civilians to vacate the terrorist run areas. And another leaflet telling the terrorists to surrender and save themselves before the offensives start. It would seem to me the Russian airstrikes should “turn out the lights” and also water supplies to those areas. And close the highways to traffic after a certain point.Make staying in those areas impossible for the Jihadis. While giving a refuge in the liberated areas for the civilians. Then the government troops (Syrian,Hezbollah,Iranian, maybe Chechen too?) can go in and clear those areas out .
Thanks David, Uncle Bob, Serbian Girl, Colinjames, Nussiminen, and all the Anonymouses
It gives me an immense pleasure to hear that you found my writing funny and useful.

“Let’s only hope Russia has learned the USSR lesson and does not allow Syria to turn into years-long, Afghanistan-style, military adventure”
This half-threat half suggestion is generously distributed as we speak especially by pro-Kiev junta trolls in the Russian blogosphere.
The short answer to this is that Russia is not the USSR. If you know how the Soviet System worked, you are aware that one Russia’s voice was often if not always trampled by 14 voices of other republics. Russian Soviet republic would get outnumbered on literally every single issue, especially by very loud Baltic republics and Ukraine. I am not even mentioning here that the majority of high military officials weren’t Russians, and fought on the basis of some kind of imaginary ancient war theory. In addition, I have a persistent suspicion that many inside the Soviet ruling class at the time had been paid agents of the Washington and London.

Compare to what this country has become, after 30 years of the western democracy and freedom.
Let’s not forget of the Soviet soldiers and officers, Russians, Ukrainians, Georgians, Tatars, Bashkirs, and all others, who were betrayed by the ruling Soviet elite. They knew that after their departure, Afghanistan would be finished.

“Syria into Afghanistan” won’t be happening as long as there aren’t any Russian ground troops in Syria. It’s only an air campaign, right?
What you wrote about Russia & Soviet Union reminds me a lot of the dynamic between Serbia & Yugoslavia.
from what I’ve learned from Saker’s articles and podcasts, the Soviets were low moral in Afghanistan…not so the dear Russians now. They have been fuming about not being allowed to do this in Ukraine…so now…they are very high moral going into Syria
“from what I’ve learned from Saker’s articles and podcasts, the Soviets were low moral in Afghanistan…not so the dear Russians now. They have been fuming about not being allowed to do this in Ukraine…so now…they are very high moral going into Syria”
Nuance apparently continues to elude.

Excerpt from an interview given by president Bashar al Assad to the Iranian Khabar TV channel :
“President Assad: Yes. When we talk about these states, we are taking about an integrated system. We use the term “Western countries”, but these Western countries have one master, which is the United States. All these countries behave in accordance with the dictates of the American maestro. Now, the statements of all these countries are similar. They say the same thing, and when they attack Syria, they use the same language. That is why when the United States gives the signal, these countries move in a certain direction, but there is usually a distribution of roles. At that time France was asked to play that role, considering the relatively good historical relations between France and Syria since independence. There is a big Syrian community in France, and there are economic, even military, and of course political relations. That is why the best option for them was to ask France, and not any other country. But ultimately, Western officials follow the orders of the American administration. This is a fact”.

You deserve your own section on “redacted”…… Or watching the hawks…
Dear The Saker,
You created the Sandbox – so why not have others having rants ;). No need to explain.
Dear Scott,
I started to read and had to pause – so I look forward to sitting down later and enjoying :). Thank you.
Rgds,

Dear Scott,
I have had a chance to sit down and read your rant – keep ranting!
You are so right when u say
“It’s time for us to stop addressing our woes to the faceless mechanisms of power like the State Department, or Bundestag, or Knesset, and to hold an every individual involved in policymaking to become personally responsible. Then the world might get a chance to survive.”
That sums it up.
Rgds,

