There is an Interesting Story, where the Serbian Supreme Court says that it cannot decide on Constitutional Matters, and they said that these are not Legal Issues, but Political Issues.

The Voters of Serbia Voted in a Referendum in 2006 by a Majority for a New Constitution, which reaffirmed what United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 says that Kosovo is an Integral Part of Serbia, and while it was a Voluntary Vote, it was a Majority Vote, and it was Legal.
This is because that New Serbian Constitution is now the Highest Law in the Land, and it Defines Democracy, and what a Legal and Democratic Society is.
The Serbian Supreme Court Judges have been spoken to by the Dictators of the Dictators of Euro-America, who are not interested in Democracy or the Law, but they cannot say that they are being Criminals or Dictators, but they are being Euphemistically ‘Political’.
We know that even Hitler actions were Political Actions and they were Legal to Hitler, because he was the Constitution, but the Serbian Supreme Court Judges, who should be Charged with High Treason, and the Serbian Government, want to Illegally an Anti Democratically be the Constitution with their own Dictatorial Decrees, and to do that by being Puppets of Anti Democratic and Criminal Nazi Euro-America.

Sure, he claims Russia cannot be pressured, will not change course because of the west, yet at the same time, has abandoned Novorossiya to the Junta, a betrayal, running scared of more sanctions. Russia has proven it can be bullied, and now US will use the same tactics forever. Stupid move, Russia.
