Reposting this, because I find it such an interesting interview:

There are communities of people who are effectively unknown to the public, which not only determine the American presidents but also determine the rules of the whole “big game”. In particular, these are the transnational financial corporations. But not only them. — Leonid Petrovich Reshetnikov, former SVR general, now leading the RISR analytical center in Moscow

There is no speaking of inclusion of Novorossia into Ukraine any longer

The Borg nooz channel is waxing all hysterical again, with another parade of specious “celebrity” interviews telling greece not to do it!

LOL—“accidental” ! haven’t heard this term used before!
Just how does one “accidentally” default on a quarter trillion of debt?
Just skip town & leave no forwarding address?

The U.S. under President Barack Obama has the highest approval for leadership among world powers for the second consecutive year, with 45 percent of those surveyed worldwide rating it favorably in a Gallup Poll.

Now you are over-stretching it a bit .
I have not come across, here in the UK that is, anybody that thinks that Obama is competent let alone FAVOURED
If they only polled just Politicians that changes a lot.
The British may be cynical but they are not stupid.
And I expect they missed Greece and the whole Balkans entirely. Even the Bulgarians are against
the US and NATO, as for the politicians everywhere that we all should know by now, they only line their own pockets with fiat currency (dollars and euros )

      Have a good day Sir.

I can’t download the full report without giving private information to get an email with the link. (“To receive an email with a link to download this report, please complete the form below. Someone from Gallup may also contact you via email about your interest in this topic.”)

http://www.gallup.com/poll/182795/russia-receives-lowest-approval-world-highest.aspx?utm_source=World&utm_medium=newsfeed&utm_campaign=tiles has a bit more information, but not that much, although it casts doubt on the simplified conclusions by Bloomburg.

I don’t trust these polls, or the companies doing them, and it’s very easy to make them look like what is wanted by the pollsters. Why would I trust anything an agent of the empire says?

I wonder how many people who said they disapproved of Russia’s leadership was because they though Russia was being too soft on the fascists?

“For the past six years, the U.S. has typically received the highest approval ratings and Russia the lowest. But what the trend line does not show is that countries affiliated with the West, particularly NATO countries, soured on Russia dramatically. And, at the same time, Russians and people in many of its former republics — chiefly Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan — all felt much more negatively about the leadership of the U.S., the EU and Germany.”

In any case, how effective the propaganda has been won’t matter when it hits the fan.

Interesting,”managed”,but interesting. It seems most of the countries they polled for their “world” survey were all pro-Western states.Russia and China are learning that they are going to need to create “parallel” agencies in the World.Just as the USSR learned in that period.Working off of agencies from the West will always “screw” them. The Empire bought them a long time ago.First they had to create a SWIFT,a set of new banks,a new rating agency. And now they can see new BRICS Polling agencies are next on the list,as well as an Internet,Youtube, and Wikipedia.I could have told them long ago, anything the West touch’s has a stacked deck .We do have to remember the MSM is well funded and powerful.Which is why I keep saying it doesn’t matter what people “think”.The only thing important is Alexander III’s statement on Russia’s allies,”Russia’s allies are the army and navy”.The only important thing is Russia have a strong nuclear force, and NATO know that fact.

and sikhs group in usa awared that bloomberg ex mayor an award for his services to sikh community.
you must understand that sikhs like to compare themselves with Jews thinking that quality of Jews is what is foudn in them also-ofcource they are not wise enough to know the irony of it all.
sikhs in america have been agent of destablisation in their home country of India-they have mostly supported sikhs khalistani terrorists ho even killed Indian army generals and Indian prime msinter Indra gandhi.

OT, could be just a PR stunt but this is the way the CP , seems to be behaving, ostensibly an opposition party to Putin. Never thought I’d see constructive cooperation. Could be like the feudal Japanese five fingers coming together to for a fist.

Deputies from the Communist Party believe that this measure will help accelerate the implementation of the presidential commission to reduce queues in preschools

    As usual, an excellent report.

Kiev breaks the ceasefire, the zionazis blame Russia and Novorussia. Like blaming the rape victim for the attack, this is what the zionazi/fascist west is all about.

BTW, after Southfront’s video finished, zootube linked a video about Russia that people not familiar with the country might find interesting:

Top 10: Interesting Facts About Mother Russia

The last, the Trans-Siberian railway has a personal connection. My greatgrandfolks went on their honeymoon on it, according to my grandmother. One her favourite tales was that a local they met in a town on that trip, thinking my greatgrandmother was the daughter of my greatgrandfather (their age difference was about a generation), asked him “how much”. Meaning he wanted to buy her as a wife. ;D The railway would have been far from finished at that time, but was in operation over the route then completed. Nana was born in 1905 and she was the second oldest.

    Dear The Saker,

That was a good summary with some great humour and dry wit as always.

Self-styled Poroshenko really is a silly man. Call the UN and speak to the despicable Ban Ki Moon and somehow that overides the Minsk agreements and peace keepers will be sent. He seems to forget it requires UNSC approval so his plan is doomed to fail…..always trying to find a way to cheat…he knows he will lose the next round and this time it will be the end of him and his awful Govt.

Today they decided to nationalise all Russian assets and any assets belonging to Russian citizens – of course put forward by the radical party – and passed. Lets see what happens next. The oligarchs wanting revenge/stealing for their private assets not state assets.

This Junta really are allowed to get away with anything and flout the law.

    Rgds,

    Veritas

“Communist” symbols being outlawed, and most Lenin statues being demolished, what can be done about Lenin’s birthday?
“Wish grandpas Happy Birthday” graffiti everywhere. The stupid Nazis might not even know what it’s about/.