President Assad :
“The fact today is that the most important terrorist leaders in Syria and Iraq are Europeans. Probably the largest number of terrorists comes from Muslim countries, and particularly Arab countries, but most of the leaders come from Europe, and specifically from northern Europe which is relatively far from our region and has a rich and sophisticated society”.
European special forces I will wager.
Assad is on point as usual — possibly with the exception of Europe’s “sophisticated society”. It has become clearer than ever before that the Corporate Islamophobia in the West never bothered about oppressive, intolerant Islamism. Its sole aim was and is to rile up the zombified Western populace for war against progressive/secular ME countries. The Sunni Jihadis are entirely at the mercy of Saudi Arabia. I think President Assad understands full well the connection between Jihadist leaders flooding Syria from Europe and all these lucrative armament deals between the EU and KSA..
The leading item on the normally corporate (read pro-American) news here for the last two days has been the NATO bombing of the Afghan MSF hospital.
Big change from previous Russia-bombs-civilians-in- Syria just two days before.
There isn’t much anti-Russian sentiment on the ground here, so it maybe they are playing to the listenership. Yet. they get most of their ‘news’ from Reuters and Co, so it is a reflection of Anglophone media to a degree.
Have to say, I was surprised. NATO might be hated by the population in general, but i.e media has almost never reflected that hostility.
Lavrov openly said Free Syrian Army is a phantom group, that nobody knows where it operates, that Russians would be willing to talk to them if they exist and are patriotic Syrians. He asked the USA to provide their names.

I’m glad the vineyard sometimes lapses into a dream-yard and rant-yard because I think we all have those tendencies. It allows me scope to exercise my own fantasies and frustrations and learn from the exchanges.
Scott has his own brand of scatter-shot fireworks. They’re too many to remember but some stick in my craw. His snapshot sharp-shooting of amazonian, male-clad women will win him no favors from feminist endowments. Here I have to resort to poetics and jiggle my memory…let’s see: “This woman of mine is driving me to tears; she’s so crazy I won’t touch another one for years.”
The funny thing is we’ve all had our Great Scott moments. I like the ones where I’ve gotten off scot-free when I could have been nailed here but good.
There has to be a break in the action or the action breaks us. I’ve got to take a break before returning to serious business–sort of like a saker retiring to her perch while not missing a beat or noticing any leaf that moves the wrong way.
Sometimes I love blogging more than I hate it. Sometimes I have to beg the fates to “beam me up, Scotty.”
Cheers and tears but no fears.
I just remembered a scott-ism I forgot. No rest for the wicked yet. The Pope according to Scott. Well, let that pass.
Seventy-five years ago I entered the world as a Catholic. A little later I was regaled with stories by black-robes about the Pope and how the world would be saved when Russia converted according to the visions of three Fatima children of the Blessed Mother.
I think something got lost in translation. Russia did convert but converted back to Orthodoxy and it looks like Putin may actually help save the world. Wasn’t he great on 60 minutes? I just have to love him.
Trump was on the same program. I liked him too because he liked Putin and had the testosterone to say it, more or less. I guess the two of them sent the program into stratosphere ratings. For once Trump was trumped. Nice job, 60 Minutes. I take back some of my rant about MSM.
I am humbled because everything I say or think can be trumped by higher cards. So I keep Putin-ing along in this land-mined shrapnel world of make believe.
@Dennis Leary
“No rest for the wicked yet.”
You’re right. Your Pope really looked tired and limping. Do you know who else have been limping? “With a Jerk, beyond Angelic Strength” .?

