If I was Putin, I’d give Germany about 48 hours to condemn the incorporation of Nazi elements into the Ukrainian armed forces, and demand that their armed forces instead be de-Nazified, or else……

S&P sees Russian economy growing 1.9% in 2016.

I am watching what is happening at the moment in the Asia Pacific. US is feeling threatened by China financially. For the US the main thrust of countering the Chinese financial threat is US military build up.
I watch what is happening in Yemen at the moment. Saudi Arabia simply bombing another country (country not military targets), the US supplying weapons and resupplying with munitions while the world watches on without a word.
Currently the US is trying to re-militarise Japan. Ashton Carter is there at the moment to “help” them rewrite their constitution.
What we are seeing in Yemen and Syria is going to become very common over the next couple of years.

Eurosceptic Czech Party Opposes NATO Drills in Republic
Eurosceptic political party Czech National Democracy strongly opposes NATO’s Nobel Jump military exercises currently taking place in the country, party deputy chairman Ladislav Zemanek said in a statement Wednesday.
“The National Democracy party lists exit from NATO and declaration of the Czech Republic neutrality in its party program. This way, we strongly oppose these exercises,” Zemanek said as quoted on the official party’s website.
The statement added that the drills in the Czech Republic followed US military convoy passage through the country that was intended to intimidate Czech citizens and unnecessarily prove Washington’s military superiority.
