    A very sad truth.

And for those who missed this jewel

https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=pjINHtvwmJ0 …………..facing the war in the Donbass.

A great deal of footage about the impact on the elderly, and the tragedy of civil war, where some people obey ‘lawful’ orders to destroy themselves.

Nothing changes as far as inflicting terror against civilians. Shelling, kidnapping, arbitrary arrests. Witholding of basic resources needed for everday survival. Static artillery positions are easily targeted and put out of action. Destroying a position from which verifiable firing is taking place cannot be easily construed as breach of an agreement signed by both parties by anyone of sound mind. Is it the powers that be in the DPR and LPR are so fearful of large scale reprisal by the criminals in the nazi battalions and the half-assed ukie regulars? Or are the orders not to return fire coming from across the border? How much suffering must take place before there is push back? I would appreciate hearing others thoughts.

You frame it as if the acts of violence and aggression are reason in themselves for reciprocity and “push back”. But if this were the case, since NAF easily has the capability to push back, this is what NAF would have done.

If this doesn’t happen it’s because there are plans and objectives, and methods amid the madness. I don’t know what they are, and like most people, I come here to try to glean a picture of what they might be. But the fact is that it’s not our business. This war is mounted against Russia, and it’s Russia’s business how best to fight it, and to what ends. All we can say is that the objectives of Russia’s war range far beyond Ukraine, and what we see on any day may not be the whole of what there is. This war is not being conducted by Russia for the observer’s easy comprehension, it’s conducted to win.

Novorossia’s leadership seems to be more aligned with Russia’s plans than not. If we see any obvious push back I assume it’ll be because that action is useful in the scheme of the war. If we don’t see any, then none was useful at the time. Russia must win, and only Russia can make the decisions to this end. It doesn’t matter how much it hurts us to watch.

I doubt if you’ll find this response satisfactory, but I sincerely believe it’s one to contemplate.

The issue is not the suffering. The issue is more when the Kremlin and Russian General Staff feel they have accomplished what they want to accomplish. This could be getting the Turkish Stream built, or it could be getting Germany to agree to spheres of influence in Eastern Europe so Russia resolves this problem in a way that lasts for some time.

It is pretty obvious that Russia has been playing for time.

I don’t know, and I find it disturbing, but I must think it’s not for lack of caring or ability, in general.

Yet, it may not be for good reasons, but because of internal problems in Russia with the fifth column, or perhaps in Novorossia, or something I don’t think of. It could be just a mistake not to respond in a limited way, to the immediate monsters. Perhaps some greater goal is being pursued, maybe a matter of timing, but I remain perplexed by it, and disturbed by the damage and death being done. If it were me deciding, I would take out the artillery doing it, even if just with hand held rockets or snipers with tank rifles.

Right Sector tends to take defeats out on the civilians. They are entrenched in places like Mariupol and Odessa, where nobody can help the civilians if the SS starts going seriously mad. The destruction of Shirokino is entirely an Azov operation, the ending of which regular Kiev forces have asked NAF’s help a few times (they’ve had a few fights with the regulars, too).

The continued shelling around the airport is revenge for being pushed out of there. NAF has the civilian damage stopped for a while, by agreeing to let them stay at the airport, to preserve the PR image of the Heroic Cyborgs. But they kept breaking the terms of the agreement, so NAF pushed them out; they’ve gone back to shelling the airport and Kievsky district ever since.

So they can’t just “push back” on those little groups doing the shelling. There are too many other places where Kiev is prepared to go on the offensive, to spread NAF out too thin, if they try to push back in one spot. When real fighting resumes and Kiev looks like drawn into a cauldron again, then these nuisance forces will have to go there to help, THEN they can be dealt with.

If you haven’t seen the video of the married militia couple hanged (the woman was obviously pregnant and probably in her late months). The Ukies smile as they make certain the couple are dead.

    It’s on FortRuss.

The brazen multiple filming of it indicates the impunity with which the scum of Kiev operate.

Lugansk militia officials validate the video.

It’s not graphically awful. It is spiritually terrible and though we’ve seen so much blood and gore, it is nonetheless stunning.

This is what Fascism lives on—terrorizing the innocent and the resistance.

They are killing people in Odessa every day. We don’t see. They have been killing the resistors in other cities. We don’t see.

But see this. Understand how this is one time, but Russian-speakers and resistors who fight for Liberty and their land and family are being liquidated.

The reason the Novorossiya project has been mothballed is because the uprising can’t rise up.
The assassination program (Phoenix Program anyone?) works. That has always been the most successful arm of fighting a revolt. Kill, kill, kill. It was proven against the Huks and it devastated many left wing revolutions for decades. Assassinations by any means, innocents or combatants.

I’m not certain that video isn’t a propaganda scare tactic, instead of being real. People that commented said the Donbass doesn’t have forest like that. That only in the Carpathians are there any forest similar to that.So it might have been made,1.By our side as propaganda,2. By the other side to scare us,or as a piece of sick humor. Before reading the comments I was wondering too about it.It seems to me the hanging man would have jerked a lot more in his death throes,if it was a real hanging. The fascist reign of terror there is real enough. The crimes they’ve committed are monstrous. We don’t need to product fake ones to condemn them for.

I just read your forests comment. Did a fast DuckDuckGo images of East Ukraine Forests. There are half a dozen shots on the search engine that look like the scene in the video. Stock photos, some of them, labelled East Ukraine coniferous forest.

So, the disputable forest idea is bogus.

The man and woman both twitch and shake. Check the video again.

They don’t shake and twitch too long. A few seconds it looks like. Both of them.

In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if that crossbar in the forest which took some lashing and maybe stout nailing together was used more than once. That thing took some effort to build. They didn’t do that just for a one time thing.

There might be a forest dump site of victims nearby.

The phone should have GPS in it; the location should be on the video data. But it is not likely to be on territory NAF would have access to, to go and check what else is there.

Strange though, what was the wife doing there? they must have been captured from their home, so in a settlement close to the border. The dead soldier, the one the video was found on, is being identified as part of a subversive group, who do go behind the lines (and indeed was killed behind the lines, ie in LPR territory). In fact this is very near where the two “Russian” soldiers were captured.

The killing area would be in Kiev held territory though, but not too far. Say they find it, how do they deal with it? who to report it to? they can’t really do much themselves in the enemy’s territory.

It should be kept in mind that the nazi units doing the shelling are probably the most closely controlled by the ZPC/NWO. They are like the death squads Israel-America ran/runs in Latin America, directly under control of foreign owners, rather than of their own government. The nazis are already being used as “deniable assets” like the ZPC/NWO uses ISIL and the terror armies under its control.