You know, you are not beyond redemption, if you love God, instead of serving a man, even very rich one.
Take care, bro…
If anything is ever “official”, this is. So, finally, forget the “Minsk” charade…
TASS: Poroshenko’s Administration: Kiev refuses to conduct a dialogue with Lugansk and Donetsk Peoples’ Republics
http://tass.ru/mezhdunarodnaya-panorama/2319208 , 5 October 2015, 16:16 UTC+3:
On the territories not controlled by Kiev “there are now fighters with who we shall not conduct any dialogue, period”, stated Deputy head of the administration
“… KIEV, 5 October /TASS/ Kiev would not engage in a dialogue with the proclaimed Lugansk and Donetsk Peoples’ Republics (LPR and DPR).
This was stated by Deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine Konstantin Eliseev during a briefing.
According to him, on the territories not controlled by Kiev “there are now fighters with who we shall not conduct any dialogue, period”.
Therefore, Ukraine “will neither introduce an amnesty law, nor a separate law on special status of Donbass, and will not apply the existing law on the special regime for holding local elections”. “Because we can’t do it without legitimately elected authorities”, – he said.
Previously, Eliseev stressed that today Kiev “has no need to pass a new law on amnesty and on the special status of Donbass”.
“We have a whole legal framework that meets the Minsk agreements and which is adequate to resolve all issues, he said. In our dictionary there is no concept of “special status”, we only have the law on special regime of local government in some parts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions”.
The representative of the presidential administration noted that during the “Normandy Four” negotiations in Paris on 2 October, Kiev rejected all attempts of adoption of the amnesty law for the authorities of DPR and LPR. “We rejected any attempt to adopt a law on amnesty, that would give an automatic amnesty to the fighters of the so-called DPR and LPR”, – said Eliseev.
“Donbass – preparation for the return of the Crimea”
Deputy head of the administration Poroshenko also named the Donbass to be a preparation for the return of the Crimea.
“If we lose Donbass, how possibly could we be able to demand the return of Crimea. Therefore, Donbass is a preparatory stage for the return of the Crimea”, – he said.
Eliseev stressed that “Minsk agreements concern only the Donbass”.
“Crimea is a different story. But on the example of Donbass, we need to show how the Ukrainians are fighting for their independence and territory”, the official said.
According to him, “when we return the Donbass, we will return the Crimea”. “Crimea is a separate issue and topic, and we are resuming the cooperation with the EU on the return of the Crimea, with the EU doing everything possible to return Crimea back under Ukrainian sovereignty,” added Eliseev. …”
“… and to hold an every individual involved in policymaking to become personally responsible.”
Good read. Well done.
Great rant Scott.
BTW. I just scanned “The Australian” (Murdoch rag) and nearly choked on my coffee…
a full page criticising US policy in Syria and yet only a few words about “Russia getting bogged down in Syria”.
After a full year of anti-Russian tripe this is quite astonishing. Have the tables turned?
After a full year of now ex-PM ‘shirtfront’ Abbott incessant talk of ‘the ISIS death cult’ – now not a peep from the new PM Turnbull.
I really enjoyed your article–especially the part where you intimated that John McCain was just another psychopathic shrill Jewish woman. Geez! Am I sick of that neo-con lizard!!— Of course, most Jewish women in the world are, well, women.
re: Russian violation of Turkish airspace–evidently there were two. The second one was not due an apology and what is important in the BBC article is the quote by Kerry:
“Russia said Saturday’s violation was for just a few seconds and due to poor weather. It has not officially reacted to Sunday’s incident.
Saturday’s interception took place near Yayladagi in the southern Hatay region, Turkey says.
A statement by Nato’s 28 members, which include Turkey, warned of “the extreme danger of such irresponsible behaviour” and urged Russia “to cease and desist”.
US Secretary of State John Kerry said Turkey would have been within its rights to shoot the jets down.”
I see the TPP has just been signed up and just needs to be ratified by US congress before the looting begins.
Bad times ahead for Australia.

A high-ranking Russian military delegation is set to hold talks with Israeli officials in Tel Aviv on Russia’s operations in Syria, an Israeli officer says.
The Israeli military officer said on Monday that the Russian delegation will visit Israel on Tuesday for talks on ways Israeli and Russian military forces can avoid clashes while operating in Syria.
It is said that Russia’s First Deputy Chief of General Staff General Nikolai Bogdanovsky, who will head the Russian military team, will meet Major General Yair Golan, the Israeli deputy chief of general staff, during the two-day visit.
There is a third choice “Nutty stalls for time”.The Zionists won’t do your first choice (not enough common sense). Its just not in their psyche. So they’ll do the second ,or the third I mentioned.
Looks right to those commenting about Russia securing peace among its neighbors, with whom it shares a border with 17 I believe, while it directs all energies tries to fix up Crimea, Uke, Syria,…

more moves away from dollar
“SOCHI, October 6. /TASS/. Luxembourg is ready to set up a financial platform for operations in rubles, according to the documents prepared to the meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister of Luxemburg Xavier Bettel.
Earlier the Luxemburg side proposed to set up a specialized fund under the auspices of the Moscow government at Luxemburg’s financial platform, to create parallel and cross funds in Moscow and Luxembourg with participation of Russian and international capital, to more actively use advantages of Luxembourg-based listing and bond issuance, to carry out mutually supportive operations on Luxembourg and Moscow bourses, the document said.
According to it, “Luxemburg’s leadership sees no obstacles for creating a financial platform for operations in rubles provided that there is a political will from the Russian side and enough demand and offer in the Russian national currency either.”
In 2014 and 2015, a delegation from the Moscow government visited Luxembourg to forge cooperation in setting up an international financial center in Moscow.
The dynamics of the trade and economic cooperation between the two states “signals that mutual sanctions are negatively affecting the economy of the Grand Duchy first of all,” the document said. In January-July 2015, mutual trade turnover decreased by 26.4% to $87.8 mln compared with the same period last year. Luxembourg’s import dropped almost by half to $61.9 mln while Russian export exceeded the level of first 7 months of 2014 fourfold to reach $25.9 mln.
Luxembourg is the third-largest foreign investor in Russia after Cyprus and the Netherlands. According to the data provided by the Russian Central Bank, the country’s investment in the Russian economy dropped by $4 bln in 2014 while the volume of accumulated investment totaled $38.7 bln. Russian investment in Luxembourg stood at $700 mln in 2014 while the volume of accumulated investment in the Grand Duchy reached $12 bln.”

“In the middle of the night on Saturday, a U.S. military plane “repeatedly and very precisely” bombed a Doctors Without Borders hospital filled with doctors, nurses and wounded patients in Kunduz, Afghanistan.1
The airstrike killed twelve Doctors Without Borders staff members and ten patients, including three children, and injured scores more. Some patients literally burned alive in their hospital beds”.

Our, USofA’s military, have been tactically microengineered by politicians, especially under Clinton & Bu$h II Administrations and the neoconned ideologues, to react to threats against politically connected allies. It is all about the money as the actions of John McCain, an international war criminal who ran for Chief Executive shows us daily.
Russia is displaying how a military can best serve the people who they are sworn to defend without major civilian political involvement. They are given a mission and the logistics and weaponry that allows them to complete their mission without political direction/interference from a bunch of sold out sons a beeatcezz whose only mission is to accrue more money than they will ever need.

Haven’t posted here in a long while. Just wanted to say Russians are SO cool. Started to REALLY admire you guys several years ago. About the time I finally woke-up to the s**-show of my own government. And the mayhem it had been perpetrating for many MANY years. I know. Too slow. But I rode fast. And watching this incredible integrity coming from Russia and its leadership. Am not a bit jealous. Just grateful that Russia has the courage to do the right thing. And genuinely happy that Russia is proving itself far superior to the US. And helping those in the ME that anglo-zionist-neocon-asshats have been murdering for years.
Thank you Vladimir Putin. If I still voted in US elections I’d write you in. But I stopped voting ages ago. Cause why participate in a known fraud?
BTW. Those missiles shot from the Caspian Sea are WAY cool!
Thanks, AGS
I’m glad that you are here with us, with the Saker’s community. You are part of it, also.
“or talking to Russia and Iran, the U.S. bombed and incinerated the large hospital kills at least 9 doctors and 3 Children, Calls It ‘Collateral Damage”.”
What do the Russians call it unintended casualties? I’m not passing a judgement either way, but it always seemed like they were less bedeviled than the Americans about collateral damage. What is Russian terminology for “collateral damage”?
I must confess I like the term “collateral damage”, if somewhat in a macabre way.
Hi, Sean
“What do the Russians call it unintended casualties?”
Instead of doublespeak as “collateral damage” Russians say “victims among civilians,” ” victims of airstrikes,” or “civilians death.”
